Everlynn looked at him and laughed softly. "Because I'm stuck on this island. I have no idea how I got here or even why I'm here." she replied softly, allowing him to brush her hair out of her face.

Nicolea turned to the man and went to the fridge to get some chocolate and then turned to lance, they were stealing electricity from the mermaid town not far from here, thats why they had electricity.

"Hey, want some chocolate?" he asked Lance.

"okay"Shinku said in a cam but happy tone in voice.Shinku held onto Julian's hand as she smiled a bit.She knew that he would probably be taking her somewhere she never seen

Julian brought her to the surface world but it was not the beach instead it was a town, the people there stopped and turned to see Julian and they bowed.

"These are merpeople who decided to live on land, I sometimes go and do checks on them," said Julian as he swam up and then towels were brought and julian dried his tail and it turned to legs and he dressed up in clothes, once he was dressed he turned to her. "Come, here's a good place to eat."

Shinku smiled then nodded."okay"Shinku said as she put one of her arms over her chest a bit as she felt a bit self concious as she normally didn't though she wasn't sure why she felt so self concious around other people about what she was wearing

A person came and gave Shinku a sleeveless vneck dress and new underware that was maginificent, it had gold trimmings and it was padded and then Julian walked away so that she didnt have to stare at her as she dressed up.

As Shinku saw the lovely clothing,she began undressing out of her wet lingerie and getting dressed into the new lingerie and v-neck sleeveless dress.As she was dressed fully she smiled. this is such a beautiful dress... Shinku thought as she bowed to the person who have her new clothes."thank you"Shinku said as she then hurried to catch up with Julian

"oh... this place isn't all that bad...." he stood up. "especially for flying." he held his hand out to the girl.

Everlynn looked up at him when he stood and held his hand out to her. She slowly and bit her lower lip, taking her hand slowly.

julian turned around and then smiled at her when he came near her and then bowed and took her hand and kissed it.

Shinku slightly blushed a bit as she felt Julian kiss her hand"t-thank you"Shinku said with a slight smile."yes we shall"Shinku said in a happy tone as she held onto Julian's hand

julius led her to a restaurant and then looked at her apologetically.

"I must tell you, Merpeople are vegetarians, we dont eat meat," he said.

"its alright i don't eat meat i only eat it on rare events."Shinku said as she looked at Julian with another slight smile.she wasn't much of a meat eater she was part vegitarian in her terms though

Julian smiled and then they took the outside table but shaded and then they ordered salad and some fruit and then turned to her.

"So far are you enjoying your day?" he asked her

"i have been since i met you"Shinku said with a smile "before i was scared and afraid that these people would hurt me like my ex did but you made my day feel and be better so i thank you for that Julian"Shinku said in a calm down as she smiled up at Julian

"i am very glad that i had met you when i did Julian"Shinku said as her tone in voice sounded better Shinku had never behaved so happy she was usually shut down from the world,and bitter

Julian smiled as the salad and fruit was brought up and he plucked a grape and placed it on his mouth and started to eat it.

"Well, at least I'm happy that I made your day," said Julian warmly.

Shinku nodded a bit and smiled up at Julian. i wonder when i should head back to the island though.... Shinku wondered as she thought for a moment to herself

Julian was eating when a man came up and whispered to the prince's ear he listened and then Julian answered and then stood up and excused himself, he headed to the side where a mermaid kid was but where Shinku could see him, the mermaid kid took a knife and ran at the prince trying to stab him but a waiter hit the arm causing the boy to drop the knife and the kid falls to the ground crying, julian approched and kneels in front of the child and pulls him into a hug.

"Why would you want to kill me?" he asked.

"Because... because the bad merman told me too, so i could get my parents back," said the child.

Julian nodded and then stood up and then talked to them and then they set off, Julian returned to his seat and then he took a fruit and opened it and then placed it on his mouth frowning i thought.

As Shinku kept her eyes at Julian she saw how kind hearted Julian was and how good he was with kids she wished she had someone like that was with her after the accident she was in when she was 6

Julian sighed and then looked at her, and at the mermaid child being fed, he turned to her.

"Shinku, I'm afraid i have to cut this short, I have something to do, and i can bring you back, if thats what you want," said Julian and then frowned again thats a pain if you're a prince you have to cut short your fun time to cater to the merpeople, but julian accepted that, as he knew it was his duty and responsibility as first prince and heir to the throne.

"yes i would like to go back" Shinku said showing him a smile that she wasn't upset,as in fact she really wasn't upset because she understood why he had to cut their lunch date short

Julian sighed and then looked at the food he wasn't hungry anymore instead he leaned back and crossed his leg and crossed his eyes to think about the situation and also wait for Shinku to finish eathing, who would not want him to be king when he was kind enough to the people, Julian frowned in thought at this.

Shinku tilted her head a bit."you okay Julian?"Shinku asked as she looked a bit concern i wonder whats wrong..he seems rather down Shinku thought as she nibbled on the fruit a bit

Julian opened his eyes and then looked at Shinku and then gave a small smile.

"That child's parents were kidnapped, and I have to do something, that kidnapper sent the child to kill me to spare his family, I'm sure i never made anyone mad, so why would someone want me dead?" said julian and then frowned again. "Anyway this is my problem, i can handle this on my own I think."

"some people have grudges...and they let that take over them back where i live i know a lot of people want me dead either that or who want to do perverted and disgusting things to me" Shinku said with a laugh trying to make him feel better than he does
