hmm...I think they came out when I was in 8th grade, so they've been out for a long time, really.

There's one that I like and we've fooled around a little, a long time ago. His name is Emilio.
He's my best friend's cousin. Not the one that I wanted to kill a couple of days ago, fyi.
So, when it was just him, my friend and I living here we were pretty cool, started getting kind of close.
Then his brother started staying here (his brother is the one that I want to kill).
Well, when his brother started staying here, Emilio started keeping his distance from me.
I couldn't understand why, because he had told me how comfortable he was with his sexuality.
Well, apparently he's completely uncomfortable about it around any of his brothers, as well as the rest of his family besides his mom and cousin.
Well, I started getting irritated with him about EVERYTHING for a while because I didn't get what was going on. He left one day and went to his other cousin's house.
He came back a couple weeks later and we've been getting along really well ever since then as friends, but I still just want more from him.
All I ever want to do is kiss & cuddle with him, but I don't know what to say to him.
I know he knows that I still like him and he does stuff that makes me think that he still likes me too, but he never actually says anything either.
It definitely doesn't help that one of his brothers is ALWAYS here. Only two of them live here, but there's always one of them here. (There's like 6 brothers)
Anyway, I don't know, I just really wish he would stop being stupid about it.

Damn sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately I am not really good at giving advice for these kind of things. In saying that, I am not entirely sure I would follow the words of our #1 Mau, who is #1. Perhaps you could try bringing it up and talking to him about it?
