i was switching around through the Mystic Faun items and colours when something glitched out. i tried to apply the brown coloured Mystic Faun goatee, it says the item is already equipped. i can put on the other colours and take them off but if i try to put the brow one on it tells me every time that 'the item is already equipped'. =( help, please?

Have you tried unequipping all your items or refreshing your avatar... or a combination of both?

That's all I can really think of. If the problem continues, as Indies said, you may need an admin to help you sort it out.
