That probably means you should sleep.
Consequently, St. John's Wort should be used with severe caution if she's on any kind of medication. It can have some serious negative reactions. I use valerian root and counteract it with B vitamins so I'm not drowsy.

She's been off all her meds for 2 months cause her insurance dropped her. Its a big part of whats bringing on the attacks now. I actually ended up having the other girl here take her to the er, she needs her meds. IF she gets bills from the er she should be able to apply for state medical assistance, which will cover her meds if her doctors say she needs them to sustain the ability to work and quality of life. I just hope they do something :-(
Also, Biggie post done in the rp, and successfully posted this time!

Hey there y'all! Water color is a tonne of fun! I just mixed up a few new colours for my art class tomorrow and had fun decorating another piece of paper towel that I plan on turning into another watercoloured papertowel butterfly.
The three watercoloured paper towel butterflies that I made with the paper towels that I used to for my brushes in class yesterday. :)

Oh my. .___.
If she needs an inexpensive alternative, I suggest Valerian root extract as a sedative, Vitamin B complex for energy that doesn't make her jittery, Holy Basil for unexpected attacks, and melatonin for seasonal anxiety/depression. If hormones are a trigger for her, like they are for me, see if she can go to a planned pregnancy place and get some charity/government-funded birth control.
Anxiety is a bitch. It lost me my last job, which would have gotten me out of Muncie twice as fast. But its just another hurdle. Like backstabbing friends is a hurdle, and junkie roommates is a hurdle.
-toddles off to read and reply-
EDIT: That's adorable, Hope! xDD

Hyena: Thanks! xD The random things that I do when procrastinating on my Stats homework. *laughs* I'm currently trying to figure out how to make this new paper towel water colour into a butterfly as well, but at a loss for now because I don't have anything else that I can really use to make it stay together - in that picture from top to bottom I used a clothes pin, a piece of a pipe cleaner that was from a reindeer candycane that I got last Christmas, and then one of my hair clips. Lol.
*huggles Swansie* Just little things to try to get me to smile more. ^_^ Currently the new one is drying over my file folder thingie because I don't want to get paint on anything else. :P I've got a feeling that this semester is going to go with me with paint on my hands most of the time because water colour is annoying and hard to get off. xD XD Of course I didn't try very hard, buuuut, it doesn't look too bad, my fingers just look a bit blue tinged. :P With a few spots of purple, red, and orange. *laughs*

My grandfather who was an artist of many media used to say that hands cannot truly be happy unless they're either stained, blistered, or caked in clay. :-)

Haha :-) Thing with my Poppy was that he was also a sculptor, and a carpenter (everything from big structures down to tiny, in depth hand carved wooden ornaments.) and a musician in addition to painting, sketching, and old fashioned graphics (lettering and commercial art and the such) so for him blisters really were par for the course

Oh, wow! Sounds totally amazing! <3 And I can totally understand that - my dad is always doing things to mess up his hands - without meaning to of course, he's a general contractor who makes random big things on the side because he can. *laughs* My dad is crazy but he's a lovable crazy. I used to have calluses from riding so much, from the reins and all that I'd do with horses. But they are gone now because I've not ridden in ages, and I miss it. :(

Oh, it's ok. I'm thinking about going to sleep soon as I'm really only running on about 4 1/2 hours of sleep at the moment and I've been up since 7 am (it's nearly midnight where I am).

Well most people who I seem to talk to online are ahead of me, but I was in classes all day and to be honest, I don't really know how I'm still awake -- wait - It's almost 1... not 12... wow, yeah, I'm definitely starting to loose it.

Oh, I spell most things with u's and then I've got a tonne of other spellings that I use and slang too. *laughs* most of my mates look at me oddly.
I call my mother mum and my grandmother grandmum. Then I've got post box, and parcel and it just goes on and on. Lol.

Most people just look at me weird for having a vocabulary consisting of more than a handful of multisyllaballic words.
I use "solipsistic" in a lot of sentences.
