Iri nodded slowly; so Momo was telling the truth then seeing as his joking demeanor had vanished completely. She was definitly going to have to talk to Razz then. It was at that point her attention shifted to the starved male. "Apparently there is much that you don't know about your namesake that could prove to be true about yourself," she stated bluntly not all that worried about his reaction at this point. He was going to find out more about than she would have wanted either way so might as well start dropping hints now.

"Hah?"

Razz was so occupied with preparing the stir fry and shoving it in the microwave that it took him a moment to process what she said. He raised an eyebrow. "Eeehhh...what?" He completely didn't understand...

Iri sat back up, no longer leaning back, and rested her hands on her crossed knees. The look in her eyes could be mistaken for being very day though she was merely being serious. "Things shall expose themselves to you when the time is right Rasputin, for now I suggest that you needn't worry about such trivialities." Trivialities is what she called it when in reality, at least her reality, there wasn't anything trivial about it.

Razz blinked. "...Uh? Okay, I guess. You know, if you need to tell me something, it'd be better if you just said it. I'm pretty mindless when it comes to people beating the bush..." He pulled the stir fry out of the microwave, happily. He loved veggie stir fry.

Iri sighed, he was really wanting to hear of this all too soon in her mind. He wanted her to tell him though, there really wasn't much that she could do about it. She looked over at Tzal for a moment, not sure if he should be there to hear it but it was too late for that really. "If what I am told is correct," she started before taking a slow breath. "That would mean that what I have noticed to be true and now understandable." She paused once again as she watched the male with his vegetables.

"And that would be that the reason I can leave the saloon now, even if that means for some reason I cannot disobey your orders would be because that you, somewhow that I am unable to figure out, would be because you are a half breed taking your second gene line from a race of very powerful spirit demons; a family whom my vowed to always serve." Her face gave noinclination of how she was feeling, being s servant meant it was best to mask you emotions so your master either didn't have to worry, or, in worst case senario you could be punished. It was best just to cover one's bases.

Razz stared at her for a few long moments, ignoring the stir fry.

"...Uh...I think you must have me confused with someone else." He sounded nonplussed. "I'm a human...I don't have any special powers. If I was something else, I would know, wouldn't I? I'd have some kind of power..."

"The powers of the Spirit demons are varied greatly," Iri told him. "I was going to wait until dark to see if there was any sign of these powers but you did not wish that. My clan is bound to a single spirit demon bloodline so the only way I would be able to leave the saloon was if you were of that lineage. Momo may be an imp but he is old so at this point I shall trust what he says. If you do not believe me in my decision as your dear friend Tzalmon what he thinks of all of this." With that said her eyes then rolled to the boy's friend, almost to see if he had any sort of reaction to this.

Tzal pondered the situation for a long moment, and then studied the look on Razz's face.

"...This is not my business. While I do have opinions of my own, this is for the two of you to settle." He eyed Iri pointedly. "If you want to convince him, since he's a stubborn old mule, you should show him proof somehow."

Iri glared at Tzal for his useless information. "Showing proof that one is a spirit demon is far beyond the comprehension of many. It is nearly impossible to say what his powers may even be seeing as though it is being diluted by your filthy mortal blood," she replied just as pointedly. After that she shivered slightly before adding, "How the bloodline of the most powerful spirit demons wound up in the human realm is beyond my comprehension." She was getting in a bad mood now. Humans had never been her favorite creatures, they were always too won over by emotion. Then there was the whole mortal thing, she didn't understand how one could pick such a life for themself.

"Humans are not terrible creatures. We are simply different creatures, who seriously need to learn how to treat each other and their environment." Tzal's eyebrow was raised. "There must be some way to prove it to him."

Razz was scowling. "I don't understand how I could be anything other than a human...really...I don't. I age normally...my IQ is normal for a human..."

Some way to prove it to him, Iri thought bitterly as she tried to think of how they could prove it to him. Being human, the demon was having a hard time trying to figure out what Razz's powers could possibly have been. Yet from what she had seen the boy hadn't shown any power other than being able to handle the girl. She rubbed her chin slightly at that thought; since she technically had a master then, that meant that her powers were in full force now. She smiled at that before hopping off the counter and walking up to the boy that wore her ring. "This," she said as she grabbed his hand, holding it up for them to see the ring. "Is proof enough for now. No one has ever been able to take the stone, not without coming to harm. I can show you more tonight when the moon is full. They say it is at that point that one can take to their powers when they are new."

Razz eyed the ring pointedly for a moment. "...Yeah, I guess that's true...I didn't think you'd be able to leave at all, actually..." He paused, then raised an eyebrow. "...For some reason, I feel all kinds of unsafe not knowing where that imp is, since he's such a prankster..."

Iri waved a hand dismissively saying, "He can't do anything to you. If he does he'll regret it once I get used to being my old self again." A sadistic look crossed her eyes as she recalled what she used to be able to do. Her powers were great then, and even though it had been a very long time she was sure that she still had them now. She just couldn't wait to try them. "And I couldn't leave," she said snapping back to reality. "I was trapped there, but apparently no one thought the bloodline would reach out this far. I guess that's a good thing for me then." With that she clasped her hands in front of her, a smile on her face.

Razz didn't like the look on Iri's face. He honestly didn't want anyone to get hurt... "Um...you don't have to hurt him...I think it'd be funnier to see Tzal chase him around with a frying pan or something."

Tzal grinned.

Iri crossed her arms under her chest once again, a disapproving look on her face. "You know, for someone who's supposed to be half spirit demon, you really lack imagination," she said bluntly. A part of her wanted to see what this boy could really do; it was either that or see just how far she could push him until he snapped or something. Either way she would get some kind of result.

Razz looked offended. "Oh, come on! You can't possibly think that wouldn't be funny to see!" Then, he paused. "...Maybe a rolling pin would be better."

Tzal dropped his face into his hands.

Iri's eyes narrowed as she balled her fists. "To think it is a human that had the power to control me. I don't care if you're half human, you all think the same," she said angrily as what looked to be black flames started burning up her arms. This was like a down grade for her and she wasn't happy about that. If things were going to be like this she wasn't sure if she wanted to have a master again, but at this point it was too late. She knew how her family bond went with his bloodline and she knew that without him her powers were cut; there was no turning back for her at this point.

Razz folded his arms across his chest. "We're not all the same..." He then slumped over and sighed. "...Whatever. It's not like you're going to believe me, anyway...why bother...?" He gobbled up the stir fry he made.

"If you had seen what I had throughout all these years then maybe you would understand what I am saying," Iri said as she jutted her index finger at the boy, the dark flames still travelling up her arm. "Humans are predictable, everytime if you put a group of humans in the same situation they will always do at least one of three things. The spirit demon line that you apparently have ties to put people there. They were and still are the power that pushes people so excuse me if I'm a little perturbed in the fact that one of that line doesn't understand their duties!"

Razz finished up the stir fry, then put his hands over his ears. "I'm a high school student! I'm heading off to college next year...those are my only duties." His voice was strained, upset--it seemed to be too much for him to take in all at once.

Tzal frowned, watching him closely.

"You're duties are to prepare to take over a fallen family!" Iri exclaimed before growling in frustration. The black flames suddenly and then she was gone. The glowing purple veins returned to the opal ring once again. She had a feeling that this battle was one that she wasn't going to win so she just left. He would learn sooner or later; whether that meant she was there to push him or he found out on his own in a less pleasant way.

Razz sighed, dropping his arms. "...Tzal...can we go play video games or something, please? And do you have any Aspirin?"

"Medicine cabinet. And I will wait for you upstairs." Tzal turned on his heel and headed upstairs.

Razz made the trek to the bathroom, feeling miserable for some reason.

The puleses around the ring swirled brightly around it as Iri tried to calm down. She had to, it wasn't really Razz's fault about all this; he was only human after all. She couldn't help it though. This boy was the bloodline's last chance in actually being around. No one knew about him either; that was evident from the fact that she had been locked away. Then again there wasn't any actually evidence that he actually was half demon.

Razz rested his cheek against the cool mirror in the bathroom, also attempting to cool down. He was going a mile a minute, and he didn't even know what to think anymore. It was so...strange. After a moment, he reached in and grabbed the painkillers, taking the proper amount dry.
