Sounds exactly how I was in high school. Except it wasn't just my legs, it was my middle too.

Then I had an epiphany... who needs to be a bloody toothpick te be awesome. After that all my self conscious problems were gone.

I've always been thin but I still didn't feel good about myself because I am really pale. I always wanted to be tan but I knew it wasn't good for me, so I never felt right in my own skin. Only in these past couple of years have I realized that my pale skin is beautiful. I love myself much more now and I think I look kickass in the moonlight.

That was a super positive post, I always see people either putting themselves down or putting down the people who don't look like them (saying that others are too skinny or too fat) though insecurities. All girls should feel pretty and not have to put others down to do so. You are awesome! I am glad you finally found that you are pretty!

I live in florida!! Tarpon Springs to be more specific.... I always wear skirted ones to. I recently lost about 50 pounds and tried on a new bathing suit....I still dont have good legs but you know what! I looked sexy....So I sent a picture it to all my friends to get feed back....It was All Positive...and my friends are....Ummmm...What you would call...Brutally honest!!!! all the time!!!!

Ps. I went from 210 pounds to 160 =) im about a 14/16 in sizes but i fit into twelves too!

Hahaha YOU GO GIRL! O.O Personally I prefer women who have a lil meat on their bones. And maybe its just me, but 99% of skinny women I talk to, are well...bitches. It's unhealthy to be so underweight, frankly im surprised they haven't just poofed out of existence yet. Or as some would say divide by zero! Anywho, I think everybody should have self confidence in themselves, and believe they are beautiful. Not to the point of narcissism, but the self-confidence that makes peoples heads turn. :P

I never really had much confidence in myself until I started dreading my hair. Sounds strange, as the first year of dreading is really nothing but funny looking hair, hats, and a strange washing routine, but something about them just completes me. I think you've inspired me to wear my dreads out of a tam today...regardless of all the strange looks, pointing, staring, and mean remarks. Thank you!

Also, kudos on the Owl City quote. Sometimes Owl City is the only thing that gets me through my 3rd shift job ^-^
