Contact dermatitis from daffodils.

Blamed on the exposure of calcium oxalate in the sap of daffodils (cause), florists often have what is called ‘daffodil itch

An irritation of the skin which may include dryness.

This:

Daffodil itch (due to Narcissus spp., Amaryllidaceae) from handling stems, is one of the most common causes of irritant contact dermatitis in florists. The plant contains calcium oxalate in its sap.

It's caused by the sap when you handle daffodils

It's a dermatitis from handling the flowers, and can cause a rash/redness, etc.
