the top two boxes are both dsl modems, okay ones filtered ones not weird and not needed but okay.
their connected incorrectly, the 1 to 0/6 actually wont work each box assigns ip addresses there will be a conflict there..

And the bottem box is a waste of $100 for a 24 port switch.. for a gamestop really?..
