Imagine: I might have to stop by.

Mon: Yeah, that's why I decided against treating my cysts with birth control. I'm afraid that it's going to just mess my body up again.

My doctor tried to put me on BC again to treat PCOS she isn't even sure that I have! :/
It pissed me off because I told her a dozen fucking times that I didn't want to be on birth control unless I had to be and she was very condescending and bitchy to me about it. I am literally never returning to that practice again because of how poorly I was treated! She's not the only doctor there, but I'm terrified of her and the way she treats patients so if she somehow ends up needing to fill in for another doctor and I'm there or something I would just leave, or become a mess of tears.

I don't understand why some women think that everyone should be on birth control. That kind of thinking just ticks me off especially in cases like mine where I don't even have sex with men and don't need it.

Yeah, she I think was pushing some agenda because I'm not married.
She didn't even ask if I was having sex with anyone. She asked if I was married. But that's about it. When I tried to express my concerns to her she rolled her eyes and told me the only way to treat my skin disease (which again, is an auto-immune disease) was with antibiotics and birth control.
Crying was all I could do to stop myself from cursing her out for being an ignorant bitch who needed to update her information.

I had a doctor that told me I was going to die soon and that was over five years ago. He was convinced that because I didn't eat meat that I "needed" it to live. Very ignorant on his part.

Yes I am back to being naked again. XD At least until I figure out what I want to do with my avatar.

Yeah, he was pretty set on the fact that everyone needed meat to live and a lot of it. O.o; I told him maybe he should do more research and stop being so bias. My lifestyle really is none of his business. The reason I kept getting sick is because I have lupus and had nothing to do with my diet but he never tested me for it. As soon as I switched doctors that was one of the first things they tested me for.

Oh wow. Well I am glad you have a better doctor. And I hope for your health in the future also! (stop getting sick!)

Sheesh, that's stupid. There's research to suggest that humans used to eat a primarily vegetable diet. However eating meat allows for more thinking because it supplies more energy, and once we figured that out, our brains were on fire w/ energy.
But there's no reason people NEED, absolutely NEED, to eat meat.
Especially not today when we obtain so many calories from things like processed foods or sugary drinks. lol
And a lot of people function just fine without those too.

Thanks! And I'm not actually sure, I actually just found out this week I'm having a girl.

But I've been thinking and there is a possibility that I may be giving her up for adoption.
But since finding out the gender (I always did want to know either way) it's made it almost too real and is making me think if I really can give her up, ya know? *sigh* Tough decisions.

One of my friends e-mailed me today, with a sneaky pic she managed to get yesterday when we were lounging at her pool of my bump, which made me laugh as I had no idea she was taking the picture (I was dozing at the time that she took it. *lol*)

Hahaha sneaky friends! What makes you think you may give her up for adoption? If I may ask out of immense curiosity.

*lol* Agreed - but they're the best sometimes. Haha!

And she wasn't planned. My ex got me pregnant and split when I told him that I was pregnant, and wants nothing to do with me now. I'm not exactly in the best position to raise a child in at the moment, and I feel like I'd not be able to give her all that she'd needed and to put her ahead of me, I know I could, but it'd be a super struggle. I'd have support, but I'm not exactly mentally ready to be a mother - having been thrown into this without necessarily being ready for it. If that makes sense.
So to put her needs ahead of what I want, part of me feels that putting her up for adoption may be the better road, because that way I know she'd be cared for. Breaks my heart, as I'm already so in love with her, but I need to think of what she needs.

Hmmm. I can see where you're coming from. Being a single parent in a uncertain world may be rough. I wonder how being an orphan in an uncertain world might be then. There are so many orphans out there already who grow up in multiple foster homes or orphanages and never know the love of even one parent who has had to struggle. Just keep that in mind. Things may be tough, but together the two of you can figure the world out.

The love you get from a child is unlike anything else in the world, as is the love you can give to a child. But you know you and your situation better than anyone. If you truly believe your daughter would be better off without you, then you should do what you believe is best. It's the parents who can't admit to not being stable enough to care for children that end up drowning them in the tub.... you know? I hope you end up making a decision that leaves you with no regrets. :)

Taking care of a child can be hard, but it's all worth it. It's not hard 100% of the time you know.

I'm very biased on the subject, lol, if you can't tell. I have a one year old daughter of my own.

For me it's more that I don't have my own place right now - just all complicated but I live with a friend and their family. And I do get that it'd be hard to give her up. But given the situation that I'm currently in, I honestly don't think that I can keep her. But I'm still on the fence about it. Especially being thrown into this so suddenly and having to deal with my jerk of an ex and blah blah blah... I've come to terms with it all. But there are days that I just feel so alone. But she is worth it, which is one of the reasons I keep on going. I just know that if I do keep her, sure it'll be challenging, but I'm not sure what I want to do - just want to do what would be best for her, given the options given to me.
