Right? well, I think she is going to come and get some of her stuff this weekend when we go on our pumpkin caper. Soon however, I am going to start selling her stuff. I want the add for a roomie posted this weekend, and start doing interviews for it next week.

Sell it. Show her who's boss.
OH HEY GUYS. Apparently I have Tourette's Syndrome.
...The real one. Not the Hollywood one, before anyone says anything.
Also I'm just a week away from dental insurance. I'm excited. My dentist will not be so happy, though.

What is tourette's? We have all seen the one in the movies, but how does it actually effect a real person?

It varies from person to person, depending on the severity of it, but essentially it's just motor and/or vocal tics. Like a lot of people with vocal tics sniff a lot, or make noises in the back of their throat. The tics are either involuntary or semi-voluntary, so sometimes people can resist the tics, but it results in extreme mental and physical discomfort.
There is a kind of Tourette's where people do spontaneously yell or swear, but I think that's connected to another disorder. I could be wrong, though. It's also extremely rare. But fun to use in movies, I guess?

A few years back I coached a kid with Tourette's. His parents were afraid that the other kids were going to make fun of him, but no one could even tell that there was anything wrong with him. He rolled his shoulder a little bit too often for it to seem comfortable, but most of the kids didn't even notice.

Yeah, a lot of people with Tourette's you can't really even tell. A lot of tics just seem like, "Oh maybe he has a sore shoulder" or something. And most of the time people try to hold back their tics in public as much as they can, if they have a stranger-looking tic.

Did you try eating them? Or did they smell bad?
My roommate is annoying but hilarious. He struts around in front of our full-length mirror wearing just his boxers, flexing. He just got this new tattoo on his shoulder and wanted me to take pictures, but mine weren't good enough because they didn't show off his back muscles enough.
Pretty awkward, guys.

It is. She is coming to get the rest of her stuff tomorrow, and we have already gotten a few replies about the room for rent.
Erik: Yes. I ate one, and it was fine. The second one was all soggy and kinda yellow...

Auugh, that's awful. I think the worst thing that's happened to me regarding food is finding bugs in my cereal. Which is still pretty awful. I'm paranoid about food, though.

Haha, just a huge fear of sickness, mostly. I used to be kind of a hypochondriac, several years ago. I've luckily gotten over that, but I'm still weird about getting sick.

Like I've found little round, brown bugs in the bottom of cereal boxes many times, luckily only when I lived with my family, and that house was a toilet in more ways than just the dirt on top of the refrigerator. But still, I ate that whole cereal box only to find bugs in the bottom.
A long time ago I found a moth in my bowl of cereal. Haha, I just scooped it out and kept eating. XDD

I once found a big ugly beetle in my food at school when I was in 5th grade. After that I never ate cafeteria food again. I also once almost ate a live caterpillar that was in my raisins when I was 5. It became my first pet ever (and eventually turned into one of those little white butterflies and flew out the window). Ever since then, I have not had raisins. When someone asks me if I like raisins, I say "Yes, but I do not eat them." I often have to explain why. I cannot eat raisins without the paranoia of biting into a caterpillar.

I'm convinced that cafeteria food is made out of bugs anyway, so that was a good move.
At least the caterpillar one turned out nicely. XD Caterpillars are adorable.
I've found fruit flies in the refrigerator. Like a dozen of them, dead, laying on the shelf. It was gross.

I don't know.. my friend says it's pink eye but I haven't really had a proper infection since I was a kid. I'm pretty sure it's because I've been an idiot and worn the same contacts (monthlies) for most of the summer, and not been taking too great care of the box either, letting it collect dirt in my backpack.. >.>
I've ordered some new contacts though, should get them tomorrow or wednesday and hopefully it will go away.
How have you been?

Yikes, that's no good. Do you have other contacts you can put in or are those your only ones?
I'm going to be getting my eyes checked pretty damn soon (as well as EVERYTHING else, since I haven't had a physical since I was like nine), and I might need glasses. We will see. I sure know a lot of people who need them... In fact, I know more people who need them than people who don't. I have hearing issues, too, so maybe they can help me with it... Oh medical insurance, how I love thee...
Uhh, things have been pretty crappy, but here I am. Trying to find a job in California, which is THE worst place to look for a job in the U.S. If I had it my way I wouldn't be here anyway, but again, here I am. XD
How about you?
