It is well into the night when Uther finally opens his eyes, the white orbs glowing in the darkness as he sits up. Surprisingly enough, he's awake the moment he's up even without needing coffee. Then again... he knows better then to ask for coffee at Nosfero's house. The mage makes brilliant tea, really, but even his subconsciousness remembers that the first (and last) time he had the older mage's coffee, the healer had to work his healing magic on Uther. Never again.

Netiv mumbled in his sleep reaching for uther a little, "NNh..." He whined arm falling in Uther's lap, head burred against his leg a little.

Tilting his head to the side, Uther watches the other mage before slowly starting to scoot away from him, carefully picking up Netiv's arm and removing it from his lap.

Netiv pouted in his sleep and rolled onto his back stretching a bit.
His eyes opened slowly and he peered sleepily over at Uther."

"Go back to sleep." Uther murmurs, slipping out of the bed, glancing down at the other mage.

Netiv pouted a little, "Ah don't like sleeping alone...an Aero's creepy..." He mumbled reaching out towards Uther.

"And I have things to do." Uther shrugs, stuffing his hands into his pockets as he moves to the door, limping slightly.

Netiv sighed and nodded a bit as he pulled the pillow close and buried his face in it.
He hated sleeping alone, he tossed on the bed a little and finally just gave up starring blankly at the ceiling.

Uther limps out of the room and moves to Nesfero. "... I need a check up."

The older man eyes him for a bit before nodding. "Let's use my room then." He gets up, guiding the younger mage to his room, Uther limping after him. "How bad is it?" Nosfero asks, glancing at Uther as they walk.

Uther tilts his head to the side, quiet for a few seconds, before finally replying. "... Bad."

Netiv lay there finally caving and Summoning Niala. He hadn't called on her since he met her.
The dark haired woman stood in front of him with her long green hair and antlers, "Yes?"She asked looking at him as though he bored her.

Netiv sighed, "I promised Ursa he could sleep...and Aero is way to attached... Would you just lay here and keep me company?" He asked her quietly.

"Tch.... fine" She huffed as she plopped down on the bed and folded her arms, "no snuggling though... your not my type" She said as if this was some horrible ordeal.

Netiv shrugged and nodded, "Fine" He yawned as he closed his eyes.

Uther moves back into the bedroom nearly two hours later, not limping anymore. He raises an eyebrow upon spotting the elemental, but doesn't comment on it, instead moving straight for Netiv and poking his shoulder. "Get up. We're leaving."

Niala watched as Uther walked into the room, she just watched him skeptically, but she didn't say anything.
Netiv sat up looking at Uther, he nodded a bit. He turned to Niala, "Thank you for your time."

"Yeah yeah what ever" She grumbled as she vanished an a flurry of leaves.

Netiv pushed himself up off the bed and straightened his clothes a little. He looked at Uther and nodded, "Let me get Jai..." He said as he whistled a little.

Ears and tail erect the little white cat trotted in and climbed up his pant leg causing him to wince with her every movement as she made her way to his shoulder.

Uther watches, shoving his hands into his pockets again, two bags on his shoulder, one with the books they 'borrowed'. "Do you need to say goodbye to your niece?" He questions, raising an eyebrow.

Netiv shook his head and shrugged, "Nah..." He said with a smile, "She's used to me dissapearing... plus it'll just put her in a bad mood..."
He reached up and stroked the cat a little, "She knows I'm leaving so she'll be fine...it's one of those things...where I love my family but they don't care to much for me."

"Not interested." Uther shrugs before taking Netiv's arm, teleporting them to his living room. Then again... it's not really just his living room anymore... Oh well. He lets go of Netiv before moving to the couch, sitting down while taking out the small bookcases.

Netiv shrugged a bit and reached up pulling Jai off his shoulder, "I think I should adjust your spell a little... I know you'd rather be a cat... but there are sometimes you are better Human.." He said as he placed a hand on her head rubbing behind her ears a little, "Do you agree"
Jai started to pur and rub against his hand a little, almost as if to say yes.

Netiv nodded, "Good then" He said as he started to rework the spell he'd had on her in silence.

After several minutes of reading, Uther glances at Netiv, waiting for him to finish before speaking up. "I want a copy of this book." He tilts his head to the side. "And about how long do you think it will take those two kids to get here?" Yep. Callin Alex and Kris kids.

Netiv looked over, "I can start copying it tonight.... and I don't know... kind of depends on how they travel dosen't it? If Alex learned transportation spells....from me... I don't imagine they are having much luck.." He said as Jai scampered off.

"Indeed..." Uther says dryly, thinking back to the mage first appearing here before tilting his head to the side. "Quite some time has passed..." He muses, blinking slowly. "Not much, but still quite some time..." Yep. He can still remember the look on the other's face as he ran off with the stone.

Netiv shrugged, "Eh... not like I worry about years anymore.. I'll probably only keep track of my age for as long as I have family members that remember me. " He laughed as he stretched his arms over his head.
"So... won't be long then..." He muttered walking over to the window and leaning on the sil a little. "You do have a nice set up y'know.."

Uther shrugs, sitting back and folding his arms over his chest in a casual manner. "It's practical and quiet and far away from villages and towns." He tilts his head to the side. "That's all that matters."

Netiv nodded a little, "Mmmh yeah" He said softly, "look I was...legitimately worried about you you know.." He said rubbing his head, "Not that that matters to you... I er.. still am... but I dunno... It's you.. Its better not to question those sorta things..."

"Unlike you, I can take care of myself just fine." Uther huffs softly, shaking his head lightly. "Honestly, though. Why tell Nosfero about the dragon? He wouldn't stop whining for over an hour." He huffs, rolling his eyes.

Netiv shrugged, "Didn't really mean to...I was fussing at Yue... for being stupid...and it slipped out" He looked back at Uther, "Plus It was just plain amazing... I wanted to tell some one about it."

"Still, that guy preaches like a priest." Uther snorts, running a hand through his hair.
