Léan tried not to fall asleep, seeing as he felt it was rude. But he couldn't help drifting in and out of sleep as he laid there, quite comfortable.

Glory carefully took Autumn from her mother and handed over Orion instead. She wanted to hold her daughter for a little while, and Orion had been calm enough for the moment.

Orion did have Léan's attitude. The moment he was moved, he began to whine and complain, something akin to a pout on his face.

Clarissa noticed, and began to rock him gently.
"Seems like he's going to be a mama's boy," she teased gently.

Léan stretched himself out a bit more, brow furrowing. He just wanted to sleep, it seemed...nothing more.
Orion continued to act up for a few more minutes before he settled down, with a huff.
((Heading to bed soon...))

Glory nudged him gently.
"My mother can take you home, if you want," she said softly. "I'll be alright here for a little while, and our bed at home is more comfortable than here."

"I...would rather stay here." Léan did not want to feel guilty about leaving her here in the hospital by himself...he knew he'd feel bad, even if she wasn't upset by it.

"Alright," Glory replied. "We shouldn't be here for too much longer, anyways... We'll have to figure out how to tell your brother he's an uncle."

"...Without him pouncing on us and killing us," Léan finished, morosely. "That in itself is a big task...perhaps we can have someone else do it...?"

"No, it's alright," Glory replied. "I can tell him, if I need to. He doesn't jump on me as readily as he jumps on you."

"I...will have to avoid him for a few days, then. The moment he hears the news, he'll seek me out in the hopes of hanging off of me and squealing..." Léan complained, bottom lip sticking out farther than it should have been.

"You can stay inside, if you like," Glory offered. "When we get home, I mean. I'm going to need your help, anyways."

"I think I will do that..." Léan seemed horrified at the notion of having to tell his brother, and was glad she had offered to do it instead. He knew how Archie reacted around him...

"Alright," Glory replied, leaning over a bit and giving him a kiss.
--
A little less than a day later, Glory was looking at home again. Carefully, she took the two baby carriers out of the car and handed Léan the one with Orion in it.
"Come on," she said, "let's get them settled inside."

Léan stood there awkwardly with the baby carrier. "...Where to?" he asked, completely nonplussed. He didn't know where to 'store' children for the day.

"Remember, we have the two cribs set up in the spare room?" Glory pointed out. The spare room was being slowly turned into a nursery for the twins. She gave him a gentle nudge. "Come on. The faster we get them settled inside, the faster I can let your brother know what's going on and then be back inside." She sent a glance towards the shore. "If he doesn't know we're back already."

Léan shot an ominous look towards the ocean and quickly scuttled into the house. He then stood by the doorway, awkwardly waiting for her. For some reason, he kept forgetting where the spare room was in the house. He hadn't even known of it until about three or four days ago.

Glory followed him with Autumn. The spare room had literally been just that: an empty room that hadn't had anything in it. It had only been a few days ago that the cribs she had ordered online had finally arrived, and she'd had them set up in the spare room.
She went with him inside and worked on settling the twins into their cribs. The cribs themselves were identical, but she would have time later to change them a bit. Handing him Autumn's carrier, she picked up Orion first.

Orion always seemed to be cranky. He groaned when he was picked up, his legs kicking out, possibly in an attempt to drive off whoever was disturbing his rest. He was most likely going to be the kind of child who, unless properly monitored, would become very spoiled.

Glory rocked him a bit and murmured soothingly to him. She knew how to deal with that kind of attitude by now, so she did what she could to calm him down.

Eventually, Orion settled down. He still seemed like he would be fussy, but he wouldn't struggle anymore. He curled up, stubbornly intending to get back to sleep.

"Just like his father," Glory murmured. Once she was sure he would be alright, she went and picked up Autumn. Surprisingly, Autumn fussed as well when she was picked up, having been disturbed from her nap. Glory murmured to her softly, and she calmed down again. When she was laid in her crib, she curled up and snuggled in to continue her nap.

Léan seemed to be happy that there was no loud crying or screaming yet. That was yet another thing he could stand about children, and babies in particular.

Taking the baby carriers, Glory set them down by the door.
"Just keep an eye on them," she murmured to Léan. "If they start crying, let me know. I'm going to go outside and see if anyone is waiting to accost us at all."

Léan frowned--if they cried, he would leave immediately. He couldn't stand the crying of children. "All right...I'll find you if something happens..."
