"answers?"Kitami said as she tilted her head as she didn't understand at all. answers for what exactly? Kitami thought as she kept her arms crossed over her chest as she looked at Riker

"Vampires are evil. Vampires prey on the innocent." He stood up and walked towards her. "Vampires Vampires deserve to die. Every single one of them." When he was only a few inches away from her, he stepped back and ran a hand through his hair. "This is all that I have been taught about vampires, but you speak differently." He said, peeking a glace at her.

When Riker ran his hand through her hair her heart began beating faster ang faster as he was so close to her.As Riker peeked a glance at her her heart beated faster as she could hear the rythme of her hearbeat. my heart...is making a b-bmp noise....but why? Kitami asked herself."w-what do you mean i speak differently?"Kitami asked looking at him a bit

"you told me." He said. "You said that not all vampires were evil. Is this not true?" He asked, noticing that she was acting a little differently.

"yes i said that and i meant it to"Kitami said trying to shake off the feeling of whatever she was feeling."i would never like about my people....everyone says were monsters which isn't true though whenever he hear a human say that and the began killing our kind it makes us think that were not suppose to exist"Kitami said as she frowned looking over at the window by her bad as how much it was raining."my parents...they abondoned me because of what i was"

Riker lifted an eyebrow. "Your parents. They were vampires, correct?" He asked. The most he had heard about them were that they could only be born by bites. Apparently that wasn't true either. He sighed, thinking of the very long, very boring discussion he would soon have with the vampire slayer's counsel as soon as he was done hearing this woman out.

"my parents they were vampires but i was half witch i could shafeshift and do witchcraft but at times i would often loose control and so my parents abondoned me because of that"

"Ah." He nodded, finding the explanation for his next question. So that's why she could shape shift. He looked her over, frowning. "That's too bad. Would you mind if I brought you to the slayer's counsel for a trial?" He asked as the thought came to him.

"sure why not".Kitami said as though she thought he was bringing here there so they could kill her though at this point Kitami didn't care if she died or not

Riker sighed a breath of relief and nodded. "Thank you very much...Kitami, was it?" He smiled a little and sat down on the bed. "So where are all of your family and friend's pictures? I noticed that you don't have none on your wall or furniture..." He said, trying to keep the conversation going so that he wouldn't have to leave just yet.

"i don't have any because their aren't any"Kitami said."i moved in here about a weak ago i haven't gotten time to actually get furniture due to work i work sometimes really late"Kitami explained as she sat next to Riker on her bed.

Riker nodded, understanding, and looked away from her when she sat down because he found himself staring at her lips. "Uh. yeah, same here, but my job is a little more flexible..." He said, scooting away from her a bit.

Kitami tilted her head when he scooted away from her as she scooted closer to Riker as she was now very close to him as her shoulder was touching his shoulder.

The moment that Kitami's shoulder touched his own, he gasped and stood up. He stood in front of her and frowned. "Well...that's all i wanted to say..." He coughed to hide a slight blush and didn't even dare to look back at her for fear that his heart would jump out of his chest.

Kitami notice how odd Riker was acting."does that mean your leaving now?"Kitami asked tilting her head."your acting a bit strange today?are you feeling ok?"Kitami asked as she stood up and put her forhead on his checking if he had a fever with her own forhead as her hands were on Riker's cheeks as her lips were a bit close to his own but they wern't touching hmm doesn't seem like he has a fever

Kitami was so close that he couldn't move away. He didn't want to either. "I-I-" He started "I should...g-" He stopped and slowed down his words,noticing how soft her lips looked. Before the next thought came into his spinning head, he leaned forward and kissed her.

w-whats going on?d-did Riker just.....kiss me? Kitami asked herself as though she didn't seperate their lips.Her lips stayed on his as she kissed Riker deeply. w-what am i doing?i...i can's stop myself from kissing...Riker?

Riker wasn't thinking anymore. What am I doing? What am I doing? He thought as one of his arms pulled her waist in closer to him and held on to her, and the other cupped her face gently. He let her deepen the kiss with pleasure. The slayer's counsel won't like this much... was his last thought before he could only think of Kitami.

looks like he's going to let me kiss him all he wants Kitami thought as she wrapped her arms around Riker's neck and put her hands on the back of his head as she kissed him deeper and deeper

Riker loved the way Kitami tasted. He pulled her closer even though they were already as close as they could be and then realized what he was really wanting to do. The second the thought crossed his mind, he pushed her back, but still held onto her at arms length. "What...What was that...?" He asked, forcing himself to let go of her and step away even further.

"what was what?"Kitami asked tilting her head wondering if he heard or saw something. maybe he's just a little nervous because he's getting use to kissing a vampire...or thinking of doing other things to a vampireKitami thought as she smiled

"Me...and you...we..." he started, raising his eyebrows. "and I..." Then he shut his mouth and looked back at her with sorry eyes. "I better go...It...Its getting late. I'll be back tomorrow." He said, mentally making it a promise.

"o..kay..?"Kitami said as she was a bit confuzed what just happened. first we're kissing the next he's leaving?im so confuzed maybe a good night sleep will help Kitami thought as she layed onto her bed.

Riker grabbed his jacket off of the floor and closed the door behind him as he left, then pulled at the back of his hair. What the hell, man!? What did you just do!? he thought, pacing the hallway in front of her door and wanting to go back in. He went to her door and raised his knuckles to knock, but everytime, he would end up sighing and shaking his head, and going back to pacing. When he looked at his watch, he only had 6 more hours until he would have to report and schedule that trial with Kitami. He looked at the door one last time, then shook his head and walked away, back to his house.

At Kitami layed on her bed she sighed.After her sigh she touched her lips with two of her fingers."his lips....were so soft"Kitami said as when she said that she remembered as they kissed which started to make her blush as the picked one of her pillows up in her arms as she layed down on her other pillow as she blushed deeply."i can't...get him out of my head...but why?"
