Haruhe took the candies and sucked on one. She smiled best she could but let her hair hide her expression. Eric then suddenly relaxed and a quiet sigh escaped his lips and he closed his eyes. "Thank you Aya." he said in his normal soft sweet voice. Haruhe almost flinched as he spoke but kept herself still. He then turned his gaze to her and she froze "Haruhe... I am so sorry.... I ment none of that... I am so ashamed of letting some drug get a hold over me... I am sorry... I wish I was strong enough to Protect you better..." he whispered and she looked at him shocked. She set down her cuo as he looked at the ground. "You're the best thing in my life... And i hurt you..." he whispered self loathing in his voice and her eyes grew and tears welled in her eyes. She ran to him adn threw her arms around him. "I forgive you.... I forgive you..." she said tears running down her cheeks as she barried her face into his shoulder. He was shocked but then hugged her back protectively and slow tears fell down his cheeks as well. "Thank you Haruhe..." he whispered.

Ayana sipped her tea and smiled serenely. There really was nothing more adorable than when an arguing parent and child made up, with hugs and tears over hurts given and received. Looking at her cup determinedly, the healer observed the tea and savoured the flavors enormously, she always did love sweet things. After popping a cinnamon candy of her own into her mouth she gave the two enough time to calm down before looking up and speaking gently. "Eric, you were under the drugs influence, yes...however it only boosts moods and emotions, particularly agressions, so your worries are your own. Do you mind telling me what is bothering you so much? I know you understand my knowing what Haruhe is....however I'm unsure of why you'd object to my training her at all, she can do far more injury to herself alone and unskilled than she can trained and knowing the sword hilt from the blade after all." She deliberately used the terms for a sword, since she figured she might as well teach the girl other things after the unarmed combat was learned.

Eric shook his head and Haruhe let him go. She kneeled infront of him looking at him wondering the same thing. "Because I promised my brother I would train her myself." he said and she looked at him wide eyed. Learning anything about her parents was a momentous experience for Haruhe so learning this new information was a big deal for her. "Fighting runs threw our veins.... And even if she was a girl he was sure she would want to learn to fight.... So I agreed..." he said and then a smirk played arcoss his lips. "And of course her mother.... She wanted Haruhe to wear the cutest dresses and ribbons in her hair and what not..." he said and chuckled. "But mostly she wanted Haruhe to get to know the world... Because if she hadn't she never would've met my brother..." he said and Haruhe looked at him shocked. "Then why wont you let me go into the woods?" she asked and he met her eyes. "Because I don't want to loose you like I lost them..."

Ayana got to her feet gently and crossed the room to the two. Taking Erics hand and Haruhe's in her own, the healer smiled slightly. "Now you two are getting somewhere loves, talk things out, without getting angry, and you can find the most surprising answers and results. I promised Haruhe that I would teach her unarmed combat Eric, I know you are more of a swordsman that I could ever be, so if you could teach her the ways of weapons.....it would give her a very well rounded education on how to protect herself, instead of having to rely on you for both of your lives. And then she could go out when she wished, once she was fully trained, and you could still be at ease."

Eric looked at Aya and smiled. "I think that would be wise... And as usual we are in your debt Aya." he said greatfully and Haruhe's features lit up. "So I can learn to fight?!" she said excitedly and when he nodded she hugged them both at the same time. "Yes! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" she said happily.

Ayana laughed then yelped as she was dragged into a hug by the enthusiasm that was Haruhe at the moment. Coughing a little she gently disentangled herself from the young girls hug and smiled. "Well, it is nearly time for me to go for now, I shall see you later alright Haruhe? Don't foget, early noon, after the lunch rush so you don't leave your uncle and the other waitress in a jam."

Haruhe nodded vigerously and Eric chuckled. "Ill show you out." he said and glanced in the diner. "Haruhe... There's a few tables-" He couldn't finish as she ran past him and began picking up all the dishes and then hurried into the kitchens. Only two tables were occupied and he smiled at Aya. "Thank you for everything again Aya..." he said as he led her out.

"No problem Eric, it's what I am and will be, here for you know." Ayana smiled gently at the man before she tugged her shawl higher up on her shoulders lightly. "I shall see you tomorrow I suppose, any idea when you plan on teaching her swordsmanship?"

Eric smiled and shook his head as Haruhe seemed to be a ball of fire as she began scrubbing tables. "Probably start tonight. And I was thinking we should train her every other day. You teach her tomorrow, I'll teach her the next day... So as not to totally ware her out." he said smiling and then opened the door for her and held it. "You're a really good influence on her... She needs another girl in her life..." he said softly as Haruhe began chatting with an older couple.

"Well......I am a woman who is a part of the Mother Earth Herself....it would not be a hardship for me to befriend the girl. She is a sweet child too, I do not wish to see her hurt, by thieves or haters or anyone really....my wrath would be something that none could withstand." Ayana's eyes grew cold for a moment as a memory of a time when she had gotten angry flashed through her head. Mentally kicking it away, she smiled lightly. "That schedule sounds better, with a rest day on sunday of course to allow her to have a break. Salves can only go so far on bruised and sore muscles after all before a body will give out."

Eric smiled softly and nodded. "So very true..." he said and then watched Haruhe a little longer. "I just hope there will be someone who will see past what she is someday..." he whispered and chuckled as she tripped and laughed. "She really deserves a good special someone in her life..." he said and then a memory of Haruhe as a toddler came to his mind. "Do youremember when I had called you when she had a cold?" he asked and smiled. "The first time we met... And everytime she would sneeze her ears and tail would appear and then she would sneeze again and they dissappeared?" he asked and chckled remembering the cute little three year old.

Pholios walked forward towards the town. They wouldn't have ventured far away form the town to talk so when he met them they could not be that far from town. At least this was setting up to be uneventful as he had hoped. He much preferred a less subtle conflict to engage in, but he did not have much choice.
It wouldn't have been much of a contest admittedly, a thunder elemental posed little risk to him from powers. Being made of iron and lacking any organs susceptible to lightning damage had it's advantages, but this would not be a contest of strength. He was to be picked and chosen based upon his charm, and security as a candidate. He would have to show that he was trustworthy, wise, and caring. In addition if the princess had any choice in marriage it would be based on relations with her, and he supposed that he did not favor well.
If the princess chose it was a different competition completely, she was unenthusiastic about this, and that would mean she was likely to pick one she got along with best in so far as either a friend, or as a partner if his luck was as immense as the mountains. He imagined Golems perhaps had enough of a difference between themselves and other races so much that a mutual understanding was unlikely. The situation favored the fortunate, and the attentive.

Morgan went and paid for his food then left the inn. He headed to the place he hated the most because of the memory's there. Morgan greeted the king as he rolled out the plans for the village and explained them to him. The two sat there and talked for a hour or two about the plans and they both agreed that the plans would work and where worth the time to invest in to help the village. Though at that point the conversation turned to finding a mate for the princesses. Morgan excused himself from the room as he made his way out of the place. His mood had changed since being there. He was no longer happy about the day no wonder the princesses didn't like being here to much. Morgan looked up from his thoughts as he saw the rain pouring outside and the lighting striking then heard the thunder. He hung his head as he open the door to steep out into it. He had forgot the weather and he was connected and of course it would show his mood.

"That's not...I just..." Alana stammered. Then she sighed and sat down heavily into one of her chairs. "I...there's this guy I like...and I want him to be the one but...father despises him. It would never work and everytime...everytime I try to get close to him he pushes me away." She buried her face into her hands and her voice came out muffled, "I don't know what to do anymore..."

Mathias shifted around uneasily as he noticed another figure entering the Princess Alana's bedroom. He caught a glimpse of her face as she stood up to open the window. She had large green eyes with half wiped tear tracks running down her face. Hmm. With her figure and long blonde hair, she was a lovely girl. Sighing, when he noticed the lightening bolt, Mathias cursed aloud for not thinking up climbing up to the window. He was tempted to knock on the window panes again but decided against it as the two girls inside seemed to be in a serious discussion over whatever girls chatted about. What a waste, he though, your father throws you a fancy ball full of food, music and dancing and the birthday girl stays holed up in her room like there's nothing happening. If it started raining then he was going to break in. Rain was the top of his hate list with heights coming in a near second.

Haruhe smiled and looked outside. "I forgotthe fruit order!" she cried and ran to grabed her cloak. She grabbed her basket as well and bolted forthe door nearly tripping. "Haruhe no!" he uncle called worriedly seeing the rain coming but it was too late. She was running down the street before he could move. "Oh god... If she gets wet... She'll turn into her mermaid form..." he growled and looked at Aya. "I have to go after her." he said and dashed to get his coat. Haruhe ran to the shop and thanked the lady kindly for holding onto it. She then chatted a little more before looking up hearing the thunder. "Oh no..." she whispered and saying goodbye she started back for the diner. She then looked at the woods knowing it would be easier to cut threw the woods. She shook in fear hearing the thunder and jumped seeing the lightning. She was deathly afraid of thunger and lightning and she bolted threw the forest. But the rain came and she was hit by the water. With a flash of light she turned into her mermaid form stranded under a tree. She clung to her cloak and basket fearfully and shook in terror as more flashes and crashes came.

Morgan watched as he saw a figure run threw the forest he heard the commotion. He followed the figure then shook his head as he saw it was Haruha. He walked over to her and bent down next to her. "Haruha are you alright I am sorry for this storm I hope you are alright. Shh Haruha I want let it hurt you I promise." Morgan looked to the sky as he calmed himself. The storm began to fade as he grew clam. His eyes shifted back to Haruha. "Where are you going Haruha? I'll help you it is the lest I can do."

Haruhe looked up at Morgan and smiled best she could but jumped as another flash came. He the made the storm go away and she looked up at him. She blushed deeply and looked at him. Her fin was very apparent and her dress had fallen off so as her cloak was the only thing covering her bare chest. "I was.... Trying to.... Get home...." she studdered and then got a hold of herself. "I had forgotten the fruits I had ordered and ran to get it.... But then I got wet.... And well..." she said and lifted her fin and waved it at him as she blushed deeply.

Morgan laughed as he gently picked her up placing the dress over her as he carried her to the water and put her on the bank of the river. "Where is the fruit at? I will go pick it up and bring it to you if you like. I am very sorry for this mess Haruhe." He gave her a warm smile as he laughed slightly. "You know we need to make you a out fit so you can't get wet. I don't want you to get in trouble again."

Haruhe blushed deeply and gave a small squeek when Morgan picked her up. She held onto the handsome elf and smiled sheepishly. "Actually.... My basket under the tree had the fruit in it..." she said softly and slipped into the water. She looked up at him and smiled greatfully. "Thank you for being so kind to me Morgan.... You really saved me today...." she said softly. Expeically from her greatest fears. Thunder and lightning.

Morgan laughed as he gave her nod. "Well if I hadn't been upset you would have been in this mess Haruhe. I am sorry for that I will be more mindful from now on. I'll go get the basket and fruit from under the tree then. And besides who wouldn't want to help a beautiful woman out." He gave her a warm smile as he enjoyed her blush. She was very beautiful and kind as well. Morgan stud and looked back to the tree where she had been. He gave her a slight bow then went to the tree and gathered the fruit and put them back in the basket. Morgan returned to where Haruhe was and held out the basket to her.

Haruhe blushed seeing him bow and then leave. She went under the water and did a small flip. She was so very happy to be here with him. He could make her blush so much, and make her heart race. She came back to the surface soon after and smiled seeing the basket. She reached up to grab it and then blushed deeply when she remembered she had no shirt. She quickly submerged her arm and chest again and looked at the water's sureface. "Could you just set it on the bank please Morgan?" she asked softly and smiled sheepishly.

Morgan laughed as he averted his eyes from her and did as she asked. He looked at the trees trying not to let her see his blush. She had surprised him a little he was happy that he hadn't seen much he didn't want to embarrass her or make things awkward between them. He enjoyed her company and her smile. "I am sorry Haruhe. I promise that I didn't see anything. Though you might want something to cover yourself. I don't want any trying to take advantage of you. You are very beautiful and being as you are now would ask for trouble. Here." Morgan took off his cape and held it out to her keeping his eyes away from her. "Maybe you can tie it up enough to cover yourself unless you would like for me to go to your uncle and get you something to wear."

Haruhe smiled and took the cape. She tied it about herself and and pulled herself out of the water. "I need to wait till I dry before I can get my legs back..." she said smiling. She flicked her tail lazily and rung out her hair. She smiled and patted the ground next to her. "Could you stay and keep me company?" she asked softly and looked up at him pleadingly. "Please?" she asked brushing her hair outof her face.
