Yep, we were on the last episode of the series.
I'm kinda confused by a character's death and bitter about another's.
I just. Joss Whedon and JKR, they sure know how to go for my favorite characters.
At least Giles didn't die.

Well not lots of death. Just two really and the bad guys.
But my favorite characters are (in this order): Giles, Spike, Anya, Tara, and Angel (Or Xander, depending on the day and where I'm at in the series).
Giles lives even though as the old mentor like dude you'd expected him to die.
At the very end of the episode Spike, a vampire, goes all sun beacony and kills all the evil vamps and then of course dies himself because sun= bad for vamps
Anya in the midst of the final battle gets slashed in half while saving the whiny brat's life.
Tara is killed by an accidental/stray towards the end of season six, which causes Willow to go all creepy evil Willow
Angel lives b/c he's a badass and has his own series.
Xander lives but ends up losing an eye a few episodes before the series finale.

Every one else lives really. I mean the bad guys die, but Cordie lives, Faith lives. Dawn lives. But the three that do die? On my favorite characters list.

Well next semester I'm taking History of the English Language which I already know I love. Classical Tradition with Dr. Bell, which means I will love it no matter what.

And then American Lit from 1800-1860 which is me getting a class I don't want to take out of the way

Yep two of them. Research Methods and Practicum in Teaching College Composition.
I am loving my Lit Crit and Theory class though

none of them sound like any fun to me though.

I met with my adviser and I'm planning on taking Professional Practices, Modernist lit, some class on religion, and something else I don't remember. Either a senior studio or advanced fiction. I think I prefer this semester to the next.
