i try to replace strains on myself for both real life and online. but i'm bad about it.... worse than i should be.

i get weird, cuz there's times i can go a long time without swearing (even internally), and there's other days where I just go off with no restraint.

yeah i'm like that too tae. especially with the 'f' word. I'll go weeks without even thinking it but every now and then it's like my go to choice word with no restraint
