we have one -.- and he has an electric throw too (just a smaller, handier version) but after last year he's not the "man of the house" anyway ~chuckles~ due to circumstances we lived in seperate households and the boys took their "you have to be the man of the house" speach to heart....the youngest isn't giving it up now either LOL lecturing his dad on how to clean this place and where things are and what my likes/dislikes are...it must be rough on him ^_^ but it's cute too (at least to me)

sorry if it came across as a "bad thing" just hope their growing up phase takes it's sweet time so I can still cuddle and all. Course my eldest is way past cuddling. I'm sorry you don't get along very well with your parents, but I know way to many people that don't either and with to good of a reason. I fear I'm to laid back at times but the boys never seem to have a problem coming up to talk to me even if it's really bad news

I've seen parents like that and I certainly don't want to be like that. My mom was always so supportive even if it was over something really silly she's the best and I really want to be the best mom I can be because of her ^_^. now I'm all gushy ~giggles~ but I'm proud of my crazy family...from kids and cats to cousins (even if I'm confisacting their phones on the next visit ~grumbles about them posting my pic without warning me~). that's alot of info for me to divulge ^_^ and you do good on compliments, I just like to make sure no misunderstandings occur...guess I'm overly cautious. Today was rough so I'm gonna go dig out my meds and hope to pass out soon ~HUGS~ thank you for posting me so much ~shy grins~ it makes my evenings that much more fun and bearable.

Kiddo spoiled me and rubbed my back and temples right before he went to bed just to make me feel better ^_^ he's such a sweetie I believe today will be much better even with running my eldest to his father ^_^ finally managed to get some good rest and the sun isn't killing my eyes first thing like yesterday so I'm excited to see what mischief I can land today LOL

Haha, good to hear. I always hate the morning after getting some fresh snow because of how bright it is.
It's kind of sad seeing most of the snow here gone because now it's almost impossible to go out snowmobiling >_<
On the bright side though theres plenty of mud under all of the snow thats melting so I can go out and have some fun in my truck :p

I think my problem I had with my parents, or the biggest problem anyways...was that they were so damn controlling that it drove me away from them and eventually led me to not even trust talking to them anymore.

yeah, my eldest has a friend that is always crashing here because his parents are grounding him for the silliest things (like not wearing his coat from the car to the front door of the school...6 steps *rmes*). I have rules for the boys that are different given their age differences but they are easy...let me know where you are going and with whom for how long and be in the doors before 10:30 p.m. ^_^.
I'm just trying out signitures and banners and trying to understand the background loading info on the profile page...but it's a more involved program so I'm a little confused....I'm the lazy natured type that if you start having to enter shade colors and paramater numbers I run away ~chuckles~ but I'll still putz with it till I figure it out or go bald ~.^

It is a bit of a challenge to fine that line between a good set of rules and too many/too strict when it comes to rules ^.^

From 15-18 I ended up living with various friends of mine on and off because it got to the point where I couldnt even stay at my house because my step dad and me would fight so bad xD

that's a shame...at least you had friends you could stay with at least. Every weekend that my eldest doesn't go to visit his father I know we'll have at least one if not two spending the night...so plan menus and blankets and such for that ^_^ make em cookies and cake as snacks too, I figure since they aren't comfortable at home they need to be spoiled a little where they can.
I wish I had friends that could mess with it...but even if I did all I'd do is hang out and make them teach me LOL I kinda like to figure or do it on my own...sometimes I take that thought a little to far (or so I'm told).
