Egads, I'd roast! :XD

The weather's been really unstable lately though. Usually it starts getting really hot after March, but now it's May and we're still getting occasional cold waves that suddenly have us all shivering. One day it'd be steaming hot, the other, cold that we have to put on jackets...it's weird.

It'll probably start living up again if an event comes around, and yeah, I guess summer might have something to do with it too :O
See you later Elizabeth! :)

@Lunettes: Ah. Yeah. A lot of activities are no fun when it's a chore, I like it better when it's a past time activity. Like when compared to studying and sewing, I'd rather sew. Of course, I have to hide those horrid little pieces from ever being seen by my parents, but it's still funner than having to stare at a textbook all day :XD

See you, Elizabeth.

Iron: Same here, but within OUR average temperatures, of course.

Then again, we have relatively cold summers sometimes, and hot winters as well. The temperature difference between a colder-than-average summer and a hotter-than-average winter is barely 14 degrees Fahrenheit, I'd say.

You don't want your parents to know about your sewing? My mother helps me with mine, I think I'd be lost without her.

But stuff is more fun when it's not a chore. Or when you're not especially good at it. I am a slow, but lazy sewer. This summer I am forcing myself to sew like everyday. It's practically killing me, but it'll help for next semester. Lol

That's....freezing for me. D:

I think even our coldest winters are above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and that alone is enough to have all of us wrapped head to toe in thick clothe x___x;;

@Lunettes: I was supposed to be studying. Letting my parents find out that I was spending all those hours sewing when I should by studying = really bad idea. >__>;;

I don't understand Fahrenheit at all. I'm a canadian girl, we don't learn that anymore.

Ah, that does make sense Fading. However, I'm supposed to be sewing, but I spend all my time online. I don't think my parents would be impressed either. XP

We had a couple of days this winter which reached temperatures of around 5 degrees fahrenheit/-15 Celsius

Oh, we get colder than that here. But I think this winter was pretty mild. Little snow and I don't remember having any really cold weather.

I used a converter XD
I haven't been in the states in over ten years, so I don't really remember the Fahrenheits and pounds anymore, so those online converters come in really handy ^^;

And I think my parents would kill me even more if they found me online instead of sewing instead of studying XDDD;;

We've had colder winters as well. There was just a shitload of snow, but snow = white, thus reflects light, thus the temperature not dropping even more.

You know what's absurd? Lowest temperature last month was -3 degrees Celsius (at night, though), highest was 25. What do you mean, biiiig difference? xD

Yeah, a converter would be good. I just don't see why I had to learn Celsius when it seems most people use Fahrenheit. We should all use the same so as to not confuse everyone. Or, I could just google a converter.

Lol, Well, at least sewing is more productive than the internet. If they ever catch you just tell them you could have been doing worse.

Wow Silenia, that is a rather big difference. Lol

lol Wow, that's a big difference. We've had the temperature change a lot during the day but never that much ^^;
I think the most was waking up in the morning, donning a bunch of jackets, and then gradually taking them off as the day progressed, and then putting them back on as night arrived again. >_>;;

@Lunettes: Actually, my 'worse' back then was playing on my GameBoy Advance all day long XD The computer was out in the living room so it's a no-go, but I have my little gameboy so it's all good XD I could play on it for 12 hours a day...as long as my parents don't catch me at it...

In Europe almost everyone uses Celsius. It's just that there are so many people from the USA here, that I automatically use Fahrenheit or both. Need(ed) to know Kelvin and Fahrenheit for Biology, Physics and Chemistry, so I don't have that many problems with it.

I don't have any hand held games.
Though I did spend a lot of my first semester reading instead of doing my homework.
I kept getting =caught up in my books.
Second semester I learned my lesson and stopped reading.

but I should probably go sew this dress together. Lol.
I'll be back later.

They use mostly celsius? That is good to know.
I'll be able to understand the temperature if I ever make it there for school. :]

It's all Celcius, kilometers, and kilograms here ^^;

I finished nearly all the books in my brother's room while 'studying'...and it had been a LOT of books. That shows how bored I had been x__x;;

Aw, see you later Lunettes!

Yeah, though I need a converter for the pounds nowadays >_< I still remember roughly how long the inches, feet, and miles are, but it's becoming more and more fuzzy over the years. @[email protected];
