I think there are Ren Faires in most big cities. The one out here is something like every weekend for several months.

@Salvete: I keep playing Attack of the Fan Girls, finishing all the levels, and then being 1785 or something in the ranking. How do you get a higher score?

I'm saving up for the Staff of Healing now. Should be able to get it in a few days.

D: no.. my friends offered me some free tickets that they had at the last minute, so I didn't get to make a costume</3 I plan on making one for next year though~

I live in Texas, and this faire was way too hot. I would have gone earlier in faire season (like in April), but I was out in California for school. I missed my favorite Texas faire, which happens in October, and it was the first year I hadn't gone to it since I started going in...2002.

@Heart - Oh, just make sure you take a hand fan if you are going to wear something heavy or with long sleeves when it is hot outside.
