Fading, you should set up your secondary profession. I suggest Gardener. :p

In the HQ it should say Primary Job: Sabotage then just beneath it Secondary Job: Garden or something like that.

Are you sure that you have your secondary profession thing set up?
It should say, in your toolbar, Saboteur/Gardener[change] Sprocket HQ Links et cetera.
