Flu, probably. Throwing up, migraine - but I have that so often that I doubt it's related - slight fever, whole body hurts, keep going between sweating and shivering from the cold.

@Sil - Yeah i'm sure you weren't well the last time i spoke to you. That's not good at all. Have you been to the doctors?

Nope. I have this every so often, everything they could think of has been checked, so I am probably just falling victim to just about every single flu that goes around.

@Sil - Damn. Do you take enough vitamins? Your immune system mustn't be working properly! I use to get sick ALL the time, because of my diabetes. When i got a cold it use to hit me like a ton of bricks lol.

Roachi: The combination of depression, lack of sleep and a slight shortage of folic acid - no matter how much supplements I take, it just doesn't seem to stick - in combination with fighting a sugar and caffeine addiction have brought my immune system to an all-time low.

I hope you get better soon, Silenia. You should still try folic acid and vitamin C and zinc supplements, even if it is hard to rest. Vitamin B 2 is supposed to be good for migraines, too.
