Glory got up and made her way into the pseudo-nursery. Gently, she picked up Orion and sat down in the rocking chair again. She rocked slowly back and forth, humming softly to him.

Orion stopped kicking and yelling, but he did not stop crying. He looked stubborn, sour. He swung his arms around in an irate sort of manner.

Glory just kept working on soothing him. Getting up, she shifted him to one arm and reached into a drawer with her other hand to find a pacifier. Once she found one, she gave it to him so he would have something to do and then sat back down in the rocking chair.

Orion managed to relax, finally, after being given the pacifier. He was back asleep in no time, and his crying abruptly stopped. He must have been bored.

Glory held him for a little while longer, still rocking him gently. As soon as she was able to get out to the store, she needed to get a few more things for the twins, such as a few more toys. She only had the bare essentials at the moment.

The crying had woken Léan up this time around. He'd ambled out of bed and towards the spare room, and he was now standing in the doorway looking half-asleep. "Something wrong...?"

Glory shook her head. Getting up, she laid Orion back into his crib and them went to the door.

"No, I think he just wanted attention," she said.

Léan nodded, semi-glumly, and rubbed at his eyes. He didn't seem to be feeling too enthusiastic...

Glory gave him a kiss.

"Why don't you head outside for a while?" she suggested. "Go out to the reef, avoid your brother for a while. You look like you could use the space." She needed to stay inside to take care of the children, at least until she knew if they were able to change form or not, but there was no reason why he couldn't go outside for some downtime.

Léan paused, and then his brow furrowed. "...All right. I think I'll do that," he murmured, quietly. "...I think perhaps you should take them out to let Azilis see sometime. You could also check if they can change while you're out there."

"I need to give them both a bath soon, anyways," Glory pointed out. "I'll find out then regardless." Once she knew for sure, she'd decide whether or not to take them outside.

Léan nodded, sniffing slightly, and turned around. "I'll head outside. I'm going to check on Aster and make sure he hasn't been causing any trouble..." he decided. "I don't want him to suddenly remember his past..."

"Alright," Glory replied. Going over to him, she gave him another kiss. "Just let me know if you're staying out there for the night or something, alright?" She didn't think she would be able to get outside for a while, at least not until the children didn't need constant attention anymore.

"I won't be staying out for the night. Not with the possibility of my brother finding me so prevalent. I will be back in a bit..."

Léan quickly headed outside, wasting no time in stripping down and rushing into the water. He was trying to avoid his brother, and as a result went out farther to sea than he usually did.

Glory went about setting up the little basin-like thing that was designed specifically for bathing infants in. As she filled it with a little water, she made sure it wasn't too hot or cold for the twins. They probably wouldn't be asleep for much longer, anyways, so she may as well be ready.

Orion was the first to wake up. And he woke up having a tantrum...a rather loud one. He, in turn, woke his sister up with the volume of his crying.

Autumn started crying, having been woken up from her nap by her brother. Because she was easier to soothe, Glory picked her up first and rocked her, humming a bit to her. Once Autumn was calmed down, Glory set her back into the crib and picked up Orion. She held him close to her and did her best to calm him down as well.

Orion took longer to settle down. When he finally did, he kept his eyes open and didn't go back to sleep. His legs twitched slightly, and he pouted up at the ceiling.

"Come on, you," Glory murmured to him, carrying him over to the little tub. "You'll feel better after a bath and a set of clean pajamas." Testing the water again to make sure it hadn't gotten cold, she decided it was warm enough and gently got Orion out of his little onesie and settled him in the space for him in the infant tub.

The moment Orion hit the water, he began to fuss and complain again. As he did so, the signs of change were becoming evident. His legs pressed together. It would take a few minutes for the full change to come through if he wasn't completely submerged in water...

Taking the infant tub into the bathroom proper, she ran water into the regular bathtub, just enough for her to help him with the change. Once there was enough water, she moved him into the bigger bath tub, but she was still ready to pull him out if she needed to.

With the addition of more water, the change occurred much more quickly. The tail on Orion was dark...very dark. Almost black. It eerily resembled the scale color that Honeydew had.

Once the change was finished, Glory pulled him out of the big tub and settled him into the infant tub again. She kissed his forehead gently.

"You're alright, baby," she murmured to him. "Everything is okay."

Orion grumbled at her, his little arms flailing slightly. Black and dark green tails, like the ones Honeydew and Betelgeuse respectively had, were some of the rarest tail colors in the world.

Glory finished his bath quickly and pulled him out of the water to dry him off. Once she was able to get him into a clean set of pajamas and back into his crib, it would be Autumn's turn.
