@Windy: I think the staff and Gabriel are both immature and no one is going to admit they were wrong.
Nothing we're going to do or say is going to change that so I'm going to move on.

I almost feel as if the ban on this site was more of a restraining order because of outside threats.

@Inso: Please please please, could you just give us a straight answer?

Something like "Gabriel and Kylie were banned because of ______, _________, etc.

Cause putting up a quote really didn't do anything but muddle me even more.

Spot on. Gabriel is not welcome on this site under any circumstances. I'm not going to sit idle and let him make threats against the site. This unfortunately due to his living arrangements with Kylie has led to her also being removed from the site. If they were to ever separate their living arrangements again then she is welcome to have her account back.

Now I really want to check out 4chan's site.
This is only the 2nd time I've even heard of it, and the other time was a convention telling people that it wasn't anime and that the cosplay discount can not be used on it's shows. So I thought you just watched videos on it.

And sucks major that nothing can really be settled maturely and is all a bunch of bickering or posts that are vague and confusing~

As for this case Its a largely weighed act to someone the community seems to adore.
I think everyone is becoming more and more worried to even post due to recent actions.
I think everyone at this point needs their minds cleared.


Although I understand that the rules technically say that you can ban anyone for any reason I still think actions should be justified.
If they had a personal agenda against each other thats not good at all and a tad disheartening.
But unless these threats were over menewsha.com I don't think he should have been banned.

I refuse to roll over and accept this and I hope the community follows.
I still believe in a right to a private explanation.
But banning someone so interactive in the community causes there a need to be an explanation to the community as a whole.

I get it.
It was to protect Jelly on this site.

Think of it as a restraining order in the real world.
And yet, while he cannot stop anything outside of Mene, he can do it here so that Jelly feels safe.

Why would we as a community want to allow someone to troll and make threats to the site, the staff, or the users?

Just because you're afraid Gabriel will get on her accounts is no reason to ban an innocent in the matter. That, to me, is a highly unjust banning.

this is becoming an epidemic, hopefully the guy learned his lesson and even if he didnt, he could've made a new account

@Emma chan: Well, if he lives with Kylie he could still get to Mene through her account, and Jelly still wouldn't be safe. (still don't see how she comes into all of this). So it's a precautionary measure.

Even though I don't think it's very fair, I see the logic in it.

I don't see where he threatened the site as a whole.
He threatened an administrator yes but not this site.
Personal agendas should not be the concern of the website unless they directly involve it.
