Gavin smiled, resting his chin on the top of Deckle's head. Despite what he seemed, Gavin wasn't much of a ladies man or major flirt. It was only if he saw a girl he wanted to know that he would break out his usual antics.

Meriel blinked, looking at Kiwi in slight confusion. "Kiwi won't mind if Meriel watches?"

Deckle rested against him, seeming quite content to just stay there and relax with him.

Kiwi scratched his head a bit more. It was a comfort-thing for him--helped him gather his thoughts.

"Well...no, not really. I don't mind," he amended calmly, smile returning to his face.

Gavin smiled, kissing the top of Deckle's head and petting her shoulders. He relaxed, closing his eyes in content.

Meriel smiled as she saw him relax and confirm his feelings on the matter. "Ok, Meriel will give Kiwi some space and watch. Tell me if you want me to stop and close eyes ok?" she chimed with a sweet smile.

Deckle leaned into the touches contently, relaxed. This was some of the first relaxation she'd gotten since she came aboard.

Kiwi nodded, chewing his lip a bit. He went back to work at the zipper and buttons of his pants, getting them undone.

Gavin leaned back against the headboard, pulling Deckle so she was nestled in his lap and her head just under his chin.

Meriel smiled softly, watching from her seat on the edge of the bed. Curiousity shone in her eyes as she wondered what a human male looked like without the clothing they wore.

Deckle seemed to like this position, and she hummed in approval, happy to cuddle up with him.

Kiwi kept his eyes fixed on the clock he had hanging just above the door as he dropped his pants, still soggy with sea water. It was a little embarrassing, of course, but it was all right.

He didn't let any sort of embarrassment show as he slowly, carefully stepped out of his wet boxers, as well--he didn't want to tear them, seeing as this was one of only two pairs he had left. He often ripped them, by accident, and had to either sew them or dispose of them.

And well...he sucked at sewing.

Gavin smiled happily. Nuzzling her neck, the young man stroked the dark, ebony locks, thinking her hair felt like pure black silk.

Watching in facination, Meriel let out a sharp intake of breath that she hadn't known she was holding. Wow. So THATS what a human male looked like.

Deckle angled her head into a better position for him to pet her hair, seeming pleased.

Kiwi took a few moments to fold the wet clothes up and walk them over to the bathroom, dropping them in the laundry basket.

He then returned to the dresser and sifted through the clothes on top, not feeling as awkward as he thought he would.

With a smile, the young man kissed the top of Deckle's pretty head. "Comfortable m'lady?" he inquired in her ear.

After a brief staring session, Meriel remembered the clothes he had set aside. "Kiwi needs clothes?" she asked, holding out his tank top and jeans.

Deckle grinned, leaning her head to the side to nuzzle his neck with it. "Quite."

Kiwi turned back around, still not feeling too awkward. "Oh yeah...I forgot about those," he chuckled sheepishly, heading over to get them. "Do you need some clothes, still? You can have your pick from the dresser."

"Good...I am glad to hear it." Gavin murmured, nipping her earlobe gently as he held Deckle close.

"You're welcome." Meriel blinked, looking over at the dresser. Meriel doesn't know which to pick. Meriel doesn't want to take something Kiwi wants to wear soon." she commented, walking over to the dresser.

Deckle closed her eyes, smiling. She seemed at peace.

Kiwi slipped his new clothes on leisurely, watching her. "It's okay--you can take anything. I don't mind," he assured her pleasantly.

Closing his eyes, Gavin yawned, peaceful and relaxed.

Meriel smiled, hugging Kiwi as her towel dropped to the floor. "Thank you Kiwi." the girl said sincerely, smiling up at the blonde.

Deckle rested with him, content. "Hm...I wouldn't say no to a nap before we deliver the undergarments..." she mused. "How about you?"

Kiwi hugged her back, feeling a bit awkward but not voicing or showing it. He didn't want to ruin her good mood. "You're welcome, Meriel."

"I was about to suggest that very thought. I guess great minds do think alike." Gavin chuckled, petting Deckle's hair as he closed his eyes once more.

Meriel smiled, a slight pink flush on her cheeks. "And thank you for letting me see, for standing up to father, and for finding Meriel."

Deckle grinned, curling up with him. "Mm-hmmmmm..."

Kiwi smiled, stroking her hair. "You're welcome. I'm very happy I met you..."

Closing his eyes, Gavin nuzzled the woman's neck once more before drifting off, smiling as he slept with a beautiful maiden in his arms.

Meriel felt her cheeks begin to gow warm, something she wasn't used to. Smiling, she leaned into the touch a bit, liking this feeling. "Meriel is glad Kiwi feels that way."

Deckle slept soundly as well, arms around him, cozy and warm.

"I'm glad you're glad," Kiwi chuckled, continuing his petting. "Really glad you're glad."

Meriel smiled, taking a step closer, eyes closed as the petting continued. A soft humm of delight and contentment could be heard, almost like the purr of a cat.

Kiwi continued to pet her, happy she seemed to be enjoying herself. He idly wondered where Gavin and Deckle were...and then his mind wandered, and he immediately left that thought alone.

Idly wondering where the other two went, Meriel decided she didn't really care at the moment, content to sit with Kiwi as he pet her hair. "Kiwi thinking?"

"Eh...a little bit," he replied honestly. "Deckle and Gavin never came back. They probably fell asleep..."

Sleep sure sounded like a good idea...it was getting rather late, anyway. And a day like this, where he had both lunch and dinner off, didn't come by often. Best to enjoy sleep while he could...

Meriel yawned, sitting on the bed and curled up, still forgetting her state of attire, or lack thereof. Seeing a shirt, she pulled it over her head for warmth. "Kiwi looks tired."

Kiwi scratched the back of his head, indeed looking like he could use some shut-eye.

"Yeah...I'm pretty tired. I think I'm gonna take a nap. Uh...want to join me...?"

Meriel smiled, nodding. "Meriel would like that. If Kiwi doesn't mind."
