I know their parents! that's what kills me!! well, one of them his dad is visiting his mom who doesn't parent AT ALL when the dad is there ... and I just talked a little bit to the dad of the other boy who is REALLY nice.

I activated my power hour already. Have been using up my spanners.

Oh dear, sounds like the kids might be not punished enough :< A suggestion would be to be the bigger person. It may sound easier said then done, but if you don't give a reaction that they like, there's a greater chance they'll stop.

well, aside from obviously talking to the boy's dad so the boy could hear our discussion, the last time I saw him near my son I told him to get off my porch. there is no reason for the boy to have his bike on my porch.

we'll see how things go later on. my son has aspergers so isn't always the most social. I think some of them picking on him tonight might have to do with them not understanding why he wasn't playing with them.

I have bad memories with mean children from my school, I just wish I wasn't so peaceful.

yeah, I had my share of tough times growing up. being fat was not easy.

Yeah, well, I was peaceful as a kid and people still picked fights with me.
I always got in trouble for it too >.>

Biggest mistake I made was mean children would be mean to me because I refused to fight back.
If I could go back, I would have punched and hit them until they had maybe a bloody nose and ended being tormented.
