well most of the ones i've been reading have been glee. where blaine's a born werewolf and kurt gets turned somehow. whether it be by blaine or by a rogue wolf. blaine's also usually a part of the alpha family or an alpha himself

haha different fics deal with it differen ways. like i read one where kurt ended up being blaine's mate and beta (blaine turned kurt in that one so that they could become mates). this one though kurt was turned by a rogue wolf. so far kurt has showed signs of being an Omega wolf (submissive basically) but he has a lot of dominant tendencies as well. so they don't know where he fits in. blaine is the youngest son of the Alpha in this one. so not likely to become an Alpha himself, even though he is an alpha wolf. blaine and kurt definitely are compatible (the way they tell is through pheremones they can smell on potential mates). but blaine's afraid of mating and hasn't fully accepted that he's gay either

okay, kurt would not be an omega wolf. in real packs, they're treated like dirt and don't even try asserting their position. they're the losers of the pack. kurt's not a loser >_> interesting concept though

I think she's taking Omegas a bit differently because that was how I understood it. But it really just seems like the omegas are submissives and sure there's some definite mistreating of Kurt but I think that's more with him being the only turned wolf in the pack and as far as the pack knows the only gay wolf too. Thus far from what I've seen of the Omegas it's reminded me of a D/s relationship.

he likes them too. i know ferrets hunt and eat birds too (or want to "play" with them) but i think a ferret would be easier to keep from a bird.... maybe ^^;

haha. ferrets are fun. I like them, they are fun. though they can be wiley and kinda smelly.

i have no clue. i think keeping their cages clean helps though
