xD You got me on the America rant, first person to do that by the way.. T_T; Most people just nod and agree..

Well.. We're supposed to have background checks on who's allowed a handgun, anyone with a record of mental illness can't buy a gun etc. Also we have the whole hunting season with different hunting rifles.. I'm not an expert but I also know that many states have tried to outlaw handguns, but they have trouble getting around the second amendment to our constitution that protects citizen's 'rights to keep and bear arms'... xD;

gyah, I gotta go to bed, sleepy time for Violet.

It's hard to really see it when you live in it. xD;; It's all rather normal... Living in a city and the neighbors bring out their guns when they get a lil drunk at 2am.. <.<; But you travel 45 minutes into the country and everyone's like "psh, there are no guns here! OMG! You're neighbors do that!? Quick, move out now! Before you get shot!" @[email protected] It gets confusing a lil

Lmfao. XD Ahahaa. When I went to Disneyland in California I couldn't believe how... ghetto most of Anaheim was. We couldn't even find a friggan grocery store! D< We were like, "Holy crap, no wonder why America is probably the fattest country! They have no NORMAL FOOD." Then when ever we would get out of our rented SUV with the Alberta license plate people would come up to us and be all, "Woah! You're foreign! Where's 'Alberta'?? Man you guys must of traveled from far away, right? Either that or I don't know all of my states!" We'd look at them funny and say, "Alberta's where the igloos be," and walk away.

lol. Considering some people in florida think the UP of michigan is in Canada >.> I can totally see someone asking that. Unfortunately there is a lot of stupid people in America....the fifty states are suppose to be something we learn in elementry school. Or even 6th grade at the highest.

That's really sad.

In junior high (grades 7 to 9 in my city... my city is weird like that) I started learning the states. In elementary we learned a little about America, but never in-depth. We didn't have to memorize all fifty and where they are, but we needed to know a general idea of where each is located. We also learn some of America's history... not in detail, but brief and enough. Even Canadians know more than some Americans concerning their country. And don't even get me started on America's knowledge on Canada.

You guys (I'm not saying all Americans, but I'm sure you guys would agree on 'a large portion') just make it too easy for other countries to make fun of you. XD

Lol I actually really agree. I always wonder why so many want to come to America :/ I quite hate it here, but I know there's worse places. And I didn't start learning anything about Canada before I took geography in 11th grade XD even then it was basically just the provance and territory names and their origins...and where they were located. After that though I don't use the information that much so I forgot most of it XD Honestly we don't learn that much of our US history until we have it in highschool. I mean you get the little things and sugar coated war stories in elementary.

Night time is win.
My sleeping used to be all fudged up, I'd sleep during the day & be awake all night. I loved it, but just couldn't do it anymore.

Black: That's usually what my sleeping cycle is during the summer. XD But no more of that, because this is my last year of school. x: Then I'll have to work and in a year or so try to get into art college... so no more all-nighters for me. T-T

Night is so much prettier than day time. I don't know why (it's not like I can see stars in the city). o 3o Just is.

I like night time better than day time too :3 mostly because living near water, you can always go to the beach and see the stars and the moon on the water :3

Nighttime is always prettier, especially in a city. Had the curtains over the balcony doors open every night in L.A., just to watch the carlights shimmer over the glass walls of the MGM tower across the street. It was lovely, especially with the jazz that plays 24/7 down below.

That does sound lovely. I don't think I'd like it in a city though...too many people

I love the city. I think it would be so cool to live in Vegas for awhile. I don't know if I could live there for a long time though.

I have never been to Los Vegas. I don't ever want to go there too. I don't like Chicago either. I just don't like cities in general. Though I'm sure if you like cities than at least LV has lots of stuff for one to do.

I went there about 3 years ago. My parents, sisters and I took a road trip to California and stopped in Vegas for one night. It was extremely hot though... we were going to die. x_x Since I was about 14 years old and my sisters even younger, it's not like we could gamble or any of that stuff, so we walked down half the strip then turned around and walked down the other side back to the Stratosphere hotel. XD Those hotels are fricken' insane!

You probably don't like cities because I'm guessing you live in the country? I'm sure if you lived in a city for a portion of your life you wouldn't mind it too much. P:

lol I live in a smaller town right now. Before that it was a suburb of a city-ish. Not a "big" city. My cousins lived in a city though and I spent some nights with them (good times it was). I just don't like being around people.

I see. o 3o
I've lived in a city of 1 million people my whole life, so I guess I'm just use to being around people.

You'd have to kind of be used to being around people. I was homeschooled to add onto it, so when I was little I didn't learn how to act properly in group settings really and that caused trouble for me in 6th grade-8th grade and finally "ending" in highschool as a freshman.

Yeah. It would have been okay to be home schooled if I had gone to more social settings, but I didn't get to because of other family issue reasons.
