Ryu didn't respond, just lifting his head, and pressing his lips to Vigil's. He pulled back much sooner than he wanted to, blushing as he turned back towards Cain. "Uh...so yeah...you're a good singer..." Good really isn't the word for it... He motioned to the crab with a hand, attempting to change the subject quickly, "Who's gonna...uh, ya know?" He seemed to have trouble forming his words, although it had nothing to do with a crab.

Vigil smiled a little, "Let's let Cain do it." Because the younger male always got such a kick out of it. Cain's face lit up and he swam to the nearest rock, seeming to sit on the crab like a sled before smashing it into the rock. During this unsavory activity, Vigil stole Ryu's lips in another kiss, touching and caressing in order to get his mind off of it.

The kiss was eagerly returned, Ryu's body pushing aginst Vigil's, though he paused when a crack filled the water, flinching slightly. His lips returned, seeking another kiss. After a moment, he turned, looking to the younger brother, and the crab. He supposed everything had to be killed before eaten, just as a cow or chicken would be slaughtered, but it seemed strange, staring at the tough cracked shell of the animal. Seemed, barbaric, for a lack of any other word.

Vigil did his best to distract Ryu as much as he could, holding and caressing, kissing and grinding, even. When he looked at Cain, so did the older brother, while the younger smiled wide.

"It's ready!" He smiled happily, swimming over. "We need a good place to eat it." He added, scouring the nearby rocks for a flat one.

"How about we eat at home, Cain?" They had many homes, but only one was near here.

The male swivelled in the water, flapping his arms. If he'd been on land, he'd be on the ground, but he simply floated lopsided for a moment. Clearly suprise didn't help Ryu's coordination. "Home? Yeah, I wanna see what your guy's homes look like. Let's go...You want me to carry the crab, Cain?"

Cain giggled a little behind his hand, watching Ryu with amusement in those pretty golden eyes. "Sure, if you want to." He offered, swinging it and letting it go into the other's hands.

The elder male smiled a bit and turned slightly, "Ready to go, then, boys?" Cain seemed to hop up and down, doing another flip and nodding. "Alright, come along." He took Ryu's elbow and began to guide him down, both of the natural mermen very excited to show their one of their homes.

Ryu followed, babbling the whole time. "What's it look like, do you have anyone living there now? How many rooms does it have?"

"It's a crystalline cave, and it's so pretty! It has a lot of exits and compartments and it's so fun to explore! Nobody lives in it but us, usually, but if someone needs it to be safe, we let them be there!" Cain informed happily, swimming circles around the pair of mates he was with. Vigil just let him do the talking, smiling and leading the way.

The male was nodding excitedly, listening to Cain speak. After a bit, his thoughts began drifting, and Ryu began talking to Vigil in his mind. ~Vigil...I wanna know about you...How long have you been alive? What were your parents? When will I see your true form?~ Though he didn't want to admit it, even to himself, since Vigil could read his thoughts, Ryu begrudgingly admitted he was a bit intimidated, and scared, to see a large dragon, even if he would know the dragon and he would know the beast wouldn't hurt him.
