well no one says chili after it and I've never heard of such a tradition. It's for when a waiter asks what you want on your enchiladas. you just say christmas style.

well, green and red chili should have been a hint that this was nm thing. you can't even get something smoothered in green chiles here.

Some green chiles are really bad though and they make me sick.
