Go to the Forum and look in the upper right-hand corner of the page. See the search bar? Next to the search bar are two icons. One of the icons looks like a little person. Click on that and it will change the search format from threads (or whatever) to a member search engine. ;)

Creativity Central is everything that is under creative category. So you need to find the page where all those forums are together.

I looked through the whole first page of the guide a few times >< And I found out who it is but there's no profile or anything to check. I checked out their shop too and still nothing.

try searching for that NPC in the search bar under find people

Ah! I got Creativity, its not obvious because you can't get it from the main forum page.

I totally forget how I get to her profile... O_O *goldfish memory*
