"There's one issue with that," Glory said. "I'm pretty sure my mother went back to her apartment, so I would have to give her a call and talk to her about it, and it would still take her at least twenty minutes to get back." She didn't even know if her mother would go for the idea, and she had no idea how to broach the subject with her father. She didn't know him well enough for that.

"I can talk to your father, if you'd like me to. I can be good with people, given the chance. If need be, we can wait until your mother returns. It's up to you." Lleu seemed to be in an agreeable mood.

Glory blinked.

"I know I didn't say anything about him, but alright," she said. "I'd say good luck, but I'm willing to bet you won't need it."

Lleu nodded, smiling. "Okay. Where is he?" He already knew, but he wanted to make sure he didn't get lost on the way to the beach. He was psychic...but he was blind, after all...he could 'see' with a muted form of sonar, and through the eyes of others.

"Probably back closer to shore," Glory replied. "I don't know if my mother's going to show up at some point, but it's a pretty good possibility."

Lleu nodded, then placed a hand on the shark's side. "Will you take me there, dear?" he cooed to the shark. The shark eagerly began to swim back towards shore, as if he perfectly understood what Lleu was saying.

Léan just stared after them. "...That man is very strange."

"We've established that," Glory replied, going back over to him and cuddling into his side. "I wonder if he can convince the shark not to dislike our families..."

"I don't think that's going to happen," Léan chuckled, grinning. "He likes Lleu...but I think he chooses who he likes selectively. It's up to him whether or not he decides to like someone."

"True," Glory replied. "He does seem a bit picky."

"Indeed." Léan curled up against her, to rest. Now that he had eaten something, he felt much more relaxed.

Lleu contently allowed the shark to lead him back to shore. To strange males, he didn't look like much of a threat, though his being an albino was a bit of a shock at first...so he was sure he wouldn't startle Glory's father too much.

Glory cuddled with him.

"I think the only thing that hasn't happened yet today is your brother coming back," she said. "He actually sounded annoyed earlier, though, it was strange."

"Eh, maybe the constant stress of looking after Eden's making him feel on-edge," Léan suggested, scratching his head absently.

"Maybe," Glory said. She laid her head on his shoulder, cuddling with him. All she wanted to do is relax for a while after everything that had gone on recently.

Léan felt quite tired. He quietly laid his head down on her, closing his eyes. He had a pleased look on his face, though.

"I love you," Glory said softly as she snuggled with him.

"I love you, too," Léan replied, voice half-muffled. He was feeling like a nap might be a good idea, even in this crowded place. But...he had a nagging feeling that they should be back at the beach, in case Betelgeuse and Honeydew returned...

After a few moments, Glory nudged him a little.

"Come on," she said, "we should probably head back home."

Léan made an unwilling sort of whining sound before moving, finally. He was scowling. He knew they had to go back, but he just didn't want to move.

"I know," Glory said, but she nudged him again anyways. "Eventually, we'll be able to just settle in for a while."

Léan pressed his hurt arm closer to his chest as he started to make his way back, scowling the whole way back. "I just need a few days of relaxation..."

"I know," Glory said again. "If your brother shows up, I'll do what I can to keep him off your back." At this point, if he told her he wanted to be alone for a while to relax, she'd let him.

Léan wanted to relax, but he certainly didn't want to be alone. He nodded, thankfully. Upon returning, he was both amused and pleased to see what was happening.

Lleu had located Azilis, and was explaining about Utzi--its history, and its tolerance for abominations.

Glory couldn't help but grin a little when she saw them.

"That doesn't surprise me," she said to him.

Léan simply shook his head. The extent of how much he was creeped out by Lleu couldn't be expressed in words. He was sure Glory already knew that. He instead sighed, and headed for one of the smaller underwater overhangs, where he lazily floated his way in and curled up, to leave enough space for her if she wanted to join him.

Glory followed him in and curled up with him, fully intent on napping with him.
