Spears of darkness berated into the sandy barrier with incredibly force. Caedis stood calmly from a safe distance, simply watching as his mind commanded the shadows to lash out against the two. He wasn't even breaking a sweat, this was simple work for him, he was practically toying with them.

Zeta took in a shuddering breath, "Melik" she choked through the blood as she reached out for him blindly, "n-no, n-not yet... I don't w-want to leave you..."

Melik panted. "Sorry Zeta, but it looks like I'm not strong enough to prote..." blood shot from his mouth. The barrier of sand shattered and Melik hit the ground with a thud. A large black spear skewered the entire length of his body. Looking down to see the damage, Melik hacked up a gut full of blood. Gasping for air, he watched as his intestines poured onto the ground.

Writhing in pain, the spazzing finally died when he ripped open his chest. He was trying to suck in air, but it was failing as the spear had pierced his left lung. Rolling over to his chest faced upright, his eyes rolled back into his head. His exposed heart slowed as he used the last of his strength to coat Zeta with a shield of sand. His hand relaxed and he stopped breathing. He stopped everything. There was no movement nor any noises of any sort. The air was gravely silent as Melik laid there motionless.

((Torrence would try to kill him so if you dont bring Varun back you might as well bring Rroy back))

((Um, he may have to depending on what happens with Eleanor and Torrence ^^;; ))

Death, that was the smell the distrupted the peacefulness of the rain. The smell and then that voice. Eleanor's nearly black eyes narrowed at the body that held the voice. "I found this old corpse," he had said. Well that would explain the smell, she thought sarcastically. "Anyways, you're wrong about us," it said before its hood fell back. No matter how cruel her eyes were, they were never going to be a match for the ones before her. Her steps lost their rythm for a moment but she quickly regain her composure. You should expect the devil to coming knocking when you're talking about him, she thought to keep herself 'sane'.

He seemed to be challenging her, her more than Torrence at least. The body fell and Rroy walked with them, well hovered really. It was very uncomfortable with him there. Eleanor didn't like it. He was going on about how he was a sin and how Nieko had taken his place as the one for everyone to hate and this that and the other thing. She didn't really care, nothing Rroy could say was going to change her mind. This Eleanor held the pain the Nieko had put onto the old her and she was going to get revenge for it. She remembered meeting Rroy all too well and he did not spare them, he would have killed them, at least that's what she believed.

"So I may get a challenge after all," she said once Rroy's spirit was gone. She then sighed, "He couldn't have at least told us where to go?" She shook her head, "That was helpful..." She watched Torrence's little break down and even though she was slowly growing more cold, she couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl. When she returned to her side again Eleanor nodded. "We will get our revenge," she said as they continued walking to where she hoped was their trail.

((Rroy: Whoooooo, everyone wants me dead. And I have just the plan for being him back. MUWAH HA HA HA HA))

((RROY?! WHAT ABOUT MELIK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!??EXCLAMATION POINT!!!!))

Zeta reached for Melik, tears streaming from her eyes at the sight of his pain, "MELIK! NO!" she screamed. she was trying to claw away the sand, she didn't care if she wasn't going to be protected anymore, she just wanted to be close to him. Her heart was tearing to pieces, her tears turned the sand to bloody mud. Just as she finally came close to him, something wrapped around her ankle, dragging her back towards Caedis.

The shadow tentacle lifted Zeta up before Caedis, forcing her to look away from Melik and at her brother instead. Her eyes were turning black with sorrow, meeting his lifeless amber gaze. "you have become weak and fool-hearty, so I have decided your fate. You won't get the sweet lover's story, Sho-fah, I will bury your body in magma, and his in ice at opposite ends of the earth. Nothing will ever bring you two together again, and it will be a sign to all. No one crosses me, no one turns against their people, and in my new world, no one will ever love again."

Her tear filled eyes closed, she couldn't even muster the strength to reply. All she could think of was Melik, poor, wonderfully, dead Melik. It filled her mind and broke her heart, killing her far faster than any injury could. I'm sorry she thought to herself I can not smile, Melik... I just can't without you.

Chris had travelled fast, quickly, moving onto streets and then quickly into another woods, then Nieko started to speak asking him a bunch of questions. "I am one hundred and thirty three years old......You were seeking death and i will not allow you to have it. You are mine and i will decide when you die until then you have to live that is something that over rules your Rroy. I do not consedered my self 'effin hot, or anything close to it, i am as far from that as possible. No i have no plans to make a pack, i am a lone wolf and shall remain so. As to how i became what i am i will not tell you that.....it is to personal for me to share. and since you have rejectted me i should kill you but since you want death i will not give it to you, and you wouldn't want to join my pack. We are going to a safe place were the girls can't find us.....then we can stop an dyou can do as you please.....but if you leave and do anything with out my permission you shall be punished. My fur is black so you can't really taint it and it isn't beautiful." Chris replyed to him as he remembered all of his questions and he spoke to him, he picked up his speed, the excersise causing his body tempreture to rise even higher. His voice, face remianed netrual, his eyes remained empty, he had came to the his second safe place. He tossed Nieko on the bed, the only thing that was holding it up was the four ropes at each corner. When Nieko was tossed on it, it began to swing, the room smelled of Chris. He openned a small door that ended up being a small fridge he took some food out, tossing some to Nieko. He sat on the bed next to him, causing it to swing some more, Chris wouldn't admit that this was his room, this was his house, he didn't even notice he was butt naked. He started to eat at the raw meat he had in his hand, letting the bed rock back and forth, calming down as it did so.

Torrence's mind was filling with the hatred that she couldnt help but feel towards the man who had disappeared. Her walk was getting faster and faster now. Her powers started to fill the air as if pressuring everything around her into obliteration. It got harder for her to control it. Trees started to splinter off its bark everywhere. The bark hung in the air, moving with her and staying away from eleanor so that she wouldnt get hurt from them. She wanted to find Nieko and get her revenge by killing him or Rroy's son. Nieko seemed to need to be left for Eleanor in this case. He had hurt her more than he had hurt Torrence. "I will leave Nieko to you. This Zero kid is mine unless Nieko is not dealt with. I will take revenge anyway i can get it. Im sorry."

She looked at the girl. "We must find him quickly if we are to get our revenge." Torrence wasnt looking at anything in particular. Instead she tried to feel the rain as the only sense she had. It was soothing though Rroy's presence had corrupted it. She tried to get that soothingness back. It was hard but finally she was able to calm down a bit. Her walk slowed and her powers were less forcefull.

Lyna gasp in pain, when she felt his fangs pierce her neck, she could feel her life being drawn away from her. She heard him say that she couldn't die on him, she reached up andran her hand through his hair, I don't want to leave........I am glad you didn't leave me. I love you Zero-kun. she seemed to whisper softly to him in her head, she didn't know how or why but she could hear his thoughts before he pulled away from her. Her hand slipped from his hair, falling into her lap, she gave a weak smile to him. The light that was in her eyes had gone, her head fell to the side. It was like she was dead, her heart that was beatting so hard to keep her alive was slowly dying down. She looked as if she were dead, her heart was barely beating it would have been hard for any one to hear it if they didn't know what they were listening for. Her eyes closed, hidding her black eyes, she went limp in his arms. She could still hear everything and feel everything that was going on around her. She couldn't see or move, she could feel her self dying, but there was something else that she was feeling but she didn't know what it was. Her neck was hurtting and there was pain coming from it, a burnning pain.

A smirk played dangerously across Eleanor's lips as she watched Torrence's powers go crazy. "Yes, we shall hurry," she said as she picked up her own pace. She was not aware of how strong her friend had become, of course she was certain that neither of them still knew what they could do yet. Her bare feet then met concrete as she entered they city. She looked around, there were no people, everyone was hiding from the rain. Glancing at the blue haired girl she said, "Do you think you could tell us where our friends may have run off to?" She didn't slow her pace though, she kept walking know that Torrence would tell her if there had to be a change in direction. Her increased pace may have been faster but it also told her just how wet her dress was as it glued itself to her body which was rather uncomfortable.

((no cause she lost his tracks in the city *being stubborn and doesn't want them to be found yet*))

Torrence's feet hit concrete as well and stopped. She looked around for anything she thought would help them find the two that had run off. Well technically the one that had run off with the other. She started walking brisquely across from pavement to pavement. She found the start of another wooded area and found the prints she had been so eager to find. "This way." She stated plainly without too much emotion. Her dress was still moving as if it were dry but sticking to her in other places making it feel uncomfortable from the rubbing but comfortable from the cool feeling of the soft fabric on her skin.

"He took Nieko back into the woods but we are still far behind him." Torrence said as she looked at her friend. "How badly do you want your revenge?"

((Wait, if Eleanor's mad I shouldn't play happy Anastasia music... ^^;; *switches to In the Dark of the Night* ))

"With everything that Nieko has done to us, revenge just once will not be enough," Eleanor replied her tone cold as she walked back through the woods that Torrence had gone to. "Why do you ask?" She then questioned as her dark eyes cast a cold look upon her companion. "Are you having second thoughts?"

The look on Eleanor's face said that she was not amused, she was not going to have someone that was working with her turning on her already. If she didn't want to seek her revenge then that was fine but she was not going to step in on her own revenge. Nieko had done so much to repair and then break her heart over and over and over again. He was not going to get away with.
