Maybe change the hairpins to a black hat and blue hairpin or other way around? The head needs a bit more blue.

Get a different necklace that has blue to break up the white or maybe get the Heaven top if you don't mind it layering over the top you have on.

The only black on the avatar is the eye make up. I would take it off or add more black. Personally, I have never seen anyone use the eye make up well.
