The Principal
Babilon City, a place where the old meets the new, the streets are crowded and people seems to live on their normal lives. Yet, there are those who go against the nature of things, those who give up their humanity in order to evade what they fear the most, Death. Those, who stay long after they should, turn; transform into something else. Twisted and crazed, they enter the Hypermoria, and that's when yo come in.
In Death Wish you take the roll of a high school student of Grim High. A school intended for the training of Shinigami (Grim Reapers). Located at the center of Babilon City, a metropolis like no other. Your mission is to hunt those who had somehow evaded their deaths and turned into "monster" because of the state of Hypermoria.
In order to become a Shinigami you had to face death yourself. This means you died and came back. During your pasing through the underworld, you found "something" it might have been a sword, a pet, or even an image of yourself. The fact is, that when you returned you brought it with you, and now it represents your ability, which allows you to face the creatures in Hypermoria
If you have trouble imagining the game's atmosphere, try watching "Soul Eater" or the "Witch Hunter" Manga.
Rules:
In game, players will only have access to student characters. This way we can keep a shounen-like kinda play. With main characters being teenagers with powers.
When choosing you powers keep in mind the shounen kind of feel that i'm triying to give to the game without been all powerfull. Also keep in mind that your character will be a student, so there is a chance you haven't discovered all your abilities. Please, no god modding.

I'll tale care of important npc's. Good guys and bad guys, i'd prefer to keep the player characters as the main characters of the series rather than making them villans. The goal is to make a cool anime-like shounnen story.
Keep it pg-13 (No bad language, no explicit sex scenes, etc...)

Sanae Hanekoma

Age:28 Gender: Male Description: Sanae Hanekoma is the guide Teacher of the class 2-C assigned to classroom # 13. All teachers think of him as irresposible and careless. Despite the efforts of Minamoto (Coordinator of Discipline) he keeps smoking, drinking and basically doing everithing a teacher should not do in school. Hanekoma is a thin man, who wears round glasses and keeps a big smile on his face almost all the time. His clothes and hair seem untidy and normally he gives a strong smell of alcohol and tobaco.
His teaching methods are as troublesome as he is. hanekoma has lots of trouble remembering what he was supossed to teach his class, so he keeps giving random advice and bringing "things" into his class that most students are not ready to face. Despite Minamoto having authority over him, Hanekoma keeps calling him Minamoto Kun, gaining a few bruises each time he does. Powers: Hanekoma usually keeps himself out of fights, therefore no student knows what his powers are.
Sho Minamoto

Age: 25 Gender: Male Description: Minamoto is a man obsessed with order and discipline. It was an obvious outcome when he was assigned as Coordinator of Discipline in Grim High. No one in Grim High dares to break the rules when he's present. He can set his gun to stun, avoiding to kill his target, yet it still hurts like crap.
Minamoto allways dress in black, and he wears the grim high logo proudly in his tie. He never leaves his guns, and most of the time he's expecting trouble, mostly when passing nearby classroom #13.
Despite being so strict, it is known that Minamoto has a soft side for Grim High students, and can become quite protective when it comes to them.
He also takes care of assigning field missions to the students, classifiying them in grades of difficulty that are apropriate to the level of the asigned group.
From all Grim High's personel, Sho Minamoto is the one that holds more respect and authority below the Principal. Powers: Whatever the reason was, What Minamoto found during his passing through the underworld was a pair of modified colt peacemaker pistols. When he returned, the pistols where with him, and sisnce them he has never left them. Despite their looks, those are not regular pistols, through them, Minamoto can fire his own energy, therefore they do not need bullet, and can shoot from a single stunning round to a gigantic blast that drains him completely.
Morisato Haruka

Age:25 Gender: Female Description: Haruka is the personal assistant of Grim High's Principal. From all the staff she is the only one that has continuous contact with him and is responsible of comunicating his desicion. She is normally seem in the administrative offices of Grim High rather than in the school area but sometimes she can be found walking in the hallways, allways carrying some important papers.
She allawys keeps a serious look on her face, and hates being distracted from her responsabilities. Her blond hair is usually tied up in a tight bun behind her head. And her eyes are quite capable of giving piercing looks to any student that crosses her way. Powers: It is rumored that during her time in the underworld, Haruka gained the ability to see beyond what a normal person would see. It is told that she can stretch her senses far beyond from where she stands, and sometime, event touch something without being there. Even though, no one has seen her using this ability.
Nana Chan

Age: Aparently 10 Gender: Female Description: Nana Chan is a child most usually found in the hallways, despite being in grim high, she does not take any classes, and spends her time chansing her broom, which doesn't seem to like her to ride it. She has the looks of a tiny witch, pointy hat and all. besides this, she looks like a normal girl playing around. Powers: Nana Chan has been seen performing minor magical tricks. Whenever she has attempted to perform mor powerfull magic it has triggered disastrous accidents.
Gotto Akira (The Janitor)

Age: 28 Gender: Male Description: Every school has a handy man who takes care of cleaning and keeping everything working. Grim High has Gotto Akira, a guy that most times keeps himself unseen. Whenever he is needed he goes and do his job without complaining about it. Yet, there are times in which he disapears for a while, somtimes just for a few minutes, sometimes for days. Whatever is the reason for this absences, nobody knows except perhaps Haruka and Minamoto. Powers: Unknown.
Phantom

Age: 35 Gender: Male. Description: Most schools have a nurse that gives kids medicine for stomach ache. Grim High has doctor Phantom. Deep in the school basements, he keeps his laboratory/infirmary. he is the one that takes care of every student first passing to the other side, and after that he is resposable for everyones health in the facilities. He is a pale man dressed with a lab coat, his hair falls to his shoulders and half his face is covered with a white masc that resembles certain opera. Powers: By some strange ability, Phantom is able to discern the state of health of every living being, identifiying every sickness, problem or anomaly it has. Some say he is also capable of controlling a man's health, advancing the state of a disease or even causing it from zero.
