I'm having a very rough time getting seeds.

I wouldn't think they'd change the number of seeds required for the rares.
In fact, I suspect that it was originally going to be higher, but they made it lower since people are having so much trouble getting seeds.

I think it'll be fixed eventually.
People do have lives out of mene. Even the staff. ^_^
