Name: Tavi (last name unknown)
Age: 23
Race: Female Human
Interested In: Hetero, but not anyone at the moment
Ability: Manipulation of shadow, ability to heal others
Physical Attributes: 5'4, white hair tapered in layers reaching down to the nape of her neck, gold eyes.
Bio: Tavi is a loner of sorts, a kind and caring individual, but aloof at times. She prefers to not stand out, for fear that she will wind up in an unfortunate situation due to her powers. Her mission is to use them for good, but she can also be difficult to deal with, as she is quick to attack if she feels cornered. She is quiet, and deep down she is lonely and an overall good person.
Extras: Tavi has a breathing problem that is so severe that she cannot withstand most of the air that is on the earth. She wears a white mask that covers her whole face that is made out of a material that helps her to breathe normally. The mask also helps conceal her identity to others, especially enemies. Rarely has anyone had the opportunity to see her real face.

A dark figure crouched on the rooftop of a building eight stories tall. She was slender, with unusual white hair despite her age, her face covered by a simple white mask that resembled a fox. She wore dark pants with black converse, a beige top and overlying grey jacket. She pondered about trivial things for a moment as she looked down upon the city of Amir, then stood and turned to face the expanse of the roof before her.
This was her training grounds. Ever since she decided to become a protector of the people of the city, Tavi had conjured a very strict regimen designed to keep her body in peak condition. She was very agile and quick, strong despite her almost petite size. The night did well to hide her whereabouts, since she usually hung around areas that were considered private, and did not tolerate trespassing. But, having the ability to make a quick getaway, Tavi had never really had the problem of getting caught.
After taking a deep breath, Tavi began to run with quick, light steps, putting her whole body in motion, pumping her arms at just the right time, focusing on staying on the balls of her feet. Once she reached the edge of the roof, she jumped, throwing herself with precise movements to the next buiding two stories lower than the first.

Analeah looked up and smiled as the next group of teenagers walked in through the museum's revolving front doors. She tucked a piece of firey red hair behind her ear and stepped out from behind the desk. The smile didn't waver as she approached the group, disinterested as they were.
"Hello, my name is Analeah, and I'm going to be your tour guide today. How are we feeling this morning?"
The response was mostly blank stares, jaws chomping furiously on pieces of gum, cell phone keys tapping as texts were being sent out every two minutes. But Ana was steadfast.
"I ask that you please keep in check your enthusiasm and refrain from shouting in joy." No response. It was normal for teenage groups to act this way. Ana merely smiled and began the tour.
An hour and a half later, the group was just as disinterested as when they walked through the front doors, though their step was lighter and quicker as they saw the end in sight. They had made a complete circle, starting in the large entrance room, circling around the outside, up to the second floor, circling back, and then finally ending the tour by the front desk on the first floor.
"Thank you very much for visiting our museum! I hope you enjoyed the tour. Please take a brochure on your way out to show your families. We are having a special exhibit this weekend, featuring the largest fossils ever to be discovered in North America! Admission is free, so bring your friends and have a good time. Thank you once again and have a wonderful evening."
The group meandered out of the museum, some stopping by the large taxidermied mammoth to take silly, and in a few cases inappropriate, pictures. Reprimands from the teachers moved them along and soon the large building was quiet again.
The sun was setting outside and Analeah heaved a sigh of relief. Another day gone by without incident. She walked to the revolving doors and locked them using a skeleton key she kept hooked to her belt. Walking back to the front desk, she looked around, spying trashed discarded by the mammoth display. She stopped and turned toward it, narrowing her eyes in concentration. Slowly, on its own, the paper cup lifted off the ground and floated through the air toward Ana, stopping inches from her. She lifted her hand and grabbed it. Smiling and shaking her head, she continued toward the desk.

It had been about half an hour when Tavi decided it was time to rest for a moment. She stood atop one of the town's banks, surveying the city before her. The workout was going swimmingly; exercise always made her feel good this time of day. All of the buildings, the streets shone in a gold light, a beautiful sight in her eyes. She always cherished this time of day, when the sun set and the calming dusk would fall. Though that also meant night would soon follow, bringing trouble. But no matter. She had honed her skills quite well so that she could function quite well in a dangerous situation. Though she wasn't perfect....
Ah, the museum. Tavi always liked it for the large dome that encompassed most of the roof of the building; it gave her quite a view from above... She was only literally a few leaps away, and she soon found herself peering down at the dinosaur skeletons and statues of famous persons. She saw the security guards coming in to start their shifts, and many of the employees started to leave for the day. Her masked eyes settled on one particular woman who seemed to be staying behind for some reason. Perhaps she was a manager needing to handle some paperwork... Mostly out of boredom, Tavi observed, and was apalled to see a piece of garbage begin to float through the air!
It was all to obvious that the young woman had powers. Tavi's eyes narrowed. The question now, was, is she good or bad?

Analeah's smile didn't waver as she stepped behind the desk and deposited the paper cup in the trash can. She sighed and rubbed her temples. It hadn't been a frustrating day, but it had been long, with all those high schoolers trying their best to ignore her. The headache she was trying to soothe wasn't cooperating and soon she was grimacing. Something was wrong. She looked up and around. No one out of the ordinary was in the museum, just the normal security guards beginning their rounds and the last of the regular employees leaving through the back entrance. But still the headache probed at her brain.
A flare of white light seared across her vision and she cried out at the pain that accompanied it. When both were gone, Ana looked down and saw that the paper cup in the trash can was on fire. Not an out of control, raging fire, but a small flame licking at its side. She cried out again, this time in surprise, and picked up the trash can. Not sure exactly what she was doing, she ran for the janitor's closet, past the Lincoln exhibit, holding the can out in front of her. She dumped the contents in the sink and turned on the faucet. The flame went out in a puff of smoke.
Ana closed her eyes and leaned back against the large tub-like sink. That was unexpected. The fires only flared when her temper did, and she was epitome of calm before the headache, which continued to pound through her skull. Now she was merely frustrated. What in the world caused that? And the headache?

Tavi watched with slight alarm as the cup caught on fire, and continued to do so as Analeah picked up the entire trash can and head for a bathroom or something, as far as her view from the roof allowed. After the girl didn't emerge for a moment, she assumed that it was taken care of. Tavi moved from her spot overlooking the skylight to the back end of the museum, over the employee parking lot. Surely she could follow her car throughout the city. She was most curious.
Squatting, Tavi stretched her arms out behind her, interlacing her fingers. Finally, something to do. It seemed that, in the past week or so, things in the city had been quite calm. Something unusual, for a city like hers. It made her think that perhaps the ones doing wrong were just getting better at hiding... She hoped she would be prepared for anything that might be headed her way in the near future.

Analeah walked back to the desk and gathered her things, then headed out the back entrance to the employee parking lot. Her car, a red Chevy Cavalier, was the last day-shift vehicle left, squatting alone under one of the street lights that had just flickered on. As she drove it to her apartment, she realized the headache was slowly subsiding. Her happiness began to return, and soon she found herself smiling and singing along with the radio.
Ana's apartment consisted of a bedroom, a very spacious living room and kitchen, and was on the third floor of an old converted warehouse. Rent was reasonable for such a space, the elevator large, with a slated wooden door she had to lift up in order to enter and exit. She liked the old fashioned elevator, and looked forward to riding in it every day. She unlocked her door, walked inside, and as she walked toward the bathroom, the door shut and locked itself. Here, in her own personal space, she could use her telepathy as freely as she liked. It came to her easier, as well, since she didn't have to worry about anyone accidentally seeing her, like she had to when she was at work.
After a shower, and some fried chicken for dinner, she stretched out on her couch and read until her eyes felt heavy. Wandering half-asleep into the bedroom, the covered pulled back off the bed, and she fell into it, the covers pulling back over her as sleep over-took her.
Ana spent most of her unconscious night dead asleep, her body barely moving. But every night, around 3am, the strange things started to happen. Her bedroom window slowly slid up, the curtains being pulled aside. The dresser shook, the drawers falling open and articles of clothing inside it falling out. Before they reached the floor, they started floated around the room, being pulled in every direction. The mirror was suddenly pulled askew, the covers of the bed rippling and billowing. It lasted about ten minutes, then it stopped, everything in the room becoming quiet, shirts and panties and pieces of paper floating silently down to the floor.
Ana is never aware of them until the following morning when she wakes up and sees the chaos that is her bedroom, but she stopped wondering long ago why they happened.
