Cain immediately moved to the corner near the girls' room, seating himself and leaning against the wall, his hand placed against the wood. He knew that Lyna was on the other side, and quietly started to hum. While Vin'dehl merely ignored the Fae, Cain chose to begin singing softly, slowly gaining volume until he was sure that his duel-toned voice would reach Lyna's ears. He spoke of winter, of snow, of the frost and other strange beauties of the ice. Dropping his own glamor, the silver-haired male merely closed his eyes, his hand still on the wall as though he could feel Lyna's presence.

Glancing over to the Fae, Vin'dehl shook his head, moving to choose the place where he would sleep. There were two beds, but something told him that Cain wouldn't be using one. Taking one, he looked to Gabriel. "Does it matter which bed you have, friend?"

Lyna smiled softly as she leaned her head against the wall, it was as if she knew that Cain was there, the sound of his voice reaching her told her that he was. A single tear ran down her face as things cleared for her, she closed her eyes as she listened to his song, seeing everything that he was singing to her about, she felt more comfortied by it then she knew that she would have. "Cain....." she whispered as if it had been forever sicne she had seen him, as if she was relieved to have know he was home even though she didn't of couldn't see him.

Sapphira sat down on a small decorated chair, collecting her thoughts. She looked at the wall as she let her bag fall down. ................. She was still quite dazed by the kiss.

Cain continued to sing, letting his words shift from the beauties of ice to the soft coming of Spring. Blooming fields and forests, everything that the Fae had seen . . . even pieces from his own world. Describing waterfalls and valleys, glades and forests, the silver-haired male released the glamor he'd been keeping on Lyna, letting her return to her normal looks in a small shower of glittering light.
The silver glitter fell from her, making it seem like the glamor had turned into the shimmering dust. It swirled on the floor before her, twisting about in graceful curves and flourishes, mimicking the silver marking on Cain's chest perfectly. Moving to lick at her feet and ankles, the dusty mist curled around her, moving to play with her fingertips as the Fae's voice carried it.
Good night, Lyna.

Inno glanced to Lyna, and then to Sapphira. "I guess I'll take a bed?" she chuckled, watching the other woman's dazed expression. "You should probably get some rest, Sapphira." Moving to place a hand on the girl's shoulder, the elf helped her stand and guided her over to the bed that was meant for her. "You really like him, don't you?" She laughed. "He's not all that bad, once you get past his memory loss."
Glancing over to Lyna again, Inno smiled, brushing her blonde hair out of her purple eyes. "Good night, Lyna." The tall elf took her cloak and set it with her belongings at the foot of the bed before combing through her hair with her fingers and stripping off her boots and socks, as well as the outer layer of her tunic. "Good night, Sapphira. Sleep well. I want to talk in the morning before the guys wake us." A laugh left her lips. "Vin'dehl sleeps in, so we have no worries about getting up too early."

'Good Night Cain......' "Goodnight Inno........" Lyna said as she continued to lay where she was at against the wall, she smiled as she watched the glitters and swirls, she reached a gentle hand out and touched them. She watched what the mystic glitter dust was doing with the sight Cain was giving her, she then closed her eyes as she listened and slowly started to fall asleep no matter how much she could just imagine whaat might happen to her but the comforts that she was getting from Cain was good enough to put her at ease to fall asleep.

((Aw. :oops: How cute.))

Cain could sense Lyna dropping into sleep, and let the sparkling mist that he had been allowing to swirl around her spread. It was a vaguely light mist now, spread in a nearly translucent cloud that prompted her further into sleep. It only faded after she was already asleep, when the Fae's voice lowered a bit. Though he continued singing for a few more minutes, the silver-haired youth found himself weary as well.
Eyes slowly closing as he heard the others slip into sleep as well, Cain let his white gaze linger on the floor until he could keep his eyes open no longer. Sinking into a restless doze, the Fae woke at every sound from outside, every footstep that moved past their door. Intent on watching Lyna even as he rested, the Fae sighed, forcing himself to calm further.

((AWWWW!!!!! *cries and huggles Cain*))

Cain: *raises eyebrow and pushes them away* <--- doesn't want to be distracted))

((Lyna: *sniffles*))

-Gabriel watched Cain for a moment then realized what he was doing knowing who was on his mind and thought it was sweet. Hopefully Lynna would hear his words in the other room some how. He looked then to brother of his beloved Inno, Vinh' Del and answered him softly. "It matters not my brother sleep in either bed you wish."Gabriel smiled a bit thinking of Inno again when he looked at Vinh' Their resemblance quite similar to each other, thankfully the Lord had well endowed Inno's feminine features or she and her brother would be mirror images of each other. At least in Gabriel's eyes.

Looking over to Cain again Gabriel saw him get ready to sleep on the floor and spoke gently, "Cain, have you ever slept on a bed? It's quite comfortable maybe more so than the ground. Tell you what, if you'll take the bed I'll sleep near the door just as a precautionary measure in case of foul attempts being made on us. What do you say?" Gabriel hoped he spoke before the Fae fell asleep knowing it's not kind to wake a fellow travelling companion once they were asleep.-

Cain glanced up, his pale eyes suddenly focusing on some distant point. "I'm fine," he whispered, shaking his head. He hadn't slept in a bed for a long while, but at that moment, he could care less. "Quite fine." As the double-voiced whisper died away, the Fae leaned against the wall, his eyes closing once again.

With a smile, Vin'dehl chose one of the two beds, slipping his tunic over his head before pulling off his boots. "You really care for her, don't you?" The blond elf looked to Gabriel with a smile, his gray eyes full of mirth. "I can see it in your eyes. And your words."

((Lyna: *huggles Cain and falls asleep while hugging him*))

Sapphira nodded in response to Inno's suggestion for sleep and followed her to the bed she deemed appropriate. "Good night Inno." She said as she fell asleep almost immidiately with a shy smile on her lips. ....I like him?.....there is no doubt.....but about him?...He obviously likes me?......wait till the Elders find out i have been courted by an Elf........ Her thoughts were that of worry and mirth as she slipped into a dream about her and Vin'dehl by the Sani Waterfall back home.

Gabriel nodded to Cain and smiled wishing him a restful sleep and pleasant dreams. Then he looked back to Vin sitting on the bed closest to the door and smiled again to the elf responding in a soft voice knowing it would be heard by Vin's keen ears. "I care for all of us but yes she's the one who holds my heart. Her outward beauty as well as her inner beauty attract me immensely. She makes me feel a way a man should in a good woman's presence, helplessly captivated, willing to do anything within God's will for her. I've prayed for my wife since I was a boy and I believe I've met her." At that point Gabe paused and took a breath blushing a bit as he mustered the strength to speak the rest of his heart.

"She's... She's going to make a wonderful companion and wife to share my years and rear children with. Lord willing." Gabriel bowed his head shocked at how he'd just opened up to his beloved's brother like this hoping it wasn't inappropriate.

Miranda wakes up to find Dante gone,"w-were did he go?"she rubs her eye sleepily. As they adjust to the darkness of the cave she looks for him only to find out he was gone.

Vin'dehl smiled, leaning against the headboard as Gabriel spoke. Completely smitten, that man. "She will," he agreed with the knight, nodding. "And she will be there to help you." He winked in a brotherly way, chuckling softly. "Lord willing, that is. She is a bit of a spitfire, from what I've seen of her." And I can't remember the past. "She will suit you nicely, brother."
Glancing over to the Fae as Cain slowly fell into sleep, the blond elf yawned quietly. "I know this is something everyone says," he began quietly, "but if you hurt Inno . . ." Vin'dehl trailed off, shaking his head. "If you hurt her, I will hunt you down and slit your throat myself." The words sounded lighthearted, but there was truth to them. Inno couldn't handle any more pain. It would tear her apart. "Welcome to the family, blessed brother."
Slowly reaching for the lamp, he blew it out. "Sleep well."

Dante had left the cavern while Miranda still slept, his thoughts lingering over the group they had attacked. He was going to do this without the vampire - he didn't want her to get hurt.
Gold-veined black wings beat the air relentlessly as he forced his way to the city - he knew they would stop there for supplies, perhaps rest - it was the only refuge for many miles. The gold dragon let out a piercing roar into the night, landing not far from the city's walls. His contact with the ground made the earth around him tremble, and Dante shifted forms swiftly, his dark cloak flitting about his features as he pulled up the hood.
He would search for them, hunt them, and bring them down one by one if necessary. I will kill them with my bare hands.

((So . . . Dante should totally hook up with whatever other badguys there are. :yes: That way we can get some more evilness spread around for these guys to fight! :eager:))

Miranda hears the flapping of wings"he must be going after the others"she runs outside of the cave only to find him gone.After looking around hesitantly Miranda decides to hunt and then follow Dante"theres a nice deer".
