Bright blue eyes flicked back and forth between the two teens before him. A ball volleyed between the two males, and while he was meant to keep score, the young man sitting in the tall chair found utter boredom striking him on the head. A breath tickled his ear and he knew immediately that he wasn't alone; not that he ever was, unless the male who stalked him religiously had other arrangements. Even then, he always returned and it was almost as if the young Sona Drew could never escape. Not that he really wanted to; he didn't have many friends because they all thought he was crazy for "talking to thin air". Everyone he knew either thought he was a space cadet or completely insane. But...he liked it that way.

"Soso..." The nickname was purred with acid dripping, "Why are we here, again? There's nothing fun to do at a volleyball game." With a thick pop and the rancid smell of burning flesh, a figure melted into view, wrapped nice and tight around the blond goth's neck. His own hair was spiked and black, bandages covered most of his upper face, save for one crimson eye. He licked his fangs slowly, almost as if making sure they were still sharp.

"Ven, you know I have to be here to keep score." Came the soft, but firm reply of the boy attempting to pay attention. "I don't like it, either, it isn't my ideal way to spend a Saturday, but my mom's the coach and you know she gets mad at me staying in my room all the time. If I leave, I'll be in worse trouble than usual. Besides, the game hasn't started yet."

"Then we should leave." The man called Ven replied smirking darkly. The straps on his outfit buckled and strained with the movement of the air around them. "I can make you disappear..."

"But then they'll wonder how I vanished into thin air!" This was a yell; he hadn't meant it to be so loud, but the whole game seemed thrown off, now. Those wide aquamarine eyes stared out at the crowd and the coach and the players...everyone now had an even more deep-seated thought on his mental state. "Thanks a lot, Ven." He sighed, shaking his head and sinking back down. The man in question had perched himself on one arm of the chair, sighing a little dejectedly.

"Can we go, now? I'd like to get out of the sun. The heat is killing me."

"...Ven..."

"What?"

"...You're on fire."

"...ohyeah." He laughed good-naturedly and brushed at his arm, putting out the flames sufficiently. "There. Now, c'mon, let's go." A hand touched the human's shoulder and, before he had a chance to say 'no', the pair disappeared into thick air; nothing was thin with Ven involved, except for the people you met.

"Hey careful with that! Those are priceless antiques in there." An oriental man admonished with a pint of a old and gnarled finger. The young man carrying the box sighed but nodded his head.

"I'm not getting paid enough for this stupid gig." the boy muttered ad he lifted the heavy box toward the truck. The older man watched him warily for a few more trips then grudgingly went back inside the closing shop, to pack some more boxes to carry out. Free from the old man's gaze, the boy slacked his shoulders.

""Ugh, dumb old paranoid geezer." This time he muttered out loud without a careful ear to hear him. He continued in his work this time grabbing a basket. The boy was not paying too well to the task at hand so he didn't notice the small hole in the bottom, or the metallic object that slipped out onto the grass at the edge of the road. A small amulet lay unawares of its new surroundings, and unaware of the almost full truck.

The old man came out, carrying the last and the smallest of the boxes.

"Alright you slacker, this is the last." the boy began to reach for it only to be stopped by the glare of the man.

"No, no, I'll hold onto this one. You just drive the truck to the address I gave you, you hear?" Another stern glare that the boy tried to appease with a smile. It failed. The boy climbed in, and the truck puttered off, the old man getting into his own car to follow. The shop closed, the door locked, the sign saying moved, but last of all, the amulet laying forgotten and lost on the ground.

"Even Chaos has order!" The figure hollered. His voice boomed and even the wind and sky seemed effected by it.

"You follow no orders, no goals, no pride and no heart! You have performed your last acts as one of us. You leave us to banish you to the human world below. Your powers will be limited and you will feel pain like mortals do. Although your heritage leaves you immortal, you will be as one of them. Until you have redeemed yourself, you shall not step foot here again." The words fell around the marbled hall. Pillars, statues and veils decorated the open room. Others figures stood around, listening. Some were shocked, most nodded in agreement. The lone figure that kneeled before them, offered no comment. He stood gazing at nothing in particular, as if the words did not effect him. As the silence grew so did the anger of the voiceful man.

"So be it!" He clapped his hands, and many others raised up toward the heavens. their hands glowed softly and swirls of light came from the condemned's body. They seem to hesitantly be pulled out, moving toward those glowing hands like magnets. It grew in strength till all that was left was a trickle. The hands lowered, and the man fell to his side, his world going black. His immortal power sucked from him leaving him weak. He chuckled like as if it were some grand joke, and then knew no more.

"Take his body and leave it upon the world below. I wish to see him no more." The Man turned his back upon the prone figure, dismissing it from his mind. Thinking no thought to this mans future and awaited him on the world below.

A grassy hill by the old pawn shop seemed to shudder as the two fell out of the sky and landed on it, Ven sprawled on top of Sona. The small blond lay in a daze, blinking at one spot, unable to tear his eyes away. It wasn't until he realized something was shining in his eyes that he blinked and sat up, pushing Ven away. He stood, slowly, and walked towards the shining bit of metal, picking it up and holding it close to his heart to examine it.

"What is it?" Ven questioned, head tilting as he appeared behind the other, floating and laying on his side beside him.

"It's a locket...someone dropped it." Sona replied, looking around. "Prolly' Mr. Chen's old place." He grinned, "It's mine!" And with that, he ran away with it, startling Ven. Once he was far enough away, he began to pry it open, wanting to see if he could find something cool inside.

The locket seemed to absorb the body heat, as the hands grabbed it. The longer it was held the more the inside seemed to stir. as fingers tried to open it, a blast of wind seem to whip out from the crack. Thousands of little bits of paper streamed out like a whirlwind of white confetti. They swirled in a tight vortex becoming more dense toward the middle. A shape began to be distinguished. A body of a by was being built, like a fine sculpture. at last the form was complete. It seemed to hang in the air for a few more seconds, its arms outstretched. Then the form collapsed upon the ground, unconscious.

"ugh..." the limp form mumbled still not opening it's eyes.

Eyes going wide, Sona dropped to his knees and lifted the pretty male into his arms, not quite sure what to do for him. He thought that, maybe, if Ven could get them to his home...but he knew Ven wouldn't. He put the locket around his neck and held him, soon calling for his friend. But Ven had bigger fish to fry.

"So, I can't right now!" He called, "Looks like I found something you didn't, and I'm trying to decide if I should burn it or not." Lugging over the new male from the locket, Sona found his friend and blinked. There was another unconscious male, and he seemed to give off a dull throb of power every so often. It made him shudder.

"Ven, we should take them to my house, nurse them back to health."

"Why the Hell would we do that? That's being nice, and when you're nice, people start to like you. And when people start to like you, I have to kill them."

"Ven, you don't have to. Besides, these two need our help, and you can't say you're angry; there's no one to blame. Come on, just help me this once? Take us home." Even Ven, with his horrible transportation abilities, could make it home. He'd gone there enough. The blond's hands came into contact with both males, gripping their arms, and soon Ven had taken hold of his own shoulders. With another thick pop, they were gone from the area, leaving a nearby cow dumbstruck.

The house was gorgeous; not quite a big one, but it was pretty none-the-less. Okay, so the outside was a bit dilapidated, but the inside, that was the gold mine. Alexa Drew was an avid collector of anything awesome and full of 'win', and so the house looked just great. Sona's room, though, was painted Disney's Alice In Wonderland's Cheshire Cat purple and pink, striped, and his bed was no different; a new Alice in Wonderland bedspread and pillow set was on his bed. Everything was themed that way; he even had countless Cheshire Cat items, as well as a chair that was a giant, soft mushroom.

"There...now...um...we'll put this one on the mushroom..." He tugged and pulled futilely on the locket-person's body, trying to get him to it. With a put-upon sigh, Ven picked the male up and set him down. He then tended to putting the other on the bed, making sure they were both squared away.

"You're taking care of them the rest of the way. You're the one who had this bright idea."

"I'm going to need your help, Ven..I can't nurse two unconscious men back to life...or whatever it is they have..."

"Fine. But I am NOT wearing the nurse's uniform." And with a derisive snort, the boys set to work, damp, warm clothes being placed on both foreheads, and both of them fitted with much more comfortable clothes.

(I actually own a little mushroom chair/stool. Needs desperately to be recovered though. I loves my mushroom chair)

Shiro felt something cool on his forehead, "Wet." He muttered. He didn't really like water, It made sense as to who he was. He had trouble waking, it seemed like he had been sleeping forever. It took several minutes before he could pry an eyelid open. At first all he saw was white, then the white gained some texture. he was looking up at a ceiling, which meant he was inside. He turned his head to the side to see better, a wet cloth fell off his forehead as he did so. The room was strange, many of the items were unfamiliar in design.

Chaos felt nightmares, and fears tugging at his subconscious. As one picture sharpened, he woke abruptly.
"NO!" he called suddenly sitting upright. the rag that was upon his forehead flew through the air aiming at a figure standing near the bed.

Sona's peaceful moment with his most cherished book was ruined when the shout echoed through the room and the rag smacked him right in the face. He blinked as it slid down and settled on his book, befuddling the words and mixing the ink until the page, and several to the front and back of those pages, were completely unreadable. He dumped the rag into his own lap before setting the book aside, smiling.

"I'm glad to see you're awake." He offered with a smile, an irritated noise coming from somewhere behind his nose and mouth as he was slunk around and forced into the lap of his friend.

"I'm not. He's that much more of a threat to my pretty little Sona, now." Ven gushed, one hand holding the blond's jaw in place while he made a ridiculously over-exaggerated kissy face and drew the smaller boy closer. Pushing with all of his strength, said boy managed to fall backwards onto the bed, just shy of the man in it's crotch; right between his legs.

"This is awkward...but hi! I'm Sona...that's Ven. We found you passed out by the old Chen place..." He paused, "And we're sure you can't be human."

"No human can possibly have such a high count of...power. That's what it is; raw energy." Ven replied, "It's okay, I'm not human, either. In fact, I think that one isn't, either. Sona's all alone." He pointed to the male on the mushroom. However, noticing something, he spoke. "Sony...I think they're both awake, now."

"Oh! Excuse me, then, sir!" The two hardly gave anyone else a chance to talk; if one's mouth wasn't running, the other's was. He hopped up from the 'awkward' position and moved over to the one on his mushroom chair, smiling and offering a hand to help him up. "Hi, there! I'm not sure if you heard, but I'm Sona, and he's Ven." He pointed between the two of them. "I'm not sure about you or our other guest, though...would you two like to inform us?" Those bright eyes shifted between the two of them.

Shiro sat there and blinked, There were several others in the room. One was on the bed and although normally he looked like someone you would not want to meet in an alley, he looked a little weak, or sick perhaps. The other two were like a strange pair. Opposites. One was loud and rough, the other seemed more polite. Just what had he gotten himself into? he moved the wet cloth away from him so that it wasn't touching him. He then went to reach for his locket. "I''m Shiro, I.." he looked down when his hand did not meet metal around his neck. His hands searching frantically for the locket, he searched the covers next to him.

"Where...Where?" It had to be somewhere close by, he was always near it, he couldn't not be apart from it. It was his essence, his soul, his true form.

Chaos frowned at the loud and brutish figure. the man had no boundaries. how dare such a creator come close to a God, wait, was he still really a... He tried sitting up, only to fall back when the world became dizzy. Curse the high one, for taking away his powers. Chaos has order he claimed, of course Chaos does not! He was chaos, how could there be such a thing within his manner? he had no choice but to live according to his design.

"Where am I?" He asked, authority filed his voice instinctively. He may have lost much of his power, but he still was who he was created to be.

"Are you looking for this, Shiro?" Sona held up the locket that he'd placed around his own neck, head tilting a little to the side. He had seemed completely and utterly calm until he was startled by that second voice.

"You're in my house...I found you guys passed out." He offered. "I thought you guys needed help...did I think wrong?" He could tell the man on the bed could hardly move, and the other seemed weak and sickly.

"I told you we shoulda just left them, So." He sighed, shaking his head. "You guys don't seem to want our help, and you're just being assish."

"MY Pendant... uhm can I please have it back? It's important." he looked over at the other shyly. He didn't have much social interaction. and the situation he found himself left him a little aprehensive. He was at a strangers house after waking up in who knows how many years.

"Uhm, I'm greatful for your help. I guess I don't fully have my strength back. I'm sorry for the trouble, uhm it was Sona and Ven, wasn't it?" He put his hands together out in front of him and gave a little bow, or at leas he bowed as much as he could while lying in the strange plush chair. "Arigato Gozaimasu."

Chaos was going to complain, but due to his chaotic nature, he switched tactics abruptly.

"Oh, sorry, am I taking your bed? Or perhaps your lovers?" He purred leaning forward toward the so called Ven, close enough for his breath to be felt upon the others skin.

"Perhaps for helping me I should grant your earthly desire. What could that be I wonder?" he cocked his head to the side.

"Or perhaps I should smite you for talking back to me. So hard to choose..." he trailed off It was hard to tell if he was teasing or serious.

Sona held it close, as if afraid to give it up. "But...you were inside it..." He offered, stepping a bit closer. "I thought...um...well...why were you inside it?" He didn't speak Japanese, so the last bit confused him. "Um...what?" His brows knitted and he pouted some.

He was actually kind of worried about what would happen if he gave the locket back. What if something bad befell him? What if the world exploded or something? He didn't know, and he was kind of scared to find out.

Ven growled a little, pulling his gun from his holster. "I'm a natural-born assassin. Don't make me use this." He put the gun to the other's head, eyes narrowed, "You keep your filthy hands away from So, or I swear to whatever the fuck you believe in you'll go to Hell when I pull the trigger."

"Hell?, I've been there, I'm not the type who particularly cares for heaven or Hell. My brothers would kick me out anyway, I'm not permitted right now. Although being shot may be interesting. I'm supposed to feel pain." He leaned forward making sure the gun physically touched him. "Do you feel pain, You say you aren't human, but are you mortal?" He smirked a the other. "If shooting me doesn't work, do I get to try shooting you to see if you go to heaven or hell?"

"Go ahead, I think I'd like to try...."

"It's not so much as I was inside it, as I was asleep. It's important to me, like your lungs, or your heart. I just need it to be safe." He looked down nervously, twisting a corner of the blanket between his fingers. "It's just,... uhm... I..." the boy blushed not knowing what to say or how to explain. Social awkward was an understatement when it came to Shiro.

"Oh..." Sona took it off and held it out to him, before leaning closer to him and pecking his forehead. "I'm sorry...I didn't realize how important it was to you..." He smiled a little, "But will you stay a while, if you want to leave, so I can make sure you're alright?" He questioned, head tilting. "I just don't want you to get hurt." He seemed genuinely concerned.

Ven simply rolled his eyes. "My own gun doesn't work against me." He took it to his own forehead and blasted a hole. It almost immediately sealed back up and whatever had shot out, it was gone. "But it could definitely take you out." At the other's eagerness, he grinned and nudged the barrel against the other's lips. "Open up." He offered, "This is a fun way to die." Fun for him, anyway.

((so sorry! I forgot!))

Shiro tilted his head sideways at the other boy. He seemed very nice. Perhaps this would be an okay place to stay for a while.
"I would appreciate it if I could. Thank you very much. "I'm afraid I do not have much to return for your aid. what I can do, please allow me to do so." He leaned back into the cushion, a wave of dizziness overtaking him. It would take more rest for all his energy to return after reinitializing in this form.

No mere mortal are you then, but you are not a God, perhaps one of my siblings creations. Darkness perhaps, since you seem less likely to be overcome by death. He smiled, truly enjoying himself. Perhaps he would turn the tables on his siblings. perhaps he would enjoy his stay here. "I'm afraid your gun would not be able to kill me either, but it may leave a mess. You seem not the one to enjoy cleaning up afterwords. If you wish to try, you may however, it would at least be anew experience for me." Laman opened his mouth. What strange things those who dealt on the surface did. They never ceased to amaze him.
