Yes, which is why I'm painstakingly working my ass off to get one... seeing who "might" want to trade one, trying to get my gold up to the 95k pure needed or at least a decent amount and I can pad it with other CIs and EIs.

I've been dubbed the high king of creepiness by briannamal, and I have other items of royalty including the royal cape, but just becuase one is a king doesn't mean you don't have to work... in fact you have to work even more. I run a charity for new people, and I do my best to particiate in events and help out. I've been following the FAQ for the event since page one.

It is not something to be taken lightly, and I'm not the type of person to take it lightly... nor give up.

Crow, aside of being a quester, you help the peopl by running a charity, which I am not able to do. For I am lazy and selfish. I only help people during part time and when I have good mood. XD lol.

I understand the frustration of being new and starting out with zero gold and no clothes. Though Fresh Meat allows you to make a first post comfortably, that's not where you really make friends. The only real requirement I have is that the people are new, broke, and have a short conversation with myself or someone likely to be on my charity's whitelist (to make a friend and get a feel for the site), and then they can at least have something to wear while seeking out things that suit them.

I also give out gifts to those who link to my charity each month. I can't do much good if people cannot find me... and we're not allowed to blatantly 'advertise' with our posts.

I remember the days when I am really starting out anew... it is a painful process. But what my main purchase are all CI items. and only buy event commons. She never spent a cent in normal commons.
