I think a little snack is fine, I eat very little during the day so I always have a bit of a snack at night. I actually lost weight, though my mother says it's because I'm starving myself by being too lazy to head out and buy myself food...^^;;

Ah okay cool. I'm all over the place with what I eat though. Trying to keep it consistent and not to overeat.

Yeah, that's a good way. I think that by spreading the food out throughout the day instead of eating a big meal three times a day it helps with keeping the hunger away and thus makes me eat less in total :)

I just have to persuade myself to stop eating all those chips and high-calorie foods like french fries and etc. :sweat:

Same with me. I usually have a medium meal for breakfast,small meal for lunch and eh sometimes dinner is a big meal. I'm losing about a kg a week which is 2 pounds a week.

Wow, that's a lot! My weight's been around the same for about a year, sometimes going up a kg or two, sometimes going down, but nothing too big ^^ I kinda worry all my muscle's turning into fat though XD;; *huge chair-potato*

Reminds me of my classmate who bought a pink motorcycle helmet for the sake of the Doraemon patterns on it xD (she has an obsession with Doraemon)

She later told me she regretted it when she saw another store that had the same helmet, except in blue and another in black. xDD

And I'm betting if she hadn't bought the pink one she never would've seen the other ones

Because she already has one and she doesn't have two heads to wear them both and she'll know I gave the extra helmet to her just to see her go '-.-' xD She won't want to just toss aside her old pink helmet, since she bought it with her own money after all. :P
