it's 10:30am!! *bangs pots and pans* WAKE UUUPPP!!!

*sigh* I knew my mom wouldn't let Kevin stay in our house (I randomly brought it up) but it still irks me. She kept calling him "some strange guy" and that bothered me. I mean, technically ANYONE brought into the house is a strange person. Sure, one person knows them, but it's not like she knows every person me and my brother brings in nor do we know the people she brought in.

BESIDES! She's the one who brought tons of random guys in the house, fucked them, and then they'd leave despite the dangers behind it, especially since at the time I was like fuckin' 12!

But because I live in her house I will respect it, as much as it irks me to all fuckin' hell and as much as I wanna throw a temper tantrum. I decided to just retreat to my room and maybe doodle or maybe try and get outta the house. I know my mom by now and I know the reason it's weird is because it's a guy stay here for a week, not because he's online. I've had online friends come here before for my birthday and they stayed a day and I've gone to one of their houses to spend the night as well, but we met ONLINE.

Yet she was all "Are you guys dating?" and when I said "I guess... technically no. We're gonna go on a date when he comes here...". Now that I've said THAT suddenly they are interested. They wanna know his age and where he lives, etc. I told her "Do you wanna talk to him? Because you can" and she said "No." so she can't pull the "I don't know anything about him" bit. I told her months ahead (since he is coming in June) and that's plenty of time to call someone, email, etc. to understand them better, but whatever. Whaaaatever.

I really needta find a job, finish up community college, and get my own fuckin' place so I don't have to follow her rules anymore. It's not like I do anything bad and I'm not dumb enough to want someone in my house that would hurt me.. *groans*

I've been trying to be more mature and whatnot instead of fighting with my mom. We usually fight a lot and I wasn't willing to have a terrible day because I chose to point out all of my mother's flaws.

Kevin keeps telling me to not worry about it and that he'll figure something out. He didn't even want me to ask them, I just suddenly chose to after I showed my mom the penguin I made him. It just... came out.

If he gets some form of money and just needs a little or so, I can help him otherwise I unno what he's gonna do.

I understand her not wanting him in the house, well... STAYING... but it should apply to EVERYONE then. She really only KNOWS like THREE of my friends, the rest she has SEEN and knows I hang out with them. Wouldn't they be strangers entering her house too?

Aru, do you think you can get him a cheap hotel room? I'm sure you guys will figure something out.. Richard's hotel was $600 for the whole week, then again it was a really nice one.

I love youth hostels. You meet so many people - and then you get to stay up all night playing euchre with people who cant even talk to you because you dont speak the same language.
