Lol. I'm afraid to post because I might get banned for "Bad Behavior".

Gabriel just told me that when he was on staff, there was an agenda to get those two users kicked off the site. He could have been lying to me because he was leaving the site and just wanted to cause trouble though.

I think this about sums the reason for banning up

Well, I read the first page, and from what you and everyone say - my opinion is this:
Both said harsh things and Inso brought up past issues that weren't relevant to the case at hand.
I see where they would get the multi-accounting thing, but again - only Noah was his account, the rest were his girlfriend's. And as they said, sharing account information ISN'T against the rules, just not suggested.
The roleplaying, I admit, was taking it a bit too far and abusing the privilege to a degree - but the exchanging - that's EASILY ok'd between people IRL by word of mouth or whatever - so I don't see how that would be a problem since BOTH parties were aware and under agreement of what was going on. I honestly DON'T see the problem with that.
So I see the infractions, but not the banning in this case.
But again - just my opinions as of the first page, didn't read the whole thing because I don't have the time nor energy tonight~

Well, what's done is done.
I can see that Gabriel clearly had an agenda against Menewsha and was trying to get back at the staff.
I'm still really upset at how this whole situation was handled though. : /

I rather agree with Azazel.
If anything, his account could be suspended, but he could still have it back.

Banning him or not won't change his actions off-site.

Azazel, for someone who was arguing for privacy this thread title is clearly hypocritical.

I don't understand why bad mouthing off site gets you banned. I mean I've bad mouthed Gaia on this site but they haven't banned me yet.

@Windy: I think the staff and Gabriel are both immature and no one is going to admit they were wrong.
Nothing we're going to do or say is going to change that so I'm going to move on.

EDIT: Oh and by staff, I mean Inso. Sorry, but that thread yesterday really upset me.
I don't think the rest of the staff had that in mind when they handed over Gabriel's judgment to you.
