It only took a few seconds for two shapes to start approaching them. Betelgeuse was in the lead, but when he noticed it was them, he dropped back, not wanting to start something. He would let Honeydew do the talking.

Glory stopped when she saw them. She'd done her thing, and she really wasn't used to being the center of attention.

"You have a pretty voice," Honeydew complimented, kindly. She looked better than she had been when she first escaped--she wasn't so deathly white and had regained a bit of her stamina.

Glory blushed at the compliment.
"Thanks," she said. "You're looking better."

"I guess. It's still hard for me to get around," Honeydew lamented, rather sadly.
Léan, whose eyes had been locked with Betelgeuse's ever since he came into sight in a silent staring match, finally tore his eyes from his father to glance at Honeydew. He began to explain what was going on with Lleu's mate, and how it had been similar to what had happened with her.

Glory listened quietly as he explained. She already knew what he was telling them, but she listened all the same.

Honeydew listened intently, as well. Her brow furrowed. "I remember the illness, yes. I picked up an odd trinket that was dropped off the side of a boat. It was pretty, like a necklace. I tried wearing it, and then it wouldn't come off...and a few days later, I was pulled up."

Glory thought for a moment when she heard that.
"That sounds vaguely like a tracking device," she said.

"A what?" Since the joys of electricity didn't exist underwater, the thought of something that could electronically track someone was just insane. Of course Honeydew wouldn't understand.

"Long, complicated story short, it's basically a way to tag and locate wild creatures," Glory explained. "Something about satellites and radio communication and such... It's complicated. But I know a lot of times it's used for things like keeping track of individuals, or populations..." She trailed off, thinking.

Honeydew sighed, closing her eyes. "But...if that's the case, why did it end up making me sick?" she questioned, frowning. "I only started feeling strange after I put it on."

"Mother..." Léan quipped, suddenly. "Do you remember how they took the necklace off of you?"
"No...I don't...but if you take me to this Morty, I might be able to remember..." Honeydew replied, apologetically.

Briefly, Glory wondered how long it would take Lleu to catch on and meet them part of the way there. She already figured it would happen, it was just a matter of when.

Léan was wondering the same thing, but he thought Lleu would wait for them there, since he didn't want to be too far away from his sick mate.

"Well," Glory said after a minute, "we might as well go, then. I need to be back early tonight, since I have to go back to school tomorrow."

Léan nodded, and he quietly started to lead the way. He knew the way to Utzi perfectly, now. He wouldn't get lost, though he might if something happened along the way.
Honeydew followed behind Léan and Glory, and made sure her mate took up the rear. She didn't want any trouble.

Glory kept pace with Léan. She knew her way fairly well, but she didn't trust herself not to get a bit lost anyways.

Lleu did meet them on their way, but only when Utzi was in sight. Léan had been correct--he'd been far too worried about Morty to wander too far. "Hello. Come to help me?" he asked, kindly.
As he did with Léan, Lleu immediately seemed off to Betelgeuse, and the man became defensive.

"I'm fairly sure you know the answer to that," Glory replied. She was getting used to his strangeness, and it didn't bother her quite so much anymore.

"Come this way, then." Lleu led the group through Utzi. It seemed strangely quiet today--right now was around everyone's normal bedtime, and there were just a few people awake.
The trip through the house was shorter this time. Lleu just helped them through the hallway filled with human clothes towards Morty's rooms. He'd added a few new articles of clothing since the last time they had been there.

Glory only really glanced at the new clothes. None of them really interested her at the moment, but she'd probably take a closer look later on. For now, she just wanted to do what they came to do and then head back home.

Betelgeuse was very bothered by the presence of human items. So bothered, in fact, he held onto Honeydew's arm and closed his eyes so he wouldn't have to see anything, and allowed her to lead him on.
Lleu reached his and Morty's room, and headed on inside.
Morty was still laying in bed, shifting around fitfully. He was halfway out of the blankets this time. And he was indeed wearing one of the 'necklaces' Honeydew described, though it no longer seemed functional.

This time, Glory noticed the 'necklace', and wondered why she hadn't seen it before. She couldn't see anything about it that would cause such a reaction, though...

Honeydew stayed behind, taking notice of the necklace and the rash. She was silent, trying to wrack her brain for what that human had done to take the rash away, other than remove the necklace. After a few moments, she perked up. "Oh. The necklace needs to be taken off, and he needs to bathe in fresh water, not salt water, for a few hours," she recalled, finally.
