There was just barely enough space in the cave Léan had chosen for both him and Glory. Which was a good thing, in case Archie came a-calling. He settled down at once, placing his injured arm above her so that it wouldn't get pushed around between them.

Lleu continued his explanation, and offered Azilis, and Clarissa, a home in Utzi if they needed it.

Glory cuddled closer to him, content to relax and nap with him.

Azilis listened as Lleu explained.

"I think it would be best if I talked to my mate about it," he finally said.

Léan was just about ready to fall asleep when he heard signs of his brother approaching in the distance...or at least, he heard him close by. He scowled, but then relaxed again. If he came, he came. He just wanted to sleep...

"I know. I'm simply making an offer, and have given you the proper explanation. I'll come back once you've made your decision," Lleu assured him, nodding.

Glory heard him as well, but didn't move. If he found them, then he found them. There was nothing she could do about it.

Lleu bade Azilis goodbye, and quietly left. He was caught by the shark when he tried to leave, and gave it once last tummy-tickle before leaving for good.

Léan was relieved to hear that the noises stayed to the other side of the rocks. It seemed Archie was getting ready to head out for a hunt, anyway.

Glory was tempted to take a look to see what was going on, and finally curiosity won out. Cautiously she peeked out of the little cave, trying not to draw attention to herself.

Archie had just emerged from the other side of the rocks, and had the small net he used to catch fish for himself, Damon, and Eden with him. Thankfully, he didn't seem to notice her as he headed out towards deeper water.

Glory snuggled back in with Léan.

"Seems like things are quieting down a bit," she murmured to him.

"Good," Léan replied, softly. He was starting to fall asleep. "Perhaps now we can have some peace and quiet to rest."

"Yeah," Glory said. She gave him a small kiss. "Go on and sleep. You look like you need it."

Léan shifted a bit to settle more, and then quickly started to drift off. Even sleeping for so long the previous night hadn't ebbed away at the weariness the pain in his arm gave him. It was so difficult to swim without both arms to balance him, and it took effort.

Glory settled in as well, drifting in and out of sleep. It felt good just to relax for a while.

Léan slept peacefully and soundly for quite some time. He was happy to be able to relax...it was something he just needed to do. This peace semi-ended in about an hour and a half, when Archie returned.

This time, he saw them.

He froze in his tracks, moving a bit closer to make sure his eyes weren't playing tricks on him. He began to grin, and was about to squeal when he noticed the injured arm laying on top of Glory. Instead, he settled for soft snickers. He didn't want to agitate his hurt arm by pouncing on him, and would try to let him rest while he spazzed. Quietly.

Glory woke from her light sleep when she heard the quiet spazzing. Moving her hair out of her way, she looked up to see Archie. She raised an eyebrow when she saw him spazzing, though she knew why he was.

Archie had his hands over his mouth and was rolling around in lazy backflip-circles. His face was red from holding in cheery squeals.

Carefully, Glory wiggled out of the cave, making sure not to wake Léan.

"Just let him sleep," she said.

"Trying..." Archie gasped, quietly, before clapping his hands back over his mouth, squinting. "Hehehehehe..." His amusement, it seemed, wouldn't die down for a while.

"Really, are you that surprised?" Glory asked. He didn't seem annoyed anymore, which was good. He seemed to be back to his normal self.

Archie didn't answer her. It was taking all of his self-control not to freak out. Finally, he pulled his hands away from his mouth--just briefly. "I'm going back to Damon. Before I wake him up." He promptly turned and sped away, at a pace more rapid than most merpeople could ever even imagine.

Rolling her eyes, Glory went back and snuggled in with Léan, making sure not to bother his arm at all.

Léan twitched in his sleep. He was close to awakening, anyway. He seemed to be having a rather fitful dream, for he twitched and fidgeted constantly.

Glory nudged him gently.

"Hey," she said softly. "You alright?"

Léan blinked, slowly waking up. It was funny to see him like he was at the moment--confused and completely unaware of where he was. It took him a few seconds to gain his bearings, and realize what was happening. He reached up with his good arm to scratch his head, yawning softly.

"...'M fine..."

"You looked like you were having a nightmare," Glory said softly. She cuddled closer to him. "You sure you're alright?"

Léan rubbed at his eyes with his good hand, shifting a bit closer to her. "Mm-hm...can't remember the nightmare, if I was having one. I'm fine," he mumbled, eyes closing again.
