Léan watched carefully as the two joined hands. He was feeling a bit squeamish again...so he would probably leave all the questioning to her, unless he had an idea.

Lleu held her hand gently, politely. "What is it you want to know?"

"What, you don't know already?" Glory joked. She couldn't help that one. "At this point, biological details would be nice." She figured that would cover a range of things.

"Since I don't know what you want exactly, I suppose I'll fetch a few details for you...and you add on whatever else you want to know..." Lleu seemed to be purposely toying with her...he never gave many straightforward answers. He closed his eyes, and then began to concentrate.

"You're being vague on purpose," Glory deadpanned. After that, she tried not to fidget too much.

"Perhaps I am," Lleu replied, flatly, after a few moments of silence. He opened his eyes. "I can detect human DNA...so, most likely, you should prepare for human offspring...is there anything else you would like to know, while I'm at it?"

Glory hesitated, toying with the idea of asking if there was more than one child. She could always ask about gender later, once she was a bit more used to the idea of being pregnant, but number seemed fairly important.

Lleu knew what she wanted to ask. But, he patiently waited for her to work up the nerve to say it. After all, Léan couldn't be in the dark about everything forever.

Léan was watching, closely. He hesitantly held onto her free arm, monitoring her expression.

Glory fought with herself for another moment.

"Well," she finally said, "I know twins tend to be hereditary, so..." she trailed off, the little bit of confidence gone.

The look on Léan's face clearly said that he hadn't thought of that. He blinked, looking even more concerned than he had before.

Lleu held her hand with both of his, and his eyelids drooped shut again. He was silent for just a moment. "...I do not believe there are twins present. Then again, at this stage, I cannot tell for sure. Maybe in a few days I will be able to give you a definite answer," he hummed, softly.

"Alright," Glory replied. It wasn't quite the answer she'd hoped to hear, but it was better than something annoyingly vague.

Lleu gave her a reassuring smile. "Is there anything else you would like to know? I can tell you much, much more...though some of it may not be accurate, at this point."

"Like what kind of 'more'?" Glory asked. She was only a week along, though she supposed a lot would have to be crammed into that one week.

"Gender, perhaps...if I look closely enough. Possibly eye color--hair is undetectable right now. If there are any diseases, or any problems will be had when the time comes..." Lleu listed off, squinting a bit.

"Problems?" Glory repeated. That word made her a bit nervous. She already had no idea what she was doing, she didn't want problems added on to that.

"In a nutshell, whether or not you will have to be...cut open, in order for everything to pass through," Lleu explained, awkwardly. "Sometimes it is inevitable." He cleared his throat. "...So...is there anything else you'd like to know, at all? Perhaps one of the attributes I mentioned earlier?"

Glory glanced at her mate questioningly. She didn't know when she'd started thinking of him that way, but it felt right, so she didn't bother being stubborn about it.

Léan didn't notice her look, at first. When he did, he straightened up, clearing his throat. "...I...well...is there anything you want to know?" he asked, lamely.

"I asked what I wanted to know, it's your turn," Glory replied. Well, she mostly asked what she wanted to know. The other things could wait.

"I...don't have anything to ask," Léan informed her, lowering his eyes. He was not very curious...it was like spoiling a surprise for him.

Glory took her hand back from Lleu and cuddled into Léan's side.

"Alright, then," she said. She couldn't blame him for being a bit off-balance. She was still reeling a bit herself.

Lleu nodded, and then bowed slightly. "I'm going out for a while...would you like me to break the news to your parents for you? They are at Utzi right now...possibly scoping out a place to live..."

Léan chewed his lip, understandably nervous.

"...No," Glory replied after a moment. "Just let my mother know I need to talk to her." That way, she could minimize any chance of her mother getting too angry.

Lleu nodded, and then made his departure, not bothering to say anything else.

Léan looked concerned. "...Are you sure you want to tell her yourself?" he asked, worriedly.

"I'll be alright," Glory replied. "I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself." She gave him a kiss. "Besides, I would rather tell her my way than have her hear about it from someone else."

Léan purred softly--the sound rumbled in his throat, and was quite feline. He wrapped his arms around her. "I...suppose that's fine..."
