Uther reaches into the drawer before flicking a knife at her over her shoulder. It's a normal knife however, not as blunt as the one he's using. "There you go..."

She eyed it as it spun through the air, she caught it by the handle and then trotted contentedly out the door, resuming her vigil on the porch.

Netiv could be heard groaning a bit as he started to wake up in the back room, "AERO!" He shouted, as he shoved the to close elemental to the floor, "What did I say about personal space!" He snapped as he slid out of be rubbing his head.
Aero just whined and stood up rubbing his backside, "Sorry master.. I just...thought you looked lonely."

Hearing the cry, Uther shakes his head lightly. "Istha..." He murmurs, moving his hands away from the meat and washing them as the loyal Elemental starts to heat up the meat. He vaguely notes that Netiv never yelled first thing upon waking up whenever he was draped all over the other... Shaking his head lightly, Uther makes sure his hands are clean and dry before hopping onto the counter.

Netiv grumbled as he walked into the kitchen in just his pants, which barely clung to his hips, "Aero's stowed my waist belt somewhere..." He muttered, still sounding a bit groggy, "Have you seen it?" He glanced at the food, he didn't mention he was hungry.
"He's also gone and hidden my shirt... and I don't know what Jai has done with my vest..."

"No idea, I just came back from hunting..." Uther shrugs, shifting his eyes to the other. "I got too much, though..." He points at the three rabbits and the deer in the corner. "So help me get rid of it."

Netiv nodded, "Want me to cook it?" He asked as he hitched up his pants a little, the braided fabric of his loincloth, really the only thing keeping the pants up, and then only if he didn't move. He yawned a bit and then moved to the sink to wash his hands out of habit.

"And eat it." Uther shrugs, turning his eyes to his lap as he kicks his legs lightly, the scent of the rabbit starting to drift through the kitchen.

Netiv nodded and walked over to one of the rabbits, he was rather brutal as he skinned it, turning it inside out carefully and then setting it to the side, as if he planned to do something with it later.
He started to cut apart the meat carefully, now and then hitching up his pants again as they started to slide down.

"Why not just use magic to keep it in place?" Uther questions after seeing the other tug his pants up several times. It seems like the most logical solution to him at least, especially since the other is good with clothes.

"matter of principal.." He grumbled, "I want my damn belt..." He sighed as he conjured a pan and a small contained fire, "Perverted elemental...augh ...Why can't it be Ursa chasing after me... At least he'd keep his paws to himself, out of respect for my feelings."

"Or because it's too bothersome to do something." Uther comments, crossing his legs over each other as he waits for the meat to finish up. He grabs a glass and with a simple "Roma..." The glass is filled with clear water. Bringing it to his lips he takes a sip of the water, tilting his head back slightly.

"both" Netiv admitted with a shrug, "Cooking right now.." He said popping his shoulders a bit, wincing a little, "My head's still fuzzy from sleeping... and not sleeping" He said frowning a bit.

"That... didn't make much sense..." Uther snorts, taking another sip of the water as he glances at the other mage, tilting his head to the side slightly. Alright, there's something that has been bothering him for quite some time now... time to get it out in the open. "... You need to get rid of that beard. I'm older, but you look older and it annoys the hell out of me." He huffs, turning his head away from the other.

Netiv looked up at him from his cooking looking a little confused, "My...beard?" He asked reaching up rubbing it a bit, "But it's so nice... and I keep it trim." He said shaking his head a bit.
"I rather like my beard... I um... I'm keeping it." He said shaking his head.

"Then lose some of your height." Uther blurts out, finishing up the water and placing the cup in the sink. "You're too tall for an Asian person anyway."

"I'm only 5'9?" He said shaking his head, "Probably 5'8" after that spell..." He sighed, "Uther I'm not changing my height either... I like the way I look." He said turning back to his food, "Besides... is there even a spell for that? Why not just make your self taller if my height bother's you so?"

"Who's talking about a spell? Just remove some of your legs and mend the rest together again with magic." Uther scoffs, turning his head away from the other, almost like a little kid, as he starts to swing his legs lightly again.

"Because that's just what I want... pointless scars... all over my beautiful legs.." He said shaking his head. "Nope...keeping my height too... I already cut off most of my hair... and I'm still not happy with that. I don't like a lot of physical change.. I have looked relatively the same for at least 20 years... I like this look...its me."

"Still. It annoys me." Uther huffs, hopping off of the table and grabbing the plate with the rabbit on it which is now done before moving to the living room.

Netiv chewed his lip as he made his plate, he carried it into the living room and sat down beside Uther, He leaned towards him, "We're the same height sitting down.." he said quietly.

"Then stay sitting." Uther huffs, ripping a piece of meat off of the leg bone with his teeth before starting to chew. Hell, it's almost like the blond is pouting. Over a silly little thing called height difference.

Netiv nodded a bit, "How about we compromise... I can sit most of the day... I can't sit all day because otherwise I'll get sick, but I'll sit... when your around, so long as I'm not cooking or walking from one room to the other. In return... I get to keep my beard and my legs intact? Deal?"

"Fine." Uther huffs, taking another bite of the meat, chewing while turning his eyes to the other mage, though he doesn't continue the conversation.

Netiv smiled and nodded as he took a bite of his food.
He didn't say anything, for fear he might ruin the agreement and find Uther sawing his legs in his sleep. He really didn't put it past him.

Slowly, Uther tilts his head to the side. "...Why do you try so hard to abide to my wishes anyway?" He asks, raising an eyebrow at the other.
