I was just wondering, does anyone have some extra gears the can give me? Our ship is at like 6200 hp, and I ran out of gears to use. If you don't want to give them to me you could repair it in the name of us Sprockets. :D

Well, I never had an airco before, so lack of sleep and sweating all round in summer is pretty normal for me :D

No AC O__O That sounds horrible, thinking about our hot and humid summers.

Well, we usually don't have summers of average temperatures.. but the last couple of years we've been confronted with heat waves, just as the rest of Europe.
I wish I had AC, but it consumes so much energy.

Being from where I am in the US, I am like "what?" xD
But yeah, our summers can be suffocating from the humidity mixed with the heat. x.x I hate them.

It is something I am really interested in and I do not just want to be limited to the United States.

Hime, if there is one thing anyone should know about me, it is that I LOVE economics and working with numbers and figuring things out. It is something I am good at and have a passion for. xD

Learning it at an international scale is going to be difficult because I have to learn the exchange rates, etc, but I think it would be worth it.

I do not think my advisors will talk to me seriously unless I get more 4.0s.
At least it seems like they do not take me seriously right now.
gah. x.x i thought 3.0 was good in college, and it is above the business schools lowest standard.But I know I can do better if I just studied....i hate studying...but that is because I hate these classes.
At least I get my beloved econ. and acct. classes in the fall. xD

That's ridiculous. Maybe they don't think anyone could possibly like economics, like I do. ;) Actually, my Mom like it. I suppose it's interesting, but all that math... and unfortunately I have to take Calculus 1 and possibly 2 for my biology major. :gonk:

Haha, well, we seem like complete opposites then. I truly dislike everything that has to do with economics. Well no that's not true, only the way it relates to the capitalistic system. So you could say I dislike everything that has to do with money and stockvalues and whatever.
Other then that, I had economics in my first year. Pretty basic though, but I liked doing the exercises.
As for the way they're not 'acknowledging' you, that's just stupid. How can you prove yourself if they don't give you the chance to?

Fairywaif- At my college, the calculus we take is very major specific. Different from what other majors take.
I am not really looking forward to statistics. I guess out of my childhood fear of word problems. xD Even if I have gotten exceedingly better at them. xD

Hime- I have to take microeconomics and macroeconomics and I am really excited for them. xD
But I love that association and really want to test my knowledge of the stockmarket once.

Well, I bet you can earn good money if you have a good insight in the stockmarket...

Well, I'm going to community college right now. But I didn't think about that before. I'll have to do my research. Maybe I should hold off on doing my calc classes until I graduate from here and transfer to a bigger college. Hm, something to think about.
