YOUR NAME IS BEING CALLED,
do you dare follow?

Elements, yippee skippee.

«••PLOT••»
This is the basic plot so you get the point... the actual RP post will explain it far better, but I detest it when I start reading a RP and realize that it's terrible soooo this is the short version!

This is indeed an elemental RP. Your character shall have a dream of a goddess telling them to go to a forest that your village has told you numerous times not to enter. You get to choose whether or not you head in that direction (though, it's more interesting if you do) and the RP ultimately starts once all characters reach there (this is when the RP starts, I will not be waiting for every elemental to be taken and you may join this at any point in time). Only one person per element and each elemental child comes from a different village.

You do NOT start off with elemental powers, I will tell you when you have them.

You do NOT have to be good, that's what I like about my elemental RP versus other ones. Once your powers are bestowed upon you, you may do as you please. If you want to follow the path of good and continue to listen to the goddess, then do so. If you want to prevent the goddess from her goal, go be evil. If you just want to go home, then do so! You may do whatever you please and what you choose effects the outcome of the RP. Eventually only one chosen will be the lead chosen and the fate of the world will rest upon their shoulders, but we haven't gotten there yet.

EDITED IN: I realized I didn't describe the setting... at all xD Sorry! Well, the setting varies on the location of your character. Each character is from a different village and they are all circled around the Forbidden Forest, some closer than others. Each village has different technology (though some sister villages will be similar), different societies, etc. Some still walk around on foot to get places, while others have carriages. No one has really reached CAR state yet though. It's very nature oriented, since trees and other natural things can be found all over the place. So, keep those in mind, kay? And you don't haveta be Asian xD Seems I'm getting a lot of them, which I don't mind, but you don't HAVE to be =P

Still interested? Read the rest.

«••ELEMENTS••»
If it's taken, you can't have it. Don't whine about it =\
NEW!!! (as of 3/2/2010). Each element is a sub of a major element :D Only gods and stuffles get to be the main ones and whatnot. Choose one of the subcategories. Whomever is also in your element branch (ex. Electric and Fire are both part of energy) are more like your brother/sister :3 So, you prooobably get along. Hell, maybe even like each other! But that is on you and the other person.
+Also, you'll find out the extent of your powers once you meet the goddess for the second time in the Forbidden Forest, so don't bother asking me about them.

«••RULES••»
1)) All site rules apply here as well.
2)) No godmoding, flooding, powerplaying, Mary Sues, Gary Stues, spamming, double posting, etc.
3)) Romance is allowed, but keep it PG 13 and please keep it realistic. I don't believe in love at first sight, it's called lust.
4)) There won't be TONS of gore, but I go into deep descriptions with PAIN, so, if you can't handle it then don't bother joining because I'm not toning it down for your queasy stomach or sensitive mind.
5)) I don't mind cussing, just don't do it every other sentence because it's annoying.
6)) I want literacy, thank you. If I feel you are illiterate then I won't bother accepting you. I want good, solid posts. Not just one lousy paragraph you pulled out of your ass last minute. I made an effort to make this RP and type all this crap up so you better show some effort in your posts or I don't want you here, got it? AT LEAST TWO SOLID PARAGRAPHS.
7)) Read the dream or you won't understand what the hell is going on (dream will be in the post after this one once the actual RP starts to make things easier, got it?).
8)) I want all profiles PMed to me. I would prefer that this topic is dedicated to the actual RP rather than to you asking me questions and posting profiles. If you have a question, PM me. I don't bite, too much.
9)) Be active. I can't stand it when people join and they leave outta nowhere.
10)) If you read this, make your PM title "Go Eat A Turnip".
11)) If you leave ANYTHING I wrote on the character sheet that isn't something I wanted on it, I will automatically reject you.
Example: Name: Your character's name. Crystal.
See how STUPID that looks?!
12)) YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE ELEMENTS UNTIL YOU MEET THE GODDESS SO DON'T SUDDENLY KNOW ABOUT THEM. I can't stand people who make their characters know something THEY know, but their characters shouldn't! It's annoying and unrealistic.
13)) I can add to this whenever I please.

«••CHARACTER SHEET••»
Because it makes my life easier, since the goddess is supposed to understand you and without a character sheet it's kinda hard to understand your character entirely =\ Besides, this is you proving to me just how literate you are. All right? So, prove it!
Code:
[img]Your character's picture, I like having them in case I wanna draw the people in my RPs. Pics of real people please o-o no anime. This doesn't mean be you, but yeah.[/img]
Name: Simple, your character's name. I'm not gonna specify name origin since it would vary upon village, you can decide that.
Age: Your age, which needs to be realistic. No 109 year olds. Though I don't mind if your character is older, you do not have to be a teenager.
Gender: Do I really needta explain this one?
Element: The element you are choosing.
Race: There ARE a select few demon races, they are just humans combined with animals though. There are also some elves... it's mainly humans though. I'm just throwing them out there. Mainly humans.
Sexuality: If you're really young, put none yet. I really don't believe that children understand sexual urges. Yes, some do, but I rather you just not have it there. Otherwise go ahead.
Occupation: If you have one.
Personality: Make it good.
History: This is where you get to prove your literacy! Make a good history please =D
PLEASE BOLD EACH THING. I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT IT WON'T PUT B and /B D: with these [] and stuff. Pleeeease or it'll drive me batty!
It's a very simple code, but I don't care. It's what I'm using.

Personality: People seem to think ill of me. I guess I come off a little strong, but all I am is confident and focused, somewhat. I guess people think that I think I'm perfect or something. I don't, I think I'm a mess. I hardly talk to anyone because I'm always thinking of my next move or day dreaming. I like the world inside my head best. I mean everyone's just so judgmental. People just need to learn to mellow out. And sorry if I seem like I'm ignoring you, I'm not. I probably just didn't hear you. My worlds a million miles away from here. The receptions not so good.
History: My father was killed while hunting before i was born. My mother wanted me to have his name, Haru, but then she died giving birth to me. My grandparents tell me that even as an infant I looked like my mother. so my grandmother wanted to name me after her. I know she meant know harm, but I think she thought of me as a replacement for my mother. Anyways, my grandfather said that my name shall be both my parents in respects to them both. After Mama was long gone Papa told me that I could earn my own name one day. what a funny thing, someone earning their own name, but I bought it. One day I'll know what my name shall be.

I grew up mostly with Papa. Mama died when i was six from being very ill. He's where I get my confidence from, and my somewhat focus. He's always telling me how beautiful and talented I am, and how special I am, but he also says without wisdom that is all useless. And to gain wisdom, one must listen. Papa taught me martial arts, and I turned it into a dance, but even still, it is one of the few things that holds my attention, aside from my day dreams and dancing. I love dancing, and I don't mind people watching me. i actually enjoy it. it's one of the few times I get positive attention, not including Papa of course.

I should probably tell you about that weird dream I had huh? Well I was on one of those journeys to find myself, and I fell asleep under a large oak tree beneath a starry sky. I had a dream about a beautiful woman telling me to go to that forest we've been told not to enter. Maybe it was just a dream, but it felt so real, more like an encounter than a dream. I have to go. what if the dream was more than a dream?

Gender: Female.

Race: Most have assume she's a demon because of her horns, but she doesn't remember what she is.
Sexuality: She hasn't thought about it and is too preoccupied with fighting to really care about such matters.
Occupation: Assassin for hire.
Personality: Sakyo is stubborn, strongwilled, and sticks to whatever she puts her mind to. Quick to snap, her temper flares easily and is not one anyone wants to endure, especially not her enemies, whom she shows no mercy towards. Each successful mission brings her one step closer to her ultimate goal of finding her father, which will be better explained in her brief history.
History: At a very young age Sakyo was seperated from her father and step mother and thrown into a demonic world she didn't quite understand. She ran away from the demon village she was in out of fear and a childish hope that her father was nearby; sadly, he was no where to be found. Such a panic would startle and traumatize any child, especially since she was completely lost in a nearby forest she didn't recognize, then there's another little, important face: Sakyo's blind. Young Kyo felt about the trees and sniffed the air, trying to find her way back to the demon village with no luck. Cold night air swept over the exhausted child as she wept under a willow tree.

Hours passed before someone found her, a woman who had lived in the forest amongst the animals for as long as she could remember. Her true name remains unknown, but those who knew her knew her as Sly or Ghost, either was fine. She raised Kyo as one of her own, teaching her the ways or nature and balance and helped her see without her eyes. Now Sakyo is an assassion for hire as she desperately tries to find clues to her father's whereabouts.

Occupation: Cashier at a clothes store known as Fredrickson's.
Personality: Crim Osman was always the shy guy that was constantly walked all over even when he was a child. Friends have tried to make him grow a spine only to fail. He was always far too selfless for his own good and those around him wouldn't be able to tell you something he did for himself if you ever decided to ask. There isn't a mean bone in his body, Crim is always seen helping others or being pushed around by those who realize how easy it is to use him and by people who love how easy it is to make him cry. Swing a pillow in his face and you are sure to see tears swell up in Crim's big, brown eyes.
History: Nothing dramatic happened to Crim to cause him to be the pushover he is today. No one died, his parents treated him well, and he had many friends. Ever since he was a little boy he would be running around trying to help others to the best of his abilities, even if it hurt him. His mother constantly worried about him since he almost died numerous times by taking on a task his frail body couldn't handle.

Crim was prone to bullies, but it didn't make him think ill of them at all. In one of these incidents, his close friend, Naomi, had found Crim sprawled on the grass in one of the nearby parks with a bloody face and tears streaming down his cheeks rapidly as he tried to breathe. After cleaning his face with her shirt, she was ready to go find the boys who did this and bash their faces in, which they both knew she was capable of, and she knew exactly who did this to him too. Crim insisted that they go home and that he had to make dinner before he went to work otherwise he would be late. It stumped Naomi and she finally decided to ask him, "Why do you let them do this to you? Why don't you fight back? They're assholes and you don't even want me to get back at them!"

He just smiled, "Not everyone is as blessed as I am... I have wonderful friends and parents who love me. Maybe beating me up helps them cope with their lives... Maybe seeing me all messed up and crying makes them feel better about themselves and better about what's out of their control... and if that's what it'll take to make them feel better, then let them. It's not worth beating them up over."

((Again, do not follow my sheet as example. I'm lazy with these))

Personality: Oi. I hate this part. Well I can be jerk a lot of the times I know for a fact. I can't help it; I'm just an honest guy. Not that I'm apologizing. I can be nice, when I want to be, it all depends on if I like you. Of course even if I like you, doesn't mean I'll be nice to you all the time. So I guess it depends on my mood then, huh? Oh well. I'm also lazy; I take action, sometimes, if it appeals to me at the moment. Also, I'm quite intelligent; I just choose to act like anything but. I'm modest that way, no, just using my brain for anyone, but me requires too much muscle work. Anyways, selfish, stubborn, sly, curious, yadda, yadda, all that stuff, is who I am. I'm not hiding any deep down emotions.
History: More long sentences! Ugh! Fine I was born to a man and a woman, two wolf demons. I learned to walk, I learned to talk and I learned to fight all on my own. I refused to be taught anything. My mother had patience for me, but my father and the rest of my clan didn't. I don't blame them. They were all about team work and family, and all that stronger as a whole thing and I was a self-survivor. Despite this I would have laid down my life for anyone of them. I mean I did care about them. I really did. I just had my own way of showing it. I guess I should have done a better job.

It happened about four or so years ago that my older brother was killed, and a few others in my clan were killed by a group of traitors. I tried my best to help my fellow warriors survive, but it was useless. We were out numbered. I managed to get away with my dying brother. We didn't get too far before he could no longer go on, and he told me I needed to go to the village and warn the others. I eventually gave in, and went. His blood was all over me. I got to the village and there were the traitors, alongside the rest of my clan. One had my sword, covered in blood that matched my brother's scent. I guess you can figure out what happened from there.

Occupation: Carrier-Pidgeon caretaker
Personality: Emily is viewed in her village as the odd one out, no one believes her capable of anything other than small menial tasks, and no one expects her to be able to hold her ground in any situation that might require it. They see her as weak, fragile, and positively looney. In truth Emily is paranoid and jumpy, but she is also unpredictable, if something is important enough to her she will persevere and show an uncanny talent to pay close attention, and act like a leader.
History: Born and raised in a village of people who worshipped various birds, their spirits and even the demon-kindred, Emilia has never had any knowledge as to who her true parents are. She was taken in by a woman who had never been able to bear children of her own, and who was in charge of caring for the village's pet bird's.

The woman was sensible enough, but never proved to be the best of parents, she was far too used to caring for birds than for children. She raised Emilia without ever expanding on the strange rituals and beliefs of the village, simply telling Emilia that everyone needed something to believe in to get along in life. The old woman told the Emily over and over again that she believed in her, and that was her sole reason for living. The bird's had lost their meaning for her, but she had high hopes for Emilia. When Emily turned seven, the woman realized that the girl was odd, and fidgety, she decided to teach Emilia how to care for the birds finally giving up on trying to socialize the girl to everyone else in the village.

Orphans were looked down upon in the village, adding to Emilia's anti-social and jumpy behavior, all of the children would tease and bully her for having no parents to speak of, and for being taken care of by the looney caretaker of the village. To hide from their words she took up the guitar from a kind old man that was friends with her Guardian. Emily worked diligently to learn how to care for each and every bird, by the time she turned thirteen she had made her friends with the birds, and her life became the music that she could play on the guitar. Despite the way she had been teased and bullied as a child, the others her age started to leave her alone, preferring to listen to her sing or play the guitar. The birds would congregate around her whenever she played, or simply sat staring at the sky, they seemed to like her even more than the older caretaker. However the oddest thing was that even the wild birds would sit near her and pay her company.

Her familiarity with the birds has been the only indication towards her heritage, that she had to be part bird-demon. However this new knowledge didn't help her socialize, she was far too paranoid and fidgety to accept the extended friendship of her peers. She desperately wanted out of her village, wanted to just fly through the clouded skies. Then she had a dream... Emily told her Guardian about the dream and was surprised when she was urged to follow that dream.. right into the forbidden forest.

Race: Human, though there is some speculation
that he may have elfin ancestry.

Sexuality: Heterosexual.... most of the time.

Occupation: Part-time farm laborer.

Personality: As a worker, he is rather lazy. Unless he is doing something that he enjoys, he tends to slack off in his work. In all other situations, he tends to be a bit weak-willed when dealing withe peer pressure. Then again, most of the time he actually wants to do what he is being told to do.

History: Born in the village of Inconnu, his parents were prominent figures among town officials, turning it into a booming city with their teamwork, oratory skills, and money management. Soon after bringing the village to its new glory, they faded out of the picture, settling just outside of the cityscape and commissioning a home with their riches. How exactly they came about their original skills, how they met, and how all of this happened is still a mystery to both Zephyr and most others. The circumstances had always been a bit sketchy, and they remained so well throughout their lives together. Zephyr was born technically into a life of luxury, but had to work for everything he got. During the days, when his parents went off to "work" (yet another mystery), Zephyr was sent a few houses down to Cassandra, a severe woman in about her early 40's at the time of Zephyr's parents death.

She was strict, fierce, and greatly intelligent. Strong, too; she taught him how to fight with both foil and katana, though he soon gave up these practices after his parents left. Or, rather, were taken. His house burned down when he was nine years old, under mysterious circumstances that investigators blamed on electrical faults. There were bits of evidence, however, against an organization none of the township had ever heard of; HAE, an acronym none of them knew, nor was there any clues as to the meaning. Simply bits of surviving paper, logos stamped on objects.

The case was soon given up, closed as no new evidence was found. A man with no left hand was released as a suspect, his name not revealed to the public nor almost anyone involved in the case. Everyone forgot about the Killian family, and almost no one knew about their child.

He gave up his time with Cassandra, who had become his new guardian along with her eccentric family, after two years, instead demanding to go to a public school. They obliged, sending him there, but still tried to continue lessons with him in an array of strange subjects; combat, self-control, meditation. None of these things he understood, and at 14, he discontinued them, simply refusing to cooperate as they taught. When he was 16, he almost ceased to return home, instead preferring to party.

By the time he was 17, he had developed drug addictions and a very bad alcohol problem, every return home becoming worse as he fought and brought conflict to the rather large home.

The next nine years were spent wandering from place to place, the partying continuing and slowly turning into pathetic listlessness as he drifted from one home to the next, sleeping wherever and with whoever he could. The drugs disappeared from his life somehow, the drinking didn't. The smoking had been going on secretly ever since he was 13, a hidden addiction that he no longer cared for, and deeply regretted.

Now, he knows not what to do with his life. He considered ending it, but is too afraid of death to do so. He is waiting for something to happen, some revelation to come along and change everything forever.

History: Kyoko Skai was always a selfish child, anyone could vouch for that, and it didn't change when he grew up. As many angsty teens do, he ran away from him when he was thirteen and ended up in the town same town that Crim lived in. Luckily he knew how to cleverly hide his bat wings and successfully blended in as a human and his odd looks weren't given a second glance because of how odd everyone in that town already dressed. He attended school and stayed at a local boy's house, but only when he desperately wanted to. Otherwise Kyoko was found wandering the streets for anything fun. Plenty of havoc was caused by him, but the kind people couldn't bring themselves to turn him away.

She has trained her mind to be tranquil in turbulence due to her weak disposition (see below) and low stance in the tribe. She is more likely to disable than to kill, but has a deadly accuracy with her wit, tongue, and aim. She's much like everyone thinks Native Americans are, spiritualistic and in tuned with nature. Animals seem to love her for some odd reason and seem to know she is ill and requires assistance. As far as people.. She doesn't really have an opinion and is cautious to speak around them. Many have thought her to be a mute since they never once heard a sound from her throat.
History: Aponi was born frail, earning her the name that meant "Butterfly". Her village is rather unrefined and unable to recognize her mild hypotonia (lack of muscle tone). Though she grew to a reasonable 5'6", she is sickly-looking and easy to tire. Due to the sickness, despite being the tribe leader's daughter, she has been treated poorly. It was from the infirmed and the elderly that she learned the skill of weaving. Through peddling her pieces, she eventually had enough to bribe a warrior trainer into teaching her bow. She never had the strength to use any large war bows, but she had the wit to learn different ways to treat the arrow heads. Self-defense no longer a worry, the frail one began exploring. Only able to go small distances, she never quite made it to the other villages. If she had a horse... But those were reserved for the well-ones, and she knew better than to ask. So she sat, and she wove, and she dreamed.. Until one day, she Dreamed. A beautiful woman, the smell of lilacs. She felt a new urge she hadn't experienced before, to touch or taste.. But when the sun shone brightly into her eyes, she knew that there was now something more for her than to be treated like the infirmed or retarded of her village. She had a choice; Sit and weave forever, or steal a horse and ride. The Great Mother taught of fate, of destiny and choice. It was Time.

Occupation: Musician/Photographer/Actor
Personality: Kiel was one that typically refused any kind of help from others. His mother had said he is so stubborn that it reminds her of his father, then she would start crying and not understand why he turned out the way he is. No matter how hard he tried to show his mother that he is not anything out of the ordinary, she would just get upset and try to change the subject to something else. He grew colder and more self conscious when other students harassed him for what he was. Deep down all he wants is to have someone that cared for him as much as he did, He knows he is a good guy, but everyone pushed him away. Summing it up he is Vain/Stubborn/Naive/Self-Conscious/Cold/Caring/Affectionate.
History: Kiel was born to a kind family nineteen years ago in a village that looks like it grew right out of the ground, the only thing not natural in the village was the brick wall that blocked the village from the forbidden forest. The head of the village would announce some excuse about a curse if you enter the forest every year, like a festival for surviving another year.
When Kiel turned to the age of three his father vanished, His mother always said he would return some day in hope to have him back even though she knew he left her for another woman. His father left because he hated his son, Kiel was born underweight and frail, and the father would always bruise him by picking him up to rough. One time Kiel was crying and it drove his father so angry that he grabbed the babies throat to shut him up which damaged his throat.
Distraught, the father left because he could not play with his son like all the other fathers did. When Kiel turned nine he knew he was not like the other boys around the village. He was unsure how and why but they seemed more interesting than anything to look at.
Kiel turned fifteen and that is when the harassing started. The boys started to notice him watching them and they did not think it was normal. Getting stabbed by a older boy once was the final stand Kiel's mother could handle. That is when she started to hate him for what he is, because it started to ruin her life. He ignored his thoughts for the time being until he turned eighteen.
That is when he started planning to run away, exercising and getting his body in shape just enough to climb that wall. No one wanted to bother him anymore once they saw the muscles he built up over that year. As soon as Kiel turned nineteen he knew he was ready to get away, to let his mother have the life she wanted, a life without him. It was the day of the Festival, Kiel got dressed and packed a small bag of things he knew he would want or need and headed to the festival. While the village head gave the main speech he walked up to the wall and everyone watched him curiously. The village head stopped to see what everyone was watching, and they saw Kiel leap up and climb over the wall. He heard them shouting that he will be punished if he does not come back this instant, but he didn't want to come back, living there was more of a punishment then leaving. After walking a little ways into the forest he grew tired and decided to lay down and take a nap, that is when the dream occurred and he woke up and instantly felt a need to just go to the center of this cursed forest, it was not like he had a life to go back to in Kariko village.

Everything about her is calm and soothing. If Sly wished to, she could easily manipulate anybody to do as she pleased much like a siren that attracts her prey.
History: Unknown!

I don't care that her sheet sucks. Why? Because she isn't for the elemental stuff. I just want her known because she is the guardian of the Forbidden Forest and is important to my character Sakyo :D

History: Born in the village of Nillac, a strange village that was a borderline city where everyone tried to use resources right from the earth without destroying anything. They had learned to use rubber-tree roots to make their bridges and homes over the many years, everyone used only what they needed from hunting or their farms. The whole town was very conscious about not using more than they needed, unlike other villages. Any jewely was made from rocks found by chance, or teeth from animals that had been hunted for food and clothing, to covet anything was to go against the village. To decorate or dye anything was also to go against the ways of the village and punishments from that included either having to hunt for other families than your own, or going so far as to be banished from the village to go find your way in one that valued such useless treasures.

Well Kamrin's mother had been one to covet things, she had a unique gift for creating beautiful jewely and clothing with cloth and beads. However she had been the daughter of one of the town's leaders, so it wasn't until she conceived a baby with an elf that she was banished from her own village. Of course... No one found out that Kamrin's father was anything but human until the boy turned five. He was relatively normal, loved to play outside with other kids, respected the forest for what it was... The only thing that the village hadn't liked about him at first was that he inherited his mother's love for creating 'unnatural' things. He started to make necklaces and bracelets, he wore the small earrings his mother made for him... Yet they started to realize the difference when he refused to hunt. Kamrin utterly refused to eat meat, or hunt, and preferred his mother's clothing over the animal-skin clothing that the rest of the town made. He would only accept leather shoes and coat when it was extremely cold out and his mother urged him.

They realized he grew closer and closer with the animals in the town, and they listened to him, he also became more and more interested in the forest despite having been told that it was dangerous. Finally his mother confessed that his father had been an elf, and they were banished to another town. His mother never was able to handle the rejection of her town and father, but Kamrin got along well, he liked the idea of visiting other villages and, when he turned 13 he left his mother to travel through the villages.

He actually learned various forms of Martial Arts, and customs of the other villages before he started to have dreams. A beautiful woman came to him in the night, it reminded him so much of a girl he had loved and lost when he was 19... The one that he had gotten the scarf from. Despite traveling around from village to village, getting to know himself a bit better, he never got to know the forbidden forest.. However he was able to make it to go see the goddess as the dreams got more and more vivid and frequent.

Personality: Makael is rather gentlemanly, in a rough sort of way. He respects ladies, is very well mannered, but he's sort of gruff. He is very passive-aggressive with his dislike, never outright treating badly, but never treating well either. He's very loving of nature due to where he grew up and loves music, but never learned how himself. Too busy.
History:
Makael was born screwed. His dad was never around and his mom died in childbirth while out in the forest. Sounds awesome, right? Why was she out in the forest anyways? I forgot to mention? Oh she was just trying to kill herself and the kid that reminded her of his damn father. If it hadn't been for the fact they were near an Elf village and the forest alerted them to his existence, he would've died in the forest that night when it rained, surely drowning. Normally the Elves would've taken him to the edge of a normal human village, but he had markings of destiny and they knew it.

As he grew, the Elves TRIED to train him to be more like them. They succeeded in some areas, like how he moved and respect of the forest.. But Makael loved meat and thought leather divine. The kids made fun of his inferior sense of smell and sound. He took out his frustration in his training. He learned a craft, his favorite art. He could carve the wood and it was like shaving off his anger. It's because of this skill he can be so cool, even to those he hates.

Eventually he tossed aside bows and went for hand-to-hand combat, to the chagrin of his huntress foster. He'd even hunt like that. He has a few scars from the deer bucks ramming him, but he'll tell you it was all in awesme. He grew pretty normal, filling out a muscled form and tall 6'2" without looking like a giant. He was still short in his village.

When he turned 18 he noticed something off about his carvings. They didn't come to life, didn't have awesome enchantments, but they sparkled with.. something. When he brought them into the council, they told him he had embued himself in them. It was his spark of destiny, they knew it. He handled the fact he was a freak, even for a human in an elven village, pretty well.

Shit didn't get hard until he was kicked out for having sex with the Council Leader's son. He had no idea that human-elf sex would be a no-no. No one bothered to tell him. Of course, no one thought that an elf from the village would go for him. He's been living in the forest silently until now.. His dreams... He sneak to the clearing to see if it was real, and it was. He couldn't believe it. Water, huh? Well fancy that..

Instead of joining the group, he filtered off on his own. Part of him wishes he hadn't. Water leaked from his body, everywhere it could. Eyes, ears, nose, you don't wanna know where else. He nearly died from the loss of water of his body.. But then he realized that the flow could be reversed, and from inside him at that. He was still violently ill at first, but eventually he recovered and stumbled around.. Mountains, huh? Time to find out.

Occupation: Generally Jamilah has no job, though she has to obey the word of the holder of her object, who (if anyone) has this object is alone (let alone what the object is). Thus she is pretty free and does whatever she pleases, though she appears whenever Kyoko and the Skai family uses an ancient spell to summon her, one she granted to them upon becoming friends with Kyoko.
Personality: If the people who are interacting with her haven't realized this yet... Jamilah is what you would classify as the "classy bitch". Cuss words are unnecessary to her for she knows how to make someone feel like an insolent little worm without having to resort to newfound slang of today. Sometimes her overwhelming lust towards people get the best of her, causing her to flirt with whomever catches her fancy as well as create a new goal in her life: to bed them and make them hers. At times she can be helpful, but she chooses to only help those that she cares for, wants something from, or someone that can benefit her somehow. She has a short temper.
History: "As any Jinn would, I caused much mayhem as I roamed about my deserts. It was immense fun to terrorize and terrify the mortals I could find. I adore causing sandstorms or pushing the clouds back to prevent rain from reaching their towns. Anything was better than hanging out with another of my kind, none of them could think of anything as brilliant as I, thus it was dull to be around any of them.

All was well until I made a minor mistake on my part... I dared to mess with the daughter of a witch. She was irresistible! I swear to you, she was. Even lovers of males alone would want the beauty that was the witch's daughter. I figured as a Jinn it was too easy to get away with. Her daughter was mine whether she wished it or not. Sadly her mother saw me leaving her window and laid a hex on me. Now I am trapped to that, UGH! That vile woman. How I would destroy her if I didn't fear it backfiring. Damn witches. That girl was quite lovely though and, also, quite worth it.

I detested any mortal who managed to find my object and was lucky enough to rub it and summon me. How I loathed the witch more and more each time I had to grant three wishes to some pathetic soul. They always ask for the same wishes, I swear it. Either money, some twisting plan to get love since they are too idiotic to obtain it on their own, power, or sex. Is that truly all mortals think of? Power, money, sex, and love? It's pathetic. If they were smart, they should wish me free. Why? Because I am far more likely to grant their wishes properly that way. Wishing me free shows how intelligent they truly are and that they are worthy of my presence. Of course, a mortal would never think outside of the box.

Now I explore outside of my region to avoid that foul witch I mentioned previously. Though I am occasionally tempted to return only to take her daughter away. What else could she possibly do to me? Besides, if her daughter had my object then it is of no concern to her if I am near her. Oh weeell." Which is directly copied from Rising's RP Our World xDD ha ha.

For this RP, the only difference is that she is now connected to Kyoko's family, but it has yet to be revealed as to WHY.

((Nah ;3 It's ok. I think people will realize you were just asking a question and it's all good =P Time to pooost! :D I apologize if it ends up short D: I got a couple art requests and gotta make my sheet and I wanna run off and do that.))

However long it took you to sleep, where you were resting, or even how well you were sleeping didn't matter tonight. No matter the circumstance the goddess was bound to enter the Chosens' dreamlands on this very night whether they wanted her to or not. Her soothing voice would echo in their minds as her slender frame floated and glowed before them in a white, luminescent light never seen before. Colorful hair would slowly move about her and flow with her satin dress as if calm breeze was blowing about, yet no wind was there. The woman would gently place her hands upon the Chosen's face and tell them their mission and plead that they meet here in the Forbidden Forest far off from their village in the very center of all villages. They alone would have to figure out how they would get to their destination, since not all villages have the same technology; some were still roaming the land on foot.

The goddess's offer will sound tempting to you, but it entirely on each Chosen as to whether they fulfill her wishes and head to the dead center of the Forbidden Forest where rumors have told of hideous monsters lurking in the shadows ready to pounce. Then again, would you honestly believe that such a beauteous being would send you to your doom?

As the sun rises into the sky and seeps into each Chosens' window, or blinds them in some other way, you all awake and choose what you shall do next.

A female voice echoed in Hui’s mind. “Hur? Wazzat? You’re in love with me?” he said while waking up with a start. Only…this was obviously not the real world. He had fallen asleep on a tree branch and this place was a like a gigantic white room with no walls or end. A pretty lady with the nice voice came to him. Hui started to gape at the lovely lady, nice; she was showing some nice amount of skin! The girl’s body seemed to glow and her hair bent and moved slowly as though being blown by a wind that seemed to be passing through Hui as he couldn’t really feel anything. The lady came up to Hui, who was kneeling and put her hand on his face. He didn’t move or get up for some reason and submitted to being looked down upon as she didn’t look like she was scorning him. The lady spoke.
“You have a mission. You must go far from your village and meet at the center of the Forbidden Trees. You alone and you cannot tell anyone else.”

With that, the stranger’s body blurred before breaking apart like sand and disappearing in the wind that Hui could still not feel. Waking up in the leaves with a gasp, Hui tried to slow his heart beat to fanthom what his dream meant. Hui never dreamed; at night his only thought were just blank and pitch darkness. The Forbidden Trees eh? It would be a bothersome trip but not by much as he had often ventured into it’s hills with his odd spirit friends. Hui had only traveled on the inner outskirts of the forest and had never ventured into the middle of it. The villagers everywhere spoke of the place with great fear but then again, they thought that Hui’s pals were curses and tried to kill them in the name of Shinto. Scratching his head, Hui reached into his leather pouch to count his money. He had earned sixteen coppers from delivering the tea shop keeper’s message to his daughter-in-law and this amount would be enough to wander around and buy some things to play a few light pranks on the grouchy iron smith. Hui shook his head as the sunrise came into the sky and shaded his eye’s from the glare and greeting of the Sun. Zao An Mr. Tai-Yun, he thought with a nod to the rising yellow before climbing down a few branched of the tree and jumping to land lightly on the floor.
The tree that he was resting in was already on the outskirts of the forest anyways. Feeling boredom and curiousity to check if the center of the “curse” was really real; Hui decided that going there wouldn’t be that bad. He had no fear for his life and no one in the village would miss him if he was gone; rather they would probably throw a small party in celibration. Taking a coin out, Hui decided that the old man’s face on the back of the currency would decided whether he went or not. Flipping it, a sudden gust of wind came and swept the coin among the roots of the trees. I guess this decided it, Hui thought as he retrieved the coin and stepped over the roots to head deeper into the trees. For tonight’s dinner he was going to make himself a roasted wild duck.

(Zao an: good mornin, Tai-yan means sun; I make such a crappy translation DX))

Sasuki had had a long day, preparing for the celebration a week away. She would never miss it. They had been preparing the clothes, her make up, and practicing a couple of hours a day so she wouldn't mess up. Sasuki, though utterly exhausted, still had that tinsy little bit of energy inside her, that excitement for the celebration. She couldn't wait to let go, be free. She would be let in the world and allowed to explore on her own.
As her head hit the pillow that just seemed too familiar, she fell into a deep sleep in a matter of seconds, greeted by a very.. beautiful lady? Sasuki wasn't sure whether she should approve of the lady, she was showing an awful lot of skin. A geisha never shows her skin, every geisha is given layers and layers of clothing, and every geisha chooses who they praise with some sight seeing, if you catch my drift.
She couldn't recognize her either, and a slight furrow of her eyebrows told the lady she was frowning in confusion. Sasuki fell in love with the lady's smile. Even though she seemed to seduce men more than necessary, this lady truly was beautiful, and Sasuki could not deny this. But that the lady uses this to her advantage? She did not approve of such an act.

The lady didn't seem to care about her disapproval though, since she just shook her head, tutted at Sasuki's thoughts, and continued as if nothing had happened. Sasuki's disapproval shattered once she heard the music made, and she looked around in search for the cd player, her eyes only met with white walls. Was this lady truly speaking such unbelievable music? She shook her head, she wouldn't believe it. Interrupting the lady, she said, "Who are you?" As a response, the lady smiled, and spoke once more,
"My identity is not important. I have a mission that I think would be suitable for you," she paused, and noticing Sasuki speechless, continues.
"You must enter the Forbidden Forest, alone, no one but you must know about your journey. Follow my guides, and you will not get lost."
Before Sasuki could ever get her mind around her task and ask questions, the lady's form shimmered and blurred before disappearing entirely, and she was only allowed a matter of seconds to blink in confusion before she woke up, knowing every detail of the dream. How is that possible?

Later that day, Sasuki had a lot on her mind, and that excitement for the celebration had vanished into thin air, and what replaced it was this overwhelming feeling she couldn't describe, as though the mission was her destiny. The mission was risky, going into the Forbidden Forest was not safe, but lady had assured her that if she should follow her guide, she would not get lost. Sasuki was convinced. She decided to check it out round about now, before afternoon, even though it would destroy any of the relationship she had built over the number of years with her step mother. She sighed, it was for her own good, and her mother's. Her mother would know what to do.
Getting to work, she packed the most useful things she thought she would need for the journey, took a shower, checked last minute things, before sneaking out the back door.

ooc:// I hope this is alright \\

((That was fine :D Don't worry :P))

"I can't believe that bastard that he could get away..." Sakyo rolled her faded green eyes as she pulled her sword out of the man's bloody and battered face. A quick glance to examine her clothes for blood and then she was off to return to Sly to inform her that the mission was finally closed. For weeks she had been spying on this man in the shadows, gritting her teeth as he groveled at her knees this very day. No pity lingered in her heart for him. Though he was a family man, he cheated, gambled, and tortured many defenseless souls in his spare time, which was enough to cause her blood to boil and stomach to churn in disgust. "Your family will be better without your pathetic being..." With that, she proceeded to kick his corpse into the proper hole dug for him. Luckily she was far enough in the Forbidden Forest that no one would ever find his body, nor any other body of someone she killed. Of course, for certain missions she would bring the body to the buyer, but Sly insisted she buried him since his body would be hard to deliver. Besides, the man who wanted him gone was willing to come out, dig up the grave enough to see him, and go on his merry way. Some dirt was kicked down, but ultimately the buyer would be the one doing most of the burying.

Swiftly she dragged her sword across the grass to clean off the blood then slipped it back into the sheath on her hip before she turned to head home. Home was simple; a cottage that was in the Forbidden Forest enough for Sly to not be disturbed by the nearby villagers. Only the daring and desperate would venture to see her and plead for her "daughter", as they liked to call Kyo, to dispose of someone for a fee, and occasionally information on the whereabouts of her father; though such information was rare. They swore they had seen him, but when she followed their directions he was nowhere to be found. Occasionally she wondered if he was even trying to find her.

She swung the door open, causing it to bang against the outer wall and slam behind her as Kyo headed towards her room. Sly was already up, as usual, meditating until she was rudely interrupted. She chuckled, amazed that Sakyo's tiny frame could cause such a ruckus.

"Is it safe for me to assume that this man had no valid information as well?" the woman smiled reassuringly, she knew how hard it was for Sakyo each time she was faced with a dead end. "The spirits have informed me that you will be coming into a vast deal of information soon, Kyon." She seemed to float to her feet as she rose and walked over to the frail child. "Do not lose hope... I know your father is looking for you, do not let doubt cloud your mind... You remember him, do you not, Kyon?"

The girl nodded. "He was the last person I ever saw before my vision..." She grunted. Sakyo wasn't born blind, only turned that way sometime when she was a toddler. Luckily, no one ever noticed. In fact, only Sly knew of it as far as she knew. Kyo was well adapted to her surroundings.

"Then remember him as he was... His aura lingered about you when I found you and I can feel it nearing towards us..." Sly gently kissed Kyo's forehead. "Now... head to bed, an important vision shall be given to you on this very night... The spirits have been telling me about it all morning, but I have insisted that you find out about it on your own." Then she returned to her meditating position without another word.

The redhead groaned and rolled her eyes, heading towards her bedroom for a good night's rest after all of the mess she had gone through today. Her sword was set on the floor beside her. For a couple minutes she rolled about before finally sleep took her away from the real world. Blurs of colors swirled about her in dreamland as a soothing voice spoke to her. She screamed at the woman, but she didn't seem to care about what Kyo had to say. On and on the woman went about going deeper into the Forbidden Forest than ever before and insisted that she go. Instantly, Sakyo knew this was the vision Sly had mention.
"And why should I go? How does it benefit me?"
"Follow this path to adventure and travel... which shall lead you to your father, young Sakyo. Is that not what you have been longing for? Now is your chance to be reunited with whom you were so wrongfully torn from. He loves you, but it too far to find you within the year. If you wish to see him soon, go deep into the Forbidden Forest and there I will give you further instruction. You may tell your foster of this, since she already knew your path long ago, but tell no one else unless they say they are heading in the same direction. Others besides you have been chosen, but your path is yours alone."

Then the dream faded, the colors turning to darkness. Her father's face flashed before her then she jolted up, examining the room with her other senses. Sly's aura was on the porch as well as the spirits, but no one was in her room other than herself.

It didn't take her long to gather her things and head towards the porch, where Sly sat rocking in her chair petting one of the animal spirits with a soft smile. Sakyo's heart sank, but her composure stayed cold and hardened.

"I see you are leaving immediately..." Sly knew this. Sakyo knew she knew this since she had left a bag of supplies by the door for her. "How beautiful was her aura, Kyon?"

"Who was she?"

"A goddess, a very powerful spirit." She stood up and wrapped her arms around Sakyo in an embrace. "I am certain you will never forget me, Kyon. Return to me one day and tell me of your adventures," Sly pressed Sakyo's face into her bosom, gently stroking her jagged hair. "I remember when you hacked off all of your curls," a chuckle escaped her. There was a long pause before she slowly pushed Sakyo away by placing her hands on her shoulders and placed her forehead against hers. "Be safe."

Sakyo held on tightly to her foster mother and then ran off into the distance before she would choose to stay instead.

((OH GOD D: I'm sorry this is so long!))

(Wow. Irony, expected to be different and ended up exactly the same as everyone else. XD )

Nana and her granfather looked deeply into each other's eyes. To those who might glance upon them, it seemed like they were having a full conversation by reading each other's mind. After it seemed as though ages had gone by she parted her lips to speak, eyes never leaving her grandfather's. But then his eyes parted from her and up into the sky.

"Do not take my silence as disapproval, nor my words. Though I doubt either would have to much effect on your decision," he said, then glanced at her. She nodded, and then he. "Nana-Haru. You are much like yourself." He lifts his hand for silence, knowing she was about to speak. "What I mean is, you are no other person, but yourself. I can see who you are, but it is time you see who you are. All I ask is that you swear to be careful, and to be wise. It appears as though your destiny has alligned with something grand, you need to be attentive." And with that he bopped her on the head with his staff.

"Ow! I was listening... sorta," Nana said. She smiled and placed her sword upon her back. "I was just thinking about how this journey could change me. You know, maybe when I come back people will know who I am. I mean besides you Papa. And before you say it, I know it's not important, but I just wanna be able to have at least one friend." And then she got a nudge from her horse and a squake out of her hawk, which made her chuckle. "I mean that's human. I still love you guys though, and you Grandpa. And I promise."

Nana gave him a hug and then mounted her horse. "Lead the way Nobu. Follow Miwa." And Just like that she was off. Nobu was her father's hunting hawk. The bird seemed to pocess magical qualities, he had been alive for countless years, and seemed to know the way, no matter where they were going, not to mention he was unusually strong and accountable for many strange events. Miwa, her white stallion, was only magical in Nana's head, and had belonged to her always. She was the colt of her grandmother's horse, who died years ago.

(I Promise to do better next time or I'll just edit this later, if nobodies posted. )

As Sasuki had left the house, the walk from her house to the edge of the forest was a couple of hours, depending on her pace, and being in the process of becoming a geisha, she would be recognised if seen. So that journey had been very unnerving, she didn't want to be spotted and brought back, she would have no idea what to explain.
The day had grown warmer as it grew later in the afternoon, and by three hours of walking, Sasuki was sweating all over the place. Her backpack was a little too heavy, hitting against the top of her butt as she walked, and on top of that, it was leaning against her shoulders a lot. The sun was the worst, after a few hours, Sasuki developed a sun burn on the back of her neck, and if she didn't get out of the sun or cover it soon, it wouldn't be good. So unfortunate she hadn't thought about sun block. She cursed to herself quietly. After a while, it became too much to bare, and so Sasuki tyed the bandana from her head onto her neck, trying to stick to the shade as much as possible.
The forest grew darker the further she walked, and it seemed to get more and more wild, with less human civilization. At one point, Sasuki couldn't take more of her exhaustion and had to stop, and she took out the food she had prepared, along with one of the bottles of water she had taken too. Eating in silence, she allowed herself to get used to for example, sitting on a log of wood, and feeling the earth under her shoes, instead of wooden floor. Sasuki truly loved the nature, but she hadn't much experience of it, so she truly did not know what to think. She had no idea what kind of risks there were in store of her, what kind of danger, but she wasn't going to go back now. She had that feeling that would keep her going. Besides, didn't the goddess tell her she would guide her there in order for her not to get lost?

After she had finished her meal, and allowed herself a few minutes rest, she continued her journey, memorizing each tree or shrub that had a uniqueness to it that distinguished it from others, in case of feeling lost. I mean, better safe than sorry right? Birds fluttered overhead and for a moment she lost herself in the wind, listening to the tree's sway, a rabbit hop nearby, and... was that the sound of a water fountain? She smiled.
"It's beautiful," she murmured to herself with a smile. Wandering over to the little stream that slowly made its way across the path, she knelt down and washed her face, wincing in slight pleasure as she washed her neck. The sun burn wasn't in a very good state, and it was hurting immensely just moving her neck one way or the other, touching it was a whole different matter.
Sasuki was wearing some khaki trousers that were meant for travelling in, with a white shirt. She had a jacket or two in her backpack, along with gloves in case it got cold. But right now the temperature was anything but cold! She could feel the sun's gaze even from under the thickly leaved tree's. Looking at her watch, she realized it was 3:28pm, afternoon was almost ending. Sasuki was tired though, and so she stalled and kept herself sitting at the stream longer, her eyes closed peacefully as she listened to the sounds around her.

ooc:// RE-Edited.
I hope this ain't too little.. \\

((I was thinking of making another character as well lol. I was thinking of putting my electric chick in here xD [I've done this RP before lol] but I unno if I really want to o-o Might be something else o.0 But yes! So we can have more elements instead of just these XD I'll be my air guy if my friend doesn't freakin' join soon =\ You can make another person if you want though :3

Well, when the powers get introduced, don't do anything until you see how I do it xD so you can get an idea what to do :P because not everyone is supposed to have the same reaction to getting their powers :D

And no one be afraid of posting, k? Just make sure you don't leave anyone behind and you are fine ;3

I might reply with Sakyo later on today XD))

It had been a long day for a certain young girl. Working all day at the coffee shop had exhausted the dark haired Celeste. She had arrived back at home, expecting her mother to be in bed already. Just as Celeste expected, she had walked into a darkened home, hearing her mother's small radio faintly. A sigh escaped the eighteen year old's lips as she hung her coat up, and slipped her shoes off her feet. She ran a hand through her greasy hair as she walked into the kitchen, turning the light on. She took a glass out, and grabbed some milk, pouring it into the glass. She then gulped down the drink, feeling it hit her stomach with satisfaction. She had missed her break today, which wasn't normal, but another waiter had called in sick. Her town was just starting to get into the technical stuff, like radios and phones. It was a new thing, but Celeste didn;t really pay much attention to the growing industry. She just wanted to sleep, so she put the milk away and headed up the stairs to her room. She closed the door and leaned against it, her eyes gently closed. She could fall asleep right there if she really wanted to. She took off her clothes and slipped on her pj pants and top. Climbing into bed, Celeste drifted off to sleep.

It seemed like minutes later, Celeste's eyes slowly opened. She squinted at the sudden brightness of an unfamiliar room. She looked around, and soon came face to face with a woman. This woman didn't look like any woman, she was absolutely gorgeous! Her skin was flawless, her eyes were like gems, and Celeste didn't even notice how little the woman was wearing. She couldn't form any words, so she just stared as the woman gave her a kind smile.
"Celeste, I have a mission for you. Now, you must not say a word about this, and you must go alone. I need you to travel to the center of the Forbidden Forest. There you will go and wait further instruction. I will guide yo should you get lost" she told Celeste, who's jaw had dropped. Celeste was about to form her first word when the woman seemed to fade away into thin air. Celeste's dark brown eyes blinked a few times, and then quickly sat up.

She was awake now, and found herself looking around her room. It was daytime again, and she wondered how long she had been asleep. Her mother would have been off at work by now, and Celeste had this feeling that she should go to the center of the Forbidden Forest. Almost like she would find all her problems go away if she were to listen to the woman. She got up, and quickly ran to the washroom to take a shower. About 30 minutes later, she slipped on some clothes, and headed to the front door. She skidded to a stop, figuring she should leave some kind of note for her mom.

>Dear Mom
I decided to go on a small adventure...I don't know when I will be back, but I will be back eventually I assume. I love you, and don't worry about me, kay? Just tell Sophia that I won't be at work for a little while, and give her my sincere apology. This adventure seems really important, and I feel like I will find something that I never thought I could find. It's weird, I will talk to you later though, kay?
Bye!<

With that, she packed a few things, slipped on her shoes, and left the house. She was eager to find out why she was told to go to the center of the most dangerous place around, but she decided she would have to see for herself. It would take a while to walk, but she was up for anything right now.

MY FRIEND HAS SUGGESTED SOMETHING PEOPLE NEEDTA READ!... because I want your opinions on it.

((I was telling him about how people seem to wanna play more than one character and such, but the other elements would cause godmoding, so he told me to break down the already made elements into something smaller :D

Ex:
Earth into Steel and Grass instead of just Earth. So there'd be two earth like people, one controlling more natural stuff like flowers, plants, etc. and the other would be controlling the metals.

Fire being a sub of energy (probably electric being a sub of energy too)

I could probably add Ice two be like a second to water.

Psychic put down into like... one person has telekinesis, another telepathy... something like that.

What do you guys think?))

ooc:// Personally, I think the idea is good, we can introduce the 'soul mates' idea to make it more twisted and complicated, along with being able to have more people. And the powers could be slightly more interesting, being narrowed down to a specific substance or element.

Also, thought it was a good idea to mention I finished my post. My character is getting lonely! Plus, we need more guys, so I would suggest you only accept guys until we're a little more balanced. \\

OOC•• I like the idea too^^ That way we can also have more people intertwined into this role play and have more fun with it :)

((Yeah, that's why I made a guy character lol. I noticed I'm only playing redheads though o___O My friend (reno) is gonna make a guy character as well so that would make us have.... *counts on fingers* Threeee? XD I should start only accepting guys, I suppose. More balance and whatnot.

So I will go split the elements now :D Because Reno would probably think it's a good idea and Malice just deals with whatever I say (I know Reno in real life and met Malice on a different site, just so you know).

Once they are set up, you guys get first pick as to which sub thing you want.))

----------

Thinking up sub categories for everything is much harder than I thought @[email protected]

----------

I love that this thing just adds to my post like I really hit edit.

Anyway, I added the subcategories, go ahead and choose one if it ends up that you needed to. Dark didn't change, so that is left alone xD

I'm changing my second element once everyone has chosen their new sub thing, I don't exactly wanna be in the same category with myself XD

ooc:// Yeah I was wondering how you were going to split it in two. Just a question, what does the element water include power wise? Any ideas? \\

((EDIT: YAY :D Not double post! ))

Fredrickson's was a high end and well known store across the land, many would come to this village for the sole purpose of looking at what the industry had to offer. They prided themselves on being unique by taking clothes to the next level by adding a touch of color no one before them had thought of using next to each other or even by throwing in every day items onto it such as paper clips and screws. The people of this village had grown used to the abnormal taste of Fredrickson's and many were well acquainted with it since if they did not wear something of theirs then surely a friend or family member would. It would shock them when they visited another village that the residents there would cock their heads and, on the rare occurrence, sneer. Their clothes were so outlandish and of a new age that some villages stuck in their old ways just couldn't handle it.

Crim was unaware of any of that as he worked at Fredrickson's every day of his teenage life as the head cashier. The managers adored him, especially because he wore their clothing every day even when he didn't work. To him, the clothing was a work of art and he admired his bosses for being able to create such colorful and unique clothing that anyone could wear, so why not buy it when he got paid? He got an employee's discount anyway, which made it cost the same as any of the average clothes he would see in the other shops.

Every day Crim woke up, opened the shop, waited for one of the adults to come in, then headed to school. After school he would hang out with his friends until it was time for work, then afterwards would do homework and go to sleep. In between he would get pummeled by bullies and picked on. Today was different though. It would be, surely.

He had the most wonderful dream last night of a beautiful woman who glowed such colors he had never seen before that. Crim desperately wanted to tell his bosses about them for a new clothesline, but he knew he had to see her again. On this very day Crim would do something he had never done before: do something that would benefit solely himself. His friends, family, and coworkers gained nothing by him leaving, but he had to follow her.

Crim threw his essentials into a small backpack designed by Fredrickson's then wrote up a quick note for his parents, friends, and his bosses. It was short and to the point, ensuring them that he would return, but he had to do this for himself and that he hoped they would be proud of him for choosing such a path. With that the little punk boy swung his bag over his left shoulder and ran down the path that led to the dark forest he didn't dare enter otherwise.

The dark atmosphere terrified Crim, as it always had throughout his childhood, but this forest was different than the shadows at home. It was almost... eery in a way he hadn't dealt with yet. At home his mom would leave the hallway light on for him until he was fast asleep or would get him a new lightbulb for his nightlight, but now he had none of that. He had to rely on his eyes to navigate him and his gut to tell him which way to go, since he was terrible with directions. Ah, how he wished he had thought of that before he rushed away from home! This carelessness caused him to go off in the entirely wrong direction: to the right. Instead of heading straight into the forest, Crim allowed the sounds around him to startle him and, without realizing it, he was heading the wrong way.

"Please don't kill me... Please don't kill me..." He trembled, staring out into the darkness. "Shooosh," then a whimper while flicking at his chest. Crim was trying to make his heart stop pounding, fearing that the creatures nearby could spot him that way. Thump, thump, thump... "Pleeeease shooosh," he pleaded with his heart in a soft whimper, but it effected nothing. While staring down at his chest, Crim whammed the top of his head against a tree knocking him to the ground. Tears began to swell up in his eyes, his lips quivered, and he stared at the tree in a state of shock, but then he heard something: leaves being stepped on. He didn't want to turn his head to find out what was coming towards him. Desperately he prayed the creature would disappear, but the crunching grew louder and louder. "PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" he cried and pulled at his crimson fluff of a mohawk. His knees were to his chest and he rocked back and forth. A couple minutes passed before Crim realized that the creature was human who had just sat down by a stream and his face flushed a deep red similar to his hair.

ANOTHER EDIT:
I have a vague idea as to what it shall incline xD but I'll be thinking more about it during class. My mind is boggled at the moment. I r having womanly cramps, not fun.

ooc:// Sorry, at the moment, I JUST finished a post I had started yesterday, and my character was alone, I dont want to conjure up another post of her alone, since I find it difficult to produce three paragraphs of that, so I was wondering since we're both on, if you could edit Crim's post and find my character >.< \\

EDIT: Sorry, its dinner and i have guests over, so I might be a while.. D;; Sorry. \\

Sasuki had been intently listening to what was happening around her, so when she began to hear screaming, the forehead that had been clear and peaceful wrinkled into a frown. She tried to distinguish what the person was saying, which later she found out to be a guy, but she couldn't figure it out inbetween his sobs and pleads. She eventually figured out he was asking her not to kill him, crying like a six year old would. Her first reaction was, great, we've got company! I thought I was the only one alive here..! But then she took a good look at him, and the frown only increased as she realized what he was wearing. Who in the world was he? She'd never seen someone dress the way he had, and she didn't know how to judge it. Yes, it was creative and unique, but in her village, people would consider him badly dressed. If she thought about it carefully, he wasn't... well.. he wasn't that bad at least. And what about his hair? She hadn't ever seen someone with hair like that! She wouldn't even go down that road..

Sasuki was quiet at first as she soaked him in, she was like a sponge, she needed a few moments to process the information and soak it in before anything changed from her expression, which at the moment was a frown included with some shocked blinking. After she had finally resolved to speak, she didn't know what to say. Hell, she didn't know what to think of him! Was he some creep? Or a nice guy? Was he some guy she could trust? Did he spell trouble.. with a promise?
She went through these questions silently. He didn't look like a creep.. or too much of one, she decided wearily. She couldn't see whether he was a nice guy, but he didn't look like an asshole. She didn't think she should trust him, not now, not yet, she didn't know him. And the last question.. trouble? She didn't think so. With that resolved, she took a small step forward, trying her most innocent expression so that he wouldn't still think she was going to kill him, and gave a slight smile, friendly, she was settling for a friendly meeting, unless he decided to start a fight, she was ready. Though hopefully he wouldn't go near the back of her neck. Just thinking of it made her remember and wince in pain. The thing that seemed to have her breathing out in relief was the fact that he flushed a crimson red, a similar colour to his hair. This means he knows embarassment right? And that usually means he's at least partly sane. Phew! She drew out a sigh in relief.

"Uhm... hi there!"
she exclaimed with her bestest friendly look, though she felt rather awkward, as if she were talking to an alien. She shifted her weight on her right foot, standing awkwardly before him.
"I.. uh.. Where did you come from?" she asks with a curious expression, settling to find out as much about him to figure out whether she should trust him or not. I must say though, I wasn't looking forward to being out here alone.. especially at night! He might be a creep, but atleast I won't be alone, she thought optimisticly.

ooc:// Am finished. I'm so sorry, my posts don't seem to be a match to yours! D;; \\
