Ack! Strange languages!

I can understand French.
I just can't speak/write it, the grammar gets confusing for me. D:

Sera: Statics or Statistics? Because I'm not very good at statistics. I'm only slightly better at statics xD

Az: yeah, a bit. I spent most of this afternoon cleaning the house. Our landlord is starting to show it, so we figured we should start tidying up. I won't be around much until Thursday, and even now I'll only be popping in every once in a while. I have a lot of material I need to study tonight, and even more for tomorrow. Then Wednesday afternoon I have a bunch of meetings, but on Thursday I should be free again. xD

Myself as well. I often mis-use my grammar or the wrong forms of words but whatever :yes:

Weird though, everyone I know speaks French. They teach it in school.

@Spam: I actually took Spanish in school. They didn't offer french where I lived when I was in school.

I'm from Holland, we get German, English and French in Highschool.
I wish we had Spanish in school, I think it's a pretty language~
Planning on going there for a while when I finish college.

I really love English, Spanish and Japanese.
I tried learning Japanese though, I found it to be quite hard. o.x;

I'm compemplating google chrome though...

They taught French, German, and Spanish at my high school. At my college, they teach all of those plus Russian.

I took two years of Spanish in high school. I don't remember much, but I could pick it up again if I had the time. I wish I had done German instead, but right now I really want to learn sign language.

all we had was German and spanish.

I don't know why they don't teach russian in high school.
Although I guess it is more complex and harder for the masses to grasp.
There aren't nearly as many parallels to english as say spanish.
