Airplane (Airbus A330) flying from South-Africa to Libya crashed during the landing, apparently the plane burst, pieces of wreckage are spread over quite an area. Unconfirmed rumors say that there was an explosion on board just before landing. All passengers and crew died, with exception of one Dutch child. Libya immediately said it was not an terroristic action.
103 deaths in total, of which 61 were from the Netherlands.

I can only give my condolences, and hope that whoever's in charge of investigating the cause of the accident will find out what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.

My mom's arriving in about half an hour at the airport, I'm always nervous something bad might happen....I've been watching way too many episodes of those airline accidents on Discovery...
